I had the pleasure to work with Tim and Joyce for our windows and patio door installation. They were awesome and a dynamic duo. They were efficient and did a great job. I highly recommend them and See Thru Windows for your next purchase.

See-thru Windows and Doors are a small business that's been around awhile, which probably explains why their level of craftsmanship and customer service is top tier. I have used them for 3 projects and they've always bprovided great service and prices are competitive. They are quick, professional and clean, I would use them again.

My parents house needed new windows; the windows that were in the house were original from 1983. I had contacted other companies to get estimates, however the products were not good quality or were too expensive. See-Thru came by show us their products and gave us a quote we couldn't pass up on. About seven weeks later the windows arrived and were installed in almost four hours. The installers were quick, friendly and professional. After the install I could tell a difference in the house. It was quieter and the heat didn't come on much. Very satisfied in the product and company.

They showed up on time did a excellent job. They kept the work area clean and answered any questions we had. The final project was better than I expected.

Tim and Joyce did amazing job with the installation. The sliding door glide so smooth. It feel awesome to not fight to get my sliding door open. Just for future reference to those who have a new installation. If you or your spouse expecting. The fumes from the caulk is very strong. Recommend to have a plan to have the fumes removed to avoid any complications. Again great job to team Tim. Looking forward to doing the window in my house next.

The installers were excellent!! They were courteous and professional; they even helped remove some items since my husband had just had knee surgery.

He kept up with the fast talk and "Don't wait! You'll miss out!" nonsense. Hiding the final price, pulling that "SIGN TODAY!" idiocy.
Guess what?
I threw him out of my house.

I absolutely love our new sliding glass door! It appears to open up the room. It took some time for the door to come in but the installers were professional and personable. The repair technician, a true expert!!!

In searching for a new tub/shower, we are very happy we found Bath Planet. Randy came to our home and was very informative and a pleasure to meet. The installation crew of Chris and Kevin did an excellent job. Demo was quick and protection of our home with drop clothes kept any debris contained. The final caulking job was flawless. We are thrilled with the final result and are so glad we chose Bath Planet!

Repair workers were prompt, efficient, and completed the job without any concerns from me. They explained the operation of the windows to my satisfaction. The cleanup was completed in a timely manner. The quality of the product was as expected. No obvious problems at this time.

Every bit of this experience was awesome! The consult with visualizations and samples was perfect and they catered to our preferences and budget. We had our big jacuzzi tub and small stand up shower taken out for a huge shower and closet. The install was quick (done within 2 days) and everybody that was involved was courteous and respectful of our time and our home. Will definitely use for any future projects!

Absolutely the best home improvement project that I have ever experienced! Smooth transaction from sales pitch to install. Tub to shower install in less than less than eight hours. Definitely would recommend this company for your next home improvement project!

Tommy and his partner were very nice quick and efficient. I told them that I needed my room window done first because of a work meeting later in the day and they were able to finish is before my meeting with ample time. They used tarps to not get the place messy and they used a vacuum to clean up the debris that fell. They changed 8 windows in about 5 hours.

Renovating our home and we’re extremely pleased with the work that was done. Our kitchen looks like an entirely new kitchen with our window replacements.

I was looking for someone to renovate my bathroom from a bath to a shower. Searched yelp and a couple other sources and decided on SEE-THRU windows. Corey arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable about house projects. Seem like he bought a 100 books in the house, Awhile, later we finally got down to the price, and decided to roll with them. A few days later, someone came through and took a few measurements. The day finally came for installation and two guys arrived a li,t bit late, but they took no time getting started. Found out they lived 3 hours away. The guys stayed until they finished and did a great job. They were polite and cleaned everything before leaving. I give SEE-THRU 4 stars. Only because the installers could have called me and told me they would be a little late. Otherwise, the process was very smooth and I recommend them.

This is our second time receiving service from See-Thru Windows and this time we added the service of not only get some more windows replaced but also getting a door replaced. We were impressed the first time, that we came back. I didn't think they could do better, boy were we fooled. They did an amazing job ! With the door, they even made sure they had matching paint to make sure the outside went with what we ordered without being asked. We ordered our door back in August so it took a bit of time to get here but we are more than happy with how everything turned out. Everyone we spoke with were very pleasant and professional. Tim and Joyce are definitely the dynamic duo and installed a whole new entry in a few hours. The quality of materials is great. I can't say enough about this business and everyone who works there!

I had an unprofessional experience with this company; after 1.5 hours, their salesman, Corey, refused give a price for the job. He took measurements and we picked out materials, which only took 15 minutes. He could not identify we were ready to buy. At 7:40pm when we demanded a price, because he ignored our previous price solicitations, he insulted my fiance saying she was the reason he could not finish his presentation, because she was 10 minutes late picking up our child. He was there since 6:00pm. He cared more about explaining that they were a reputable company.

