I had a horrible experience dealing with this company for the entire duration of the project. Their office is nearly impossible to get a hold of. They do not answer the phone and rarely have room to leave a voicemail. They almost never call back and nearly always refuse to respond to emails. The actual work leaves something to be desired as well. All of the wall patching for my interior and exterior walls looked terrible and I had to redo nearly all of them myself after paying for them which was infuriating. They also cause damage to other parts of my house, including putting a hole in one of my pipes, and breaking a network cable both of which I needed to fix on my own. They also forgot to install insulation in one of the bays in my wall, and I've been trying to get a hold of them for weeks to get the job finished, but they refuse to even answer the phone or call me back. Do not hire this contractor!

We had a great experience with Insulation Worx from the beginning to the end of the work we had completed. They scheduled us for an inspection in a very reasonable amount of time. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about everything (insulation/bathroom fan exhausts/building codes), and took the time to go into our attic, whereas another company we had over for a quote didn't even bother peeking in. They were able to schedule the work in a timely manner. The crew showed up within the designated time frame and were extremely courteous and cordial. They worked very diligently and finished a lot of work in a day's time. They laid down plastic on the floor, and cleaned up well after they were done. The first night with our new insulation was drastically improved. Our room actually stayed warm for the first time!! We are very happy with the service provided by Insulation Worx and will call them again in the future should we need any other similar work.

They did amazing on our house plus the well house. The owner accidentally broke a pipe in the well house but accepted responsibility of it and went beyond to make it right even at a lose on him. 100% will use again and recommend to friends and family.

Called them to come out for a quote to do blown insulation. The person who came out was very nice, did the measurements, and then said the quote should be around a certain price and told me the price they charge per square foot. So when I got a quote that was based on a square foot area 200 more feet than what I had I was confused. I called the office and was told he forgot to add a measurement to his quote which is why the amount was 40% more than what I was told verbally. I went home and remeasured the rooms myself and looked back at previous quotes from other competitors and they got a total of 400 sq. feet. So then they redid the quote lowering the price per square foot but still wanting to charge me for 600 sq. feet. I spoke with them again and they changed the square feet to 400 finally but then marked up the price per square foot by $.50. I have never engaged with a service company before that can't even get something as simple as measuring and bidding done without any issues. I am sure they do good work from what others say but the bait and switch used car salesman tactics that happened out the gate is something I couldn't move past. If someone gives a price I would assume it should be pretty straight forward and saying you forgot a measurement seems weird since two other companies got the measurements correct and they got it correct in person but when the quote came it had 200 more feet.

Insulation worx removed insulation out of my crawl space and installed new insulation. They were awesome, I would totally recommend them to anyone needing insulation.
