Marcus renovated our kitchen, working with us from our initial broad ideas all the way through to the final outcome. Marcus at Kavanah Construction just finished up a rot repair job around our sliding door including the removal of concrete steps and installation of a new deck. Marcus was fantastic to work with from start to end, literally from my first inquiry to the last day on the job.
During our first meeting, Marcus quickly diagnosed the issue and offered a few solutions with pros and cons of each. His quote was detailed and he took the time to go thru it with us, explaining the costs and options to us. His communication is excellent.
Once work started, Marcus laid out a schedule and what we needed to do to prepare. He protected our property and communicated safety risks to us to keep our kids and pets safe.
The final result includes remove of rot, future rot prevention and repair, installation of a new deck which is solid and beautiful.
