I’ve been recommending Coastal Painting to friends ever since we hired them a year and a half ago, so I figured I should leave a public review. My family hired the company to paint a good chunk of our home - the entire downstairs, stairway and upstairs hallway walls, and walls/ceiling of one upstairs bedroom. Prior to hiring Coastal Painting, I met with a few different companies/contractors in town. Some were less expensive, some were more expensive, but Coastal Painting was by far the best choice for us. I worked with Justin and he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. He was able to fit us into their schedule almost immediately and my one request was to complete the painting within one week (e.g. not running over a weekend) and they were easily able to accommodate. The crew finished in three days, which is exactly what was quoted. We threw in some last minute requests (fireplace, windows and trim) and additional painting needs and they were still able to complete within the originally allotted timeframe. They also dealt with painting light colors over incredibly dark walls, painting a radiator, and dealing with built-ins. Throughout the project I felt the utmost confidence that we were receiving quality work from a reputable company. The end product couldn’t be more perfect! It totally transformed our house, and my only regret is that we didn’t hire them sooner! We have some other home projects coming down the pipe and I definitely plan to contact Coastal Painting and their related company, Coastal Contracting, for our needs. Had a great experience with Coastal Painting. Needed a exterior door replaced, roof fixed and sheetrock replaced over our fireplace where the roof leaked. Their team did a great job from start to finish. They were there when they said they would be and did great work. Very professional. Their guys even made a trip to Lowes with the doors I picked out because I got the wrong size to exchange for the right size just to keep the installation on track. Now that's great customer service.
