I’m very happy with the results of our remodel. The kitchen ceiling was raised about a foot, removing the old fluorescent lights and replacing them with sleek recessed lighting. A window was removed and relocated, and we had new floors, cabinets, and paint installed. Everything looks modern and clean. The material selection process was smooth and straightforward, and the team was responsive—addressing all concerns and even handling additional requests without any hassle. We hired Pacific coast renovations to do our pantry remodel. We used to just have basic white metal shelvings before and wanted to get more storage for our kitchen. I just had my bathroom remodeled a couple of weeks ago by PCR, and it's the first of hopefully many renovations by them. This was my first time hiring contractors for any sort of interior renovation, and I was extremely apprehensive to do so based off the many horror stories my friends had told me about their contractors. Thankfully, within a few days of working with PCR I knew they had been a good choice. They may not have been the cheapest folk to give me quotes, but they were the least pushy and the most communicative. The project manager assigned to my renovation (Jim) did an excellent job from start to finish. I'd heard horror stories from friends that dealt with contractors stealing from their homes etc, but every single person PCR brought over was top notch, professional, and did a fantastic job. My only problem with the renovation is that my bathroom now looks nicer than the rest of my house.

We worked with Jordan and Celina. They did amazing work, were very communicative, and made us feel listened to and worked with. We very much appreciate all the work they did in getting our house back in living condition!

I have lived in my house for 38 years with a very small, inconvenient kitchen. I chose Pacific Coast Renovations to transform my kitchen into my dream kitchen and they did! The entire project required months of designing and planning as we built out 12 feet on our house, so many permits were required. That was the longest part of the project but PCR held our hands and walked us through it all. Once demo and building started, we were in the care of Jim, our project manager extraordinaire. He kept the workers on schedule and kept us informed of everything that was going on. The workers were great to work with across all of their disciplines, from the framers to the painters and the project moved quickly with someone here everyday doing something.

This company is truly a group of professionals who know what they are doing. I would recommend them highly and would be delighted to use them again. Thank you Jordan and Jim for your attention to details to get the job done! (Oh and my husband thanks you for his extra 12 feet of garage required to support my kitchen above!)

We used Pacific Coast Renovations NW for our main bathroom and bedroom remodel. Project cost: ($110K and on budget!) We've done several extensive remodels of our 1950s home in the past few years with other companies. In comparison, Pacific Coast was by far the best. Initially, there were some personnel issues due to illness but Pacific Coast recognized the situation before we did, took ownership and rectified it immediately. I bring this up because how a company addresses issues that arise demonstrates their character and professionalism. As a result, we can tell you, unequivocally, that Pacific Coast is forthright, honest and fair. They are a company you can trust to deliver a quality project on budget. Our Project Manager, Celina Ott is exceedingly professional and attentive to detail. Should you be so lucky to get her - prepare to be amazed. She was always available, (present on-site) and responsive. She has vast experience and knowledge and actively trouble shot any issues encountered by the sub-contractors. She knows how to get things done and done well. So, if you want perfection, Celina is the PM for you! I'm sure there were snafus that we never even knew about because she so adeptly handled them. In fact, she takes ownership of the project and inspires so much confidence that we've never been so relaxed during a remodel because we knew she was 100% on-top of everything, ensuring it was done to perfection. We had a vision for a custom sauna, (not a kit,) and she and the carpenter, Leroy, (truly- an expert craftsman,) not only made it happen, it exceeded our expectations for quality and beauty. I think it was even the first one they had both done and it's gorgeous and works wonderfully! We really can't say enough good things about our experience with Pacific Coast Renovations, Celina and the whole team and we are already planning our next remodel with them.

AJ was very pleasant to work with, he was patient and kind helping us all the way with ideas. He offered his experienced opinions and showed us ideas as we went. He showed up to our house every day checking on the work as it progressed making sure that everything was looking good and to our liking. He never hesitated to have something re-done or fixed if we had any concerns. He continually checked in with us and kept us updated on any delays.
I would recommend them, we are very pleased with our kitchen it looks beautiful.

