I have been using Octave Renovations for a couple years now to manage some of my overflow work. Star is Top Shelf. She is a pro and keeps me apprised of scheduling and completion of work orders. Robert is continually keeping me informed of issues from the field and managing his staff to ensure we receive the service we need.. Octave is the kind of business I want to partner with.
The repair service Octave provided was quick and painless. The technician Jake was friendly and efficient. I am happy to use Octave in the future!
Robert did a full basement remodel after a pipe burst. He was terrific!! Super responsive the whole time. Estimated finishing the job in 6-8 weeks and was done in 5. Job included building a new bedroom, remodeling a bathroom, fixing walls and a closet and all new flooring. Everything looks amazing.
Robert is creative and came up with great ideas for tough problems. He did everything from help me pick out materials to making sure clean up was complete at the end.
I’ve often found it hard to find a great contractor who is reasonably priced and reliable. Robert is all three. Highly recommend.
