He was incredibly attentive, professional, and a true problem solver...quickly identifying the issue and resolving it efficiently. What impressed us even more was his follow-up after the job was completed to make sure everything was still running smoothly.

James came out for an emergency on a Friday night. He was very responsive. He was very patient, kind and professional. He was able to temporarily fix the issue. He explained everything to me and then was kind enough to explain things to my husband over the phone. Loren came back on Saturday and was fantastic! He was thorough, professional, honest, and very patient. He fixed the issue and then explained it more than once. We will use Quick Drains again if needed.

David came out to my residence and was able to knock the job out before some showings scheduled for tomorrow. He was professional, fast and easy to talk to. Friendly guy. he checked and said that the electrical line can be given separately and suggested a sump system with 2 motors and battery.. but the amount he quoted was very high. so have to think again

Kitchen sink stoppage, Loren came in found the problem being a drain line that was sagging and causing the problem. He fixed the drain line and cleared the stoppage.

I had an old CPVC hose bib shutoff that gave out when turning the bib back on…on a Sunday. We just spent a ton of money redoing our basement after water damage. My PTSD kicked in and one call did it all. They arrived within the hour and were in and out within 30 mins. Top notch!

Called in the late afternoon on a weekend for an emergency leak. James answered the phone, asked a few questtions and was in our home in less than an hour fixing the issue. Would highly recommend.

I wish every contractor operated like this business. This had been one of the best experiences I’ve had calling a contractor. I contacted James this morning and he had David out to our property within hours.

We just moved into a home and had a clogged sink, but while he was here David was kind enough to walk through our laundry list (and I mean LIST) of other items I had from the home inspection. He provided me with DIY fixes to save us some money, and also was kind enough to offer free estimates for both gas and plumbing services throughout the home. The things he was not an expert on he photographed and researched for me.

He also took care of the sink in a timely manner and put down drapes to cover the floors and cabinets, and wore shoe coverings throughout the house which was very considerate.

The flat rate pricing is also very reassuring. You know what you’re paying upfront with no additional fees or charges. I will be calling this company again in the future for work and highly recommend them for any plumbing or gas needs!

Great experience! James took my call and helped schedule a time that worked best for me. When David came out, he was honest, informative, and very helpful. They didn’t end up doing any work as it isn't needed yet, but they were incredibly helpful in guiding me through troubleshooting the issue and finding a solution. A neighbor suggested quick drains and raved about how James provided great service. I called and explained I wanted the shower cartridge replaced. He told me It's a free estimate. He sat me up with a date and a time window (9-11am). I called that morning to get a better time frame he said about 10am. He arrived and along came his son (a minor). Yes, his kid was wearing the company shirt but still, this was not take your kid to work day. He looked at the shower and told me it would cost me $350 + parts + travel fee (Picking up the part and coming back). However, he couldn't remove the set screw as its was stripped and or corroded. He gave me two more options and that was to change the valve which would have been $800, and he would have to cut my drywall, and he would not patch but replace with an access panel. The other option would be to cut the handle off which would be a half hour labor at $150 + the $350 and cost of part and travel. Who charges for travel time. I thanked him for his time and sent him on his way. Small business is not always the right business.

***I ended up going with someone else who got the handle off, changed the cartridge and supplied a new handle and charged me $350 (Parts & Labor)...

All the work was done rapidly and with a huh level of professionalism. When complete, the team conducted a thorough cleanup.

The constant water dripping from our shower was the problem we had. We tried to change the shower head thinking it was the issue and that would fix it. After changing it, the water was still dripping. We knew it was time to call Quick Drains Plumbing , and sure enough James was able to Schedule the job the same day within a couple of hours, and send a technician (David) and fix the problem. To stop the dripping, we needed a new cartridge in the handle, and David was able to install it and resolve and stop the water from constantly dripping. I would recommend Quick Drains Plumbing for any plumbing issues. Professional reliable excellent service guaranteed!

Highly recommend. They did good work and provided excellent customer service. Replaced a sump pump and check valve in the time and amount quoted. I have been a customer for a long time.
Yesterday my tenant called at 7 am about a leak. I left a voice mail for Quick Drains by 7:30. We talked before 8, had a plan by 11, met and fixed the issue by 1 pm.
James found the source and fixed it as quickly and efficiently as possible.
My tenant was working from home and barely noticed our presence.

2/28/2023 Update
Our sump-pump wouldn't stop running. I submitted an appointment request online https://quickdrains.com/request-appointment/ on sunday and mentioned that it was NOT an emergency. Still James contacted me within an hour. We made an appointment for Tue. Loren showed up on
time. Explained the problem and fixed it in less than 2 hours. I couldn't be happier.

They picked up the dishwasher I purchased from Lowes and installed it one day after I contacted them.

This is the fourth time in 20 months that I have used them. First time was for a hot water heater. They came out the day I called and removed the old water heater and installed a new one. They even beat the another companies quote by $250 who was scheduled to come out the next day.

As of May 2023, I have used Quick Drains two more times to fix a broken pipe and repair a leaky toilet. Then were on time, completed the work on the estimate and left no mess behind. For the toilet repair the repaired the one leaking toilet and then replaced the flappers on the other two so there would not be a problem.

UPDATED: I used Quick Drains on 4/18/2025 to diagnose a washing machine supply valve shut off. I called at about 4pm and they came out diagnosed and resolved the problem and were done by 5pm. It was about 1 hour from when I called to them resolving the shut off issue. Their prompt service was incredible, they exceeded my expectations again.

Quick Drains will be the only plumber I call for the next plumbing issue without giving it a second thought.

I would highly recommend using Quick Drains. We have used them several times for a multitude of issues. They recently (April 2025) replaced our water heater as well as installed a new kitchen sink (May 2025), Faucet, garbage disposal and all the new plumbing that needed to be done as well as they dealt with all the necessary gas and water turn off/on when our countertops were being replaced. I would not call anyone else.

I met James at Nolands Plumbing supply while waiting to see if they had the part I'd been looking for for two days. The small leak in the spigot had turned into a nightmare of a project. James made to my house that afternoon and fixed the leak in about an hour, the price was right, the job done very professionally, and James could not have been any more courteous....Plumbing is a very difficult trade that requires a great deal of training so if you're looking for a good plumper and want to contribute to local businesses this is the place to go....Please don't try to do it yourself, it can turn into a very expensive mistake......REPOST 9/23/23 Had the guys (Rick) return to install an extension to my gutter which involved digging a small trench and then putting some sort of one way water pressure valve at the end.....it was a small job but at 77 I wanted the job done right the first time, I called Quick Drains (James), the job was done in a timely and professional fashion...Rick was friendly and answered all my questions...Once again, if you're looking for a plumber you can trust to do the job right....Quick Drains is the way to go!!!!!
