If I could give less than 1 start I would. After many months of Orange Elephant not being responsive and me threatening legal action they completed the roofing project. This is after I had to pay a vendor because the company would not pay them. Come to find out they are not even licensed in my area, they fraudulently took my money and did not permit the new roof. I have been dealing with this unscrupulous company since December of 2023.

Really nice group of people that do quality work, at very competitive pricing.

Pat Cox was our main point-of-contact from [basically] the get-go, and Jose Amador was our on-location supervisor while they were replacing the actual roof. Both are extremely nice gentlemen & communicated with us throughout the process.

Their crews work extremely hard (we're talking something like 11 hour days) and finished removing our [old] tile roof & replacing it with shingles...in only two days! Beforehand, my wife and I had thought it'd take at least 4-5 days.

Cleanup was thorough and our new roof looks great. Definitely a company worth looking into if you, like us, find yourself worrying about the roof [literally] above your head. ;)

I have worked with Orange elephant twice to replace a roof on my house and once on my mother’s house. The organization has always done a good job and seems honest. There has recently been some sluggishness in getting work started at my mother’s and in getting paperwork done, but I think that it can be explained by combination of bad weather and holidays. Yet overall very good. I’d like especially to mention Pat Cox, with whom I met near the end of a job. He was clear and helped me to understand the process and what to expect; excellent job on his part!

Great installation, but don't expect them to stand behind their work. I had a roof installed by Orange Elephant in 2020. Everything went smoothly with the scoping and they were great at coordinating with my insurance company. The installers arrived when they said they would and knocked out the job in one day. It was great.

Fast forward to spring 2023 when we noticed that there was a leak in our bedroom. I called Orange Elephant to ask them if this was something that they covered under their workmanship guarantee. They confirmed that if it wasn't caused by new damage, then it was something that they would repair. Someone came out to confirm there was no new damage causing the leak, and that it was likely coming through a venting that hadn't been properly installed. Then I never heard from them again. I called Orange Elephant weekly for a while after that and was always told that my work order was on the schedule and that they would have the general manager contact me ASAP. Never happened.

Just signed off on a very high quality roof installed by Orange Elephant Roofing. The entire team of Andres Pizano, Jose Amador and Brian Antillon were exemplary. We own an older, more fragile house. I admit I was a little nervous about the build. If I called about a concern they jumped. No pushback. No defensiveness. Every one of them showed the same empathy with their customer. I couldn’t help but be impressed with these young men. The build turned out beautifully. Ready for Colorado weather for years to come! Highly recommend them!

The sales person promised they would cover our deductible and upgrade the roof, neither was in writing unfortunately. The quality of the work is horrible, it was in much better shape before they replaced it. There were not such long exposed nails at the eaves before.

I had a bad feeling when I handed the anxious sales woman the insurance money in June. A week later I realized I should be asking about the price difference to do it in metal as the roof had been replaced only 2 years earlier by orange elephant. After many phone calls and thumbs up from the Katy, they said it would be $9000 more for our 900 sf house. Two of our neighbors received quotes at 1/3rd of that price so I asked for a break down and continuously was told I would get a quote that day. I eventually asked for our money back which I regret not following through with. In October we finally told them to just replace it as originally agreed upon. The roof, especially the flashing is very poorly installed, I have so much regret over this which unfortunately cannot be undone.

I had a problem with a small area of my newly installed roof (1 year), I called Orange Elephant and received a call back from Edgar. Edgar promptly located the proper shingles for my roof and had it repaired. The repair was great and matched perfectly.

Edgar did a great job, personally dropping by the shingles and making a point of meeting me and explaining what would go on.

The backup crew was sent to Houston from Oklahoma the next day and they kept on working under extreme heat until the job was done perfectly! Would highly recommend Orange Elephant for your roofing needs. From start to finish the complete crew I worked with was very professional and easy to work with. They were very helpful working directly with the insurance company and the solar company with the removal and re-install of the solar panels. Site was clean and new roof look amazing. It was a pleasure working with Tyler, Drew and Jared, who are professionals with a lot of expertise and represents Orange Elephant with pride. Management should be proud to have these individuals represent Orange Elephant!!

Had to cancel they took way to long to start and even canceled the first start date,plus they managed to cash a check from my insurance that should have went through the mortgage company, luckily it was not the big one .I had to put one stare but really that is too much
The company did refund the $110. Check plus included $140 for my troubles.

A few hiccups occured along the way, people I interacted with changed multiple times. But the last person, Tyler, was very respnsive and understanding. They deal with the insurance company, so I do not have to worry about that. The roof work was great. However, the fence work was lower in quality. Overall, given the number of affected houses and shortage of manpower and materials, I tried to be understanding. My rating is 4 stars.

I have to be honest in that at the time of working with this company they were having issues, and the person whom I initially saw is not whom I ended up working with in the end. Tyler ended up being my main person and he was very responsive and understanding despite the setbacks we’d had with other staff, the city, or even supply shortages.

For my first time ever experiencing roof repair I have to highly recommend Orange Elephant and ask for Tyler if you can. They stuck with the job and the actual install was done in a day and a half. Don’t be afraid to ask all the questions either.

Management and crew very professional and attentive to work. Full cleanup and repair for roof, window screens, door and some woodwork. Went the extra mile voluntarily when damage was discovered that was not in the work order.

Tyler, Logan, Jeff and the Orange Elephant crew were all great! They made the process less stressful than it could have been, handled all of the necessary insurance issues & communicated with us regularly. We appreciate them greatly!

Do not hire this company. We have had them return for rework three times and now our roof is still leaking from the ceiling. Our ceiling and walls have been damaged and we've had to stay up several times to empty containers. Not to mention that we are on our third service rep. Avoid this company.

Top notch Professionals! Mike and Courtney kept everything on track and was great to work with. This is the roofer everyone needs when working with an insurance company. Courtney knew exactly what documents they needed to move the claim forward. We got a great quality roof quickly and they were easy to work with. They were clean, fast, took care of all my needs, Mile, Axel, and Belinda were in constant communication at all times and through the prelims. They were very informative and helped me get an upgrade high impact shingle that gave us a huge discount on our insurance. I had a great experience with Courtney. He went above and beyond to help me with some issues that he did not need to help with. He’s a great guy and was super helpful in the beginning of the process of getting our roof done.

Mike, the Production Manager was so nice and so accommodating. I had completely forgotten about materials being delivered one day and the roofing was to be done the next day. My father had just passed away and there was no way I could deal with getting the roof done at that time. Mike was so considerate about it all and waited an appropriate amount of time to reschedule. During and after installation he followed up several times to make sure everything went okay.

Thank you. It's unfortunate that Oscar was fired. That disappointed me. He was really only reason I stayed with the company.

Mike Monterroso, was very diligent in seeing that our roofing job was done correctly and timely. He was present each day which was so helpful when I had questions. Even after the job was completed he was very responsive to my phone call about a minor problem with roof vent covers. He was prompt in coming to check out the situation anjd made sure it was taken care of. I commend Mike for his professionalism and a job well done

Orange Elephant Roofing replaced my roof deck, the roof and both wind turbines. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up everything and were done by 4:30 p.m. The workers were all polite and courteous. The roof looks beautiful. I am very pleased and recommend this company for all your roofing needs.

He put in the work to contact my provider and helped me get an insurance inspection scheduled. Wow! Tristan Hughes is awesome! He humbly approached my doorstep and ask if he could inspect my roof from the recent hail storm we had over here in Edmond. I said yes.
