I had my system for over 5 years. Paradise Energy has always been responsive and reliable and have always acted to address any issues ahead of time when possible.

Came when they said, friendly and cooperative crew, thorough.
That was 4-1/2 years ago. They keep in touch. Except for the connection charge (Dominion) I typically pay for 2 full and one partial electric bill a month.

To be brief, Paradise was the lowest estimate, provided a system with the most output, installed it flawlessly, and it has worked perfectly in the 18 months since installation, actually generating slightly more power than was estimated. And to cap it off, the people were great. Knowledgeable, capable, professional, and easy to work with. The company seems well run, stable, and I expect them to be with me for the long haul. If at some point I decide to add battery storage, I will definitely call on them.

Paradise installed solar panels on my poultry house to run my 3 house operation. They were very helpful in making the decision, even providing references. The installation only took a few weeks, and the team was easy to contact and work with. The only issue I had was with the REAP grant from USDA, and the Paradise team helped me as much as they could dealing with them. Overall a good experience.

Paradise Energy Solutions was able to navigate significant sourcing issues to allow my system to be installed in a timely manner. These issues did not affect me or the price of the installation at all even though the type of panels and number of them changed between initial estimate and when it was installed.
Also, they were significantly cheaper than a competitive bid for a similarly sized system.
Overall, this was a painless process which is about as high of praise as you can give for a project like this.

The experience from sales to final install exceeded my expectations. All of my questions were answered quickly, one could tell by the answers that they contained knowledge and experience. Paradise coordinated all of the county and electric company permits and inspections. The contracting was straight forward with no hidden costs. The install crew did their work during the winter months, they were on time, professional and safety was paramount. They system was recently turned on and we are collecting performance data. The end of the project left me feeling that I made the correct choice by selecting Paradise for my solar system.

PES installed a 60Kw solar system for our hospitality business in Virginia and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We considered going solar for over and year and met with several different suppliers. PES impressed us with their knowledge and expertise and the fact that they offered a 10 yr production guarantee on their array certainly helped. The project was a challenge given the sloped terrain and the variable spring weather, but the crew worked diligently to install everything according to the engineering plan. We would gladly recommend PES to anyone interested in going solar.

These guys are professional, knowledgable, respectful, and are amazing to work with. They answered so many questions and were very patient with us through this whole process.
