Roof Top Techs did a complete over haul of my crawl space. They were fantastic, they were prompt, explained everything clearly, took video and pictures as they went. Highly recommend.
I had a horrible experience dealing with this company for the entire duration of the project. Their office is nearly impossible to get a hold of. They do not answer the phone and rarely have room to leave a voicemail. They almost never call back and nearly always refuse to respond to emails. The actual work leaves something to be desired as well. All of the wall patching for my interior and exterior walls looked terrible and I had to redo nearly all of them myself after paying for them which was infuriating. They also cause damage to other parts of my house, including putting a hole in one of my pipes, and breaking a network cable both of which I needed to fix on my own. They also forgot to install insulation in one of the bays in my wall, and I've been trying to get a hold of them for weeks to get the job finished, but they refuse to even answer the phone or call me back. Do not hire this contractor!
We had a great experience with Insulation Worx from the beginning to the end of the work we had completed. They scheduled us for an inspection in a very reasonable amount of time. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about everything (insulation/bathroom fan exhausts/building codes), and took the time to go into our attic, whereas another company we had over for a quote didn't even bother peeking in. They were able to schedule the work in a timely manner. The crew showed up within the designated time frame and were extremely courteous and cordial. They worked very diligently and finished a lot of work in a day's time. They laid down plastic on the floor, and cleaned up well after they were done. The first night with our new insulation was drastically improved. Our room actually stayed warm for the first time!! We are very happy with the service provided by Insulation Worx and will call them again in the future should we need any other similar work.
