We were looking for a particular type of car that we were unable to find locally Called Chipman they did the research found the vehicle and had it delivered to the dealership. It was everything we wanted and more. Fran was excellent at explaining all the options and took all the time necessary for us to reach our comfort level. Chris sold us an extended warranty explained it great no pressure and made us very comfortable. Great dealership, would recommend to anyone that wants a stress free vehicle buying experience.

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR FOR ISSUES STILL UNDER WARRANTY! I discovered a pretty significant oil leak almost 3 weeks ago (June 17). Being that my car is newer, it is still under the manufacture warranty. When I called, the service department said they wouldn't be able to look at the car for another few weeks. I mentioned that I wouldn't be able to wait that long as I would be without a vehicle. They stated that in the next couple of days (June 19) I could bring my car in for them to run a diagnostic. When dropping off the car, we asked how long it would take to run the diagnostic. The service department mentioned it should be done by noon. By 1:30 I called and they mentioned they still hadn't been able to look at the car, even after my boyfriend had let them know of the problem (with pictures!) It took them 2 days to confirm what the problem was. Fast forward, they have had my car for almost 3 weeks now, and each time I call they don't have an estimated time as to when they will work on it. I am very displeased with the service I have received thus far. What is even more disheartening is seeing other reviews on here where people have come in and dropped their car off the same day to get it fixed. After all this waiting with no official answer, I personally would rather drive over an hour away to receive my services.

Took my 2025 corvette, with no appointment, to Service Department about a dead battery issue. They took my info, gave me a ride home. Assuming it would be a while without an appointment, to my suprise they call me up a hour later and have diagnosed the problem and had a solution.

I had my vehicle going in for 2 issues. They were only able to fix one of the issues on the day I dropped it off, but ordered the part to fix the other issue, and was told they would get me in when it was delivered. I agreed. When I called later that day to pick up the vehicle, I was somewhat pressured to leave my vehicle there by the same person who I spoke to that morning. I told him I would have waited on doing the work they had just done until the part came in, and asked why I wasn't told this in the morning. Some back peddling, and then it was okay for my vehicle to be picked up.
When the part came in, I got a call while at work. After a little phone tag, I got the service department on the line and was given an install date of the 26th, 3 weeks away. When I asked how did it go that I was being bullied 2 days ago to leave my truck there, to being put off 3 weeks. I told him make it make sense. He got huffy, and rudely told me Rac would call me back, and then hung up on me. We got it back in, and they fixed the 2nd issue, but when I went to pay, I was charged a different amount then what I was expecting the total to be. The cashier got rude when I was asking for clarification, and told me to take it up with the service dept. I stopped back in there, and he was no help. When i was on the phone i was told the total was $485 plus tax, of which i would get a credit of $180 the work was done. He said it was the diagnostic fee. I mentioned most shops wave the diagnostic fee if they do fix the issue there. He said alot of people dont come back to get the work done, that why he is charging it today, on the first visit. So when I went to pick up my vehicle after the second visit, I was expecting to pay about $430. My husband went in ahead of me, and cashed out before I got inside. He was charged $473. I asked the guy to explain it, and he couldn't. I left. I will never want to do business with this company again. I will drive to the valley, or up to Spokane next time. Zero stars given, but it would not let me post until I marked at least one.

Local dealership. Easy to make appointment.Shuttle to drop off, pickup was slow, took 45 min to be picked up. Counter service guy was not very friendly as compared to others in the past. Seems like a of new people.

Worked a deal on a camaro, then was told by the sales manager they want my trade, but wont take a trade they haven't driven. Its a 21 canyon with 55k miles. Still has factory powertrain warranty. They have all the pictures and info, they gave me numbers, now suddenly after wasting my time, they miraculously don't want an out of state trade and accused me of being a scammer.

Edit: This is NOT a wholesale deal. I am a customer buying a retail product regardless of my 12 years within the automotive industry. As stated above, yes I'm out of state, yes i have a trade in. Yes you guys are sketchy and ripping people off.

To any perspective buyer, I hope you use a broker to purchase your next vehicle and save thousands vs making deals with these clowns.

Chipman Taylor Chevrolet Service was very accommodating, they got my 2015 K-3500 in for an oil change on the same day, and called me for permission to replace cabin air filter and wipers when the multi-point check flagged them.
At this point in life, I appreciate having the rig checked by experts who can correct problems before they get out of hand. It's more expensive than DIY but worth it for me.