I have never seen a salesman turn down money, truly perplexing. He seemed nervous, so we even tried to assist him on completing his sale, connecting him to wifi when his site wouldn't load, giving him room to work, inviting him into our home.

It was so odd, I wish the best for him. But for a professional job, I'm not buying from this company or their associated brands.

Last but not least, I don't really appreciate anyone saying off-color substitutes for hardware stores, in particular, substituting "Lowe's" for "Blow's" in from on my child. That's not the kind of environment I want for my family.

This was the worst experience I ever had. It took 4 months to remodel my bathroom and it was originally suppose to only take 4 days. The owner Casey did nothing to help move the process forward. They sub contract all the work. The project manager completely redesigned the bathroom into something that was not agreed upon with the sales representative. Do not use Bath Planet/See-Thru Windows, Doors & Home Improvements to do your remodeling. They do not care about your time or money.

Bath Planet were pros from the beginning from crystals sales presentation to Steve's installation. The finish product exceeded our expectation. From working with us on financing to keeping in touch throughout the project they were total pros. I would highly recommend them

on time, were very professional, and knew what they were doing. They left the area cleaner than they found it.

I had See-Thru Windows perform a front door replacement. The door is of great quality, and the installation team was excellent.

There are some internal documentation and sales training they need to perform. The salesperson, while professional in the tactics, felt a bit pushy, and he seemed very nervous. The salesperson made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, he almost let us buy a door that aesthetically wouldn't have been pleasing. We're lucky another internal team caught it and allowed us to correct that.

After that, we waited for roughly three weeks with no contact. Then came the installation day. The team and door arrived, and the door was the wrong color we chose. Luckily the white does match well with the house, so we're not entirely unsatisfied. Due to the wrong shade of the door, however, the storm door does not match the home's aesthetic. We called them, and they agreed they would replace the door free of charge. We only had to wait a few weeks for the item to arrive.

The day came, and we got a call from the office, and once again, the wrong item was ordered. They said they would reorder the correct storm door and wait a few additional weeks for the item to arrive.

For the price we paid and the reviews, I was expecting better internal communication and internal documentation. I appreciate they're trying to correct their errors, but the amount of mistakes and time wasted is unsatisfactory.

I hope this review will help them identify areas that need some correction.

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were neat and cleaned up after they finished the job. We would recommend them to others. They only replaced the windows upstairs this time. But, when we get the windows replaced downstairs we want the same crew. I give the team who did the work five stars. They are definitely an asset to the company.

Tim arrived on time and handled my install in a timely manner. He was very professional when demonstrating how to use my new windows and the screens for the windows. There was no cleanup on my part whatsoever. I am very happy and will utilize See-Thru Windows in the future.

Having purchased windows from several very well known companies in the Maryland, DC, Virginia area, I am pleased to report my experience with See Thru Windows as being the best. What I truly appreciated, in a time when everything seems to be automated, is the ability to connect to a real live person. The windows are great and the installers were professional, polite and left the area completely cleaned. They even removed my blinds for me which is the responsibility of the homeowner. I have referred See Thru Windows to two of my neighbors and would definitely recommend them. 5-Star? Absolutely!!

The reason I scored a 5 is because of the installers Joyce and Tim. They were on time, very clean and friendly. Their work was immaculate. I am so happy with their work. The sales rep "iron man" was somewhat pushy and his sales session was tooooo long. We are intelligent and did our research. He continued to show videos and videos despite me telling him we knew what he was referring to. He was a nice young man but he needs to be more adaptive to cuatomer needs.

They Installed a brand new bath tub with sliding door. The men that came where on time very professional. I absolutely love my bath tub it makes my bathroom look brand new.

I wanted a new door and shutters to match. A friend of mine had this company do work for her several years ago. I remembered the quality and friendliness of the husband and wife team who installed the door. So I called for an estimate and went from there. The door is sturdy, very secure, and looks good. This has been a positive experience thanks to Cary and everyone involved. Oh, and thank you for my surprise 'sweet treat' and my gift card! The windows will be next!

For the third time, See-Thru Windows made me happy that I chose them for my home maintenance/repairs! I had two windows, on consisting of two parts installed this morning. Tim, Ray, and Joyce came in and demo’d, cleaned along the way, installed, and cleaned up after! They were meticulous with care of my home and the new products. On January 29, 2025, Tim and Joyce, the amazing husband and wife team, did a wonderful job removing my old worn out windows. Arriving promptly as scheduled, they installed 13 windows and made sure I was pleased beyond my expectations. They were very friendly and gave me a thorough hands on tutorial about operation, care, and maintenance of my windows. In addition they cleaned up as they worked. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to get windows or doors installed.