I cannot say enough good things about this company.
We had a couple of minor issues after the job was completed, simple things that are normal and they came out ASAP and touched things up and did it with a smile. I think what has most impressed me is out dishwasher is giving us an error code, LG believes it had to do with the installation **We did NOT believe that** We called Aaron and he came out looked at it didn't see anything wrong but went beyond that - he had his plumber come out look at it reinstalled it. By the way we were right it wasn't the installation.
Anyway I know my review is long but like I said I cannot praise them enough.

The process from the estimate to the renovation was smooth. The Project Manager did a great job communicating each stage and schedule for our kitchen renovation. We love our kitchen!

Three years ago in 2021, Pacific Coast Renovations did a major project at our house. They removed our 30+ year-old Tile roof and replaced it with a composition roof while upgrading the gutters and repairing the chimney. The task was accomplished over two days and is as fine an example of exemplary work as I have seen. No problems have been noted with this project. It was customized to address the challenges of removing and transporting the tile roof without leaving a mess of breakage, nails, and debris and without harming plant life. Led by Project Mgr. Jordan Johnson, all conditions were met satisfactorily. Indeed, the assembly line used by the roofers remains an inspirational example of teamwork. I wish I had filmed it to use in my classroom. I recommend Pacific Coast Renovations unreservedly. They gave their word, and they kept it.

The final result was amazing! Mario and his team were able to put together the design we were looking for in our kitchen renovation. We highly recommend them for renovations and will be using their services again in the future.

Pacific Coast Renovations did an excellent job on kitchen update in our small condo. Took us from 2006 to 2024! Design suggestions were right on. Since I have no "home improvement" skills, I was looking for a company to handle everything for me, and I am so glad that Pacific Cost Renovations turned up in my search. And - bonus - they are local!

First, thanks to Aaron for helping me navigate the overwhelming number of choices for countertops, sinks, and faucets. Your recommendations were spot on!

Anyone can manage a project if everything goes according to plan, but the mark of a great project manager is one who can handle the curve balls - like when one section of stone did not quite fit, and arrived with a small chip. But rather than "making it work", they took the harder path and re-cut the section. They came up with a functional work-around to minimize my inconvenience during the "do over', and delivered a beautifully finished installation. Aaron, I'm still impressed that you were able to get the final plumbing work done on a Saturday! I was really impressed with how nice the caulk work and seam looks. Also, the craftsmen were quite good at cleaning up after their work. I have already bragged on this company to all my friends, and I unreservedly give them a 5-star review. They will be my choice for my next project as well.

Talked with Jordan about a project, guy knows how to wine and dine to make a deal I'll give him that, but watch out, say anything that challenges him, such as asking for worker safety protocols, masking while in your home, strict time frames and schedules, genuine accountability, and he flips. He just cannot stand to be challenged/questioned. A clear case of entitled toxic masculinity. He showed no respect to my partner, disregarded her comcerns and dismissed any questions she had. Then he tries to gaslight you and will say you're the one who does not understand how things work. Glad I walked away from this deal as I could see the writing on the wall. Not someone I want to be anywhere near, let alone do business with.

We needed our finished basement redone, as we had a pipe explode in the ceiling. Pacific Coast Renovations was recommended to me by a group I am in on Facebook. I was hesitant at first as I did not personally know the recommender. When Jordan came out and did an initial walk through with me, I was impressed. He was thorough and complete. The people who completed the work for punctual and did a really great job. We are thrilled with the results that we ended up with.

I was looking forward to hiring Pacific Coast Renovations for a project. Jordan came by to get the deposit and signatures. I asked him if he was vaccinated (a perfectly normal question that many of us have been asking each other lately, to see if it's okay to skip the masks). He responded with a "what"? and then proceeded to lecture me "That's a personal question. I don't ask you about your medical records". His absurd reaction let me know what kind of person he is and that I won't feel comfortable with his crew working on my home. What a waste of time.
