I had solar installed on my farm last year. Paradise energy took care of everything from start to finish. Very pleased to be able to have a system that totally takes care of my electric bill!

We are very pleased with our solar. Our electric bill went from $500 a month to less than $30/ mo. During the summer we had no bill or even a credit. The salesman and rest of the team were so nice and not pushy at all!

This solar company IS AWESOME! Sat down with us and explained how solar works, how the grant is handled, how the Srecs are handled. At time of installation, everyone that showed up was so nice and patient with us. They all took the time to answer any questions that I had. Our panels look fantastic on our home. Best part is they are local! They have an office right in my home town so that I can pop right by and ask for help. They are NOT part of a national franchise where you never know who will answer or if anyone will actually call you back. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is considering going solar!

Paradise Energy Solutions installed solar panels at the library recently, and we were very happy with the entire process. Even in the lead up of the project, they communicated with us weekly to let us know where we were in the process. They were efficient and there was little that we had to do on our end, because they took care of everything.

The Frankford Public Library choose Paradise Energy Solutions team to coordinate and install our solar system and we could not be more pleased with that choice. Their team is comprised of knowledgeable individuals who I felt went the extra mile to see that the project remained on track and moves forward every step of the way. It started with a new metal roof on our 16-year-old house. This was the right time to add the solar panels we have always talked about, and the standing seams on the metal roofing were perfect for attaching the panels with clamps – no screws needed. All inquiries led to Paradise Energy in Salisbury, so the choice was easy. I can’t say enough good things about the crew from Salisbury. They really understand solar systems and were able to split my panels so the important circuits were on the battery backup. The installation was a huge amount of work, though, and I have a background that let me recognize it was done expertly. There were delays by the roofers and a mistake by the building inspector, but the crew from Salisbury took it all in stride and shielded me from any problems. The result is really nice: beautiful arrangement of components in the garage and inconspicuous black panels on a black roof. My “electric roof” continues to get compliments. And it works!

They had a very professional approach to explaining the solar to us and how it would benefit us. They did an indepth study to determine what the actual benifits could be. They kept us up to date through out the entire process. Install was very quick. They cleaned up the site. We are very pleased with the outcome. This was a very stress free experience.

Plenty of positive Google reviews were right. Paradise Energy Solutions didn't solicit me for solar panels, but I chose them based on the many glowing reviews I read, their top-notch proposal, and their great quote. Brad, Bryce, Doug, and everyone I corresponded with were friendly, knowledgeable, and ridiculously prompt in getting back to me. Paradise handled all the documents and permitting, followed up with my Town to keep things moving along, and updated me on the status of the project at regular intervals. I had a roof-mounted residential system installed in one day by their crew (it looks great), and you wouldn't have known work was done at my house as they left the job site cleaner than any contractors I've ever worked with. Sometimes it's the little details that stand out, like the self-addressed stamped envelopes for documents I needed to sign and send back to them, or the gift basket as the holidays approached. This is obviously a well-managed company with employees who care about making a good impression. They definitely made a great impression on me.

I have a few ?? What’s the cost to install solar panels on your home DpL company there so so high. 400 a month and it’s just me and my wife there.

I recently contracted a solar panel project with Paradise Energy Solutions in their Salisbury, Md. office. We turned it on last week. Our salesman, Tom was very good in his understanding and knowledge of the product, and receptive to my changes. Brad Fox was the project manager, and he kept me informed every step of the way. His installation crew were respectful of my property, neat, and did a very good install. Mercedes Moyer was excellent to deal with during the paper work process. I come from a service oriented career and understand the importance of 'after the sale' service. I have the highest regard for this company, it's business model, and it's employees. I will certainly recommend them to anyone considering a solar project.

EVERYONE I've worked with from Paradise Energy Solutions has been knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to address the process-from beginning to end! Our system was installed in March of 2016, and I've been pleased with the results!

On July 27th I had the honor of teaching CPR/AED/First Aid to the Paradise Energy family. The gentlemen in the class were very attentive and respectful. All of them passed their written and hands-on tests with flying colors.

I wanted to wait until we got our first electric bill from Delmarva Power before I wrote the review, why I'm not sure. I was told that we may still have a small bill but I figured I'd wait and see. Well, surprise, no bill for electric. We have to pay the connection fee, $12.00 but we actually produced more electric then we consumed, 212KW more then we used. Also anyone from the DELMARVA area knows that May/June was rainy and cloudy almost everyday. So from the start the team a Paradise was amazing. From the Office staff to Tom, my salesmen, to Brad our project Manager. The two guys that were doing the installation were here on time and finished before they estimated. The installation was neat, and pleasing to the eye. Everything the team did was on time and ahead of schedule. I considered several companies prior to choosing Paradise, I picked the right team. If your thinking about it just give them a call, you will not be sorry. Thanks guys !!!

Paradise Energy Solutions is a great business to do business with. Everything they said they would do they did since 2011. When you have a problem, they always answer the phone or promptly return your call. The service is outstanding. For example, to no fault of theirs, the original inverters have a shelf life. They would replace them on my array as soon as they were delivered to their warehouse. Now they have an inventory so they come and replace them before you know the inverter went faulty. I found an inverter failed and called it in. Within 10 minutes, a service tech. was here replacing it. He was already on his way because Paradise monitors our units and do not have to be asked to do repairs. Great company!!

Very dedicated to keep informed from the beginning thru the end of the installation. When a problem arose, expedited the solution.

I bought a solar system for my home from Paradise. Plus they helped put one at our church. They were very helpful with financing to maximize our advantage. We got the Federal rebate (30%) plus small state rebates, and for 4 years they've helped auction our power for MD SRECs. Our home system has now paid for more than half its cost in 4.5 years, plus interest on the cost (mostly 3.5% home equity loan). At church they helped us set up an LLC to help the church take advantage of the rebates (it doesn't pay taxes, so no rebates). Way better than some financier paying, charging us for power, and them taking the rebates! Plus they did a marvelous job installing and getting permits, working with electric co.

Paradise Energy has installed three solar panel systems on our farms. We couldn't have had better customer service from the beginning. I tell everyone thinking about putting up solar to talk to Paradise to get the best service and answers.

I am completely satisfied with my equipment and the service from Paradise Energy. My system has been working for about 3 years and the only issues have been: waiting for the power company to approve the interconnect agreement & an inverter needed to be reset after a severe thunderstorm. In both cases, Paradise staff were right there at my side making things work for me. Actually, when I called about the reset, someone was in the area and was at my house within minutes. These are the right people to deal with because they care about getting it done right.

Awesome company! We had talked about getting solar for awhile and had lots of questions. They answered all of them and most importantly listened to our concerns. We felt the whole process from initial visit to installation was done well, fairly and honestly.

Paradise Energy put our first system in 2011. We have since added two other systems. One in 2012 and expanded in 2013 and another system in 2015. We have had a few problems with inverters but they picked up on the individual problems and have fixed them all in very timely ways. There service is excellent. They have gone beyond what I have expected. We are very pleased with our very low energy bills. I am selling energy to a few family members at lower rates then the power company through the aggregation program. In a few short year s our ROI will be achieved leaving us smiling for years to come.
