Great job on roof and gutters. Glenn Thomson made it easy and was there for every issue that came up. Highly recommend. I changed shutter color from green to blue. I think it looks pretty good.
All work was done in 1day, without any issues, the only thing that was not done the same day was the Interior Ceiling repair from the roof leak, but no issues was found after Many Heavy Rain Showers, we are Happy with the work that was Done,

After some months of a mold smell in the house and a couple of inspections, it was determined that several windows, a door and siding had leakage problems. Mike and his team spent a few days replacing insulation in the attic, installing a solar fan, replacing the siding along one side of our townhouse and replacing a front door as well as the frame. Once the siding was removed it was discovered that there was no moisture barrier, a common issue in this area. Installation of the barrier was then included in the project.
Mike went out of his way to keep us apprised of what work needed to be done and the timeline as well as ensuring his crews knew exactly what was required. We were impressed with his expert oversight of the project and helpfulness in providing advice along the way. Mike believes in doing the job RIGHT!! Everyone working on the project was efficient, hardworking and did a fantastic job, above and beyond our expectations. Extra care was taken to ensure that there would be no ongoing issues. It’s hard to find this type of old-fashioned work ethic these days but it does still exist, as Mike demonstrated.
We highly recommend Mike and his company, GC Construction LLC, and will definitely use them for any future projects.
