Bayrise Builders did a great job on our covered deck, finishing on schedule and within budget. This our first contracted project as new homeowners, and the owner was able to walk us through each step from permitting, materials selection and ordering, and the work itself. The owner reviewed drawings with us prior to commencement of work, helped us select materials that best fit our vision of the project and created a truly one of a kind deck that will be enjoyed throughout the year. The project included demo and haul away of the old deck, new footings, replacement of existing decking with composite, new railings, with screens and a roof for the larger level (approx. 300 sf). Covered portion included shiplap ceilings and installation of ceiling fans and outlets. During the work, workers were present promptly at the agreed upon start work time (in our case 7:30 am) working through 4:00pm each day. Any questions that arose during construction were quickly answered via phone/text, and the entire project was completed in less than 3 weeks from initial demo to final inspection.

I highly recommend Bayrise Builders. Very professional, very friendly. They completed the job within 2 days. They went above and beyond what they actually were supposed to do. If you're looking for someone to redo your bathroom I highly recommend them. They redid my dad's bathroom and my dad enjoyed having them in his home. They were very friendly and outgoing. And their price extremely reasonable half the price of what other people quoted me. Could not have asked for a better group of men, better job and professionalism.

Thank you, Bayrise! Our old wooden deck was falling apart and needed a makeover! Bayrise came to call, installing beautiful beige and white trex decking. All the staff were friendly and a pleasure to work with, from start to middle to end. Materials were cleaned up afterwards. And I received follow up communication to be sure I was happy with the job! It looks fabulous and my family can once again enjoy the deck. I definitely recommend this company!

John and his crew refinished our basement after water damage. They removed damaged flooring and replaced drywall, flooring and painted. Everything looks great. It was finished within the estimated time frame. They did quality work. I definitely would recommend them!
