Called Victor once again to inspect a roof after the last hail storm. Victor responded quickly and checked out the roof. I was informed there was only slight damage, and there was no need for an insurance claim. It is refreshing to find a company that responds quickly and is honest. This is the 3rd time Victor has inspected a roof for me on my houses. Only once I needed the roof replaced. The replacement went smoothly, and an exceptional job was done. Roof Worx did a great job replacing my roof, gutters and gutter guards. project manager Camil Rykowski was able to negotiate with the insurance company to not only replace the roof but the roof decking as well. I could not be more pleased with roof installation by RoofWorx. They arrived on schedule and completed a large job in one day. Had roof replaced 5 years ago by another contractor and there is no comparison with the quality of the work. Place was clean and almost 100% nail free after work was completed. The best thing I can say about the service is that Camil met with insurance inspectors on numerous occasions (5 separate occasions) because they were determined to deny the claim. He never gave up and not only received full approval for roof replacement but skylights, gutters, grill, as well as getting whole house painted. He knows the business well and is prepared to go to bat for his client. Outstanding service and customer service!!!

I was on my deck a few months ago and noticed some inspecting the roof on the house behind us.
We had a nasty hail storm on Memorial Day so I shouted over to Victor.
After brief introduction he offered to do a free drone inspection of our roof.
And….it did have quite a bit of damage.

RoofWorx finished our new roof last week and it looks amazing. Several of our neighbors have commented on how nice it looks.

The installers were thorough, professional and fast. Very little impact to my beautiful yard.

Roof Worx did a great job replacing our roof (all in one day) that was damaged by hail. They came back the next day to install new gutters and leaf guards (3 hours). Ted, the PM kept me informed of the schedule and made sure it all went smoothly. It looks awesome!

With a recent violent hail storm, I called up Roof Worx to check for damage. They gave me a very thorough and honest consultation with detailed pics and recommendations.
I say honest because there was no charge and no repairs needed. No unnecessary repairs recommended or required.

Barry with roof works cam and did an inspection for us same day. We had some concerns about our roof while replacing our soffit. While here he gave us some tips to look for and regular maintenance suggestions. Didn't end up needing the repair at this date but will definitely use them when we do. Very helpful and friendly highly recommend.

He has submitted the final claim to the insurance company and will follow up with me on the end result. The contractors that completed the roof and gutters completed the job quickly and efficiently. Zach and the crew were attentive to my request to replace warped foundation boards under the old shingles. He came out to check on the roof a few times, out of his way, when I had questions. The roof turned out great and Zach was wonderful to work with.

My brother-in-law recommended that I contact Bart @ Roofworx 2 years ago, after a hail storm. Barry set up an appointment and came by to inspect my 20-year-old shake roof. He admitted the roof needed repairs, but advised that I replace the whole thing. Unfortunately, insurance would not pay for much of the project, and I was unable to pay out-of-pocket at the time. However, both Bart and Barry came by last fall and inspected the roof; they assured me that it could weather another Colorado winter. They were right.

This past spring brought hail and mighty winds that damaged some gutters. I again contacted Barry. He was on-site when insurance adjusters came by to inspect & reinspect my roof. He went to bat for me, trying to get insurance to pay more. Again, insurance would only pay a very small amount.

Knowing that I would have to fund most of the project, Barry gave an estimate for a material that was within my budget. I was able to convince my HOA that one of Roofworx products was very similar to one approved by the architectural committee; thankfully, it was approved.

The project was delayed due to a shingle shortage, but I now have a brand new roof. The crew was respectful & timely and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Barry came by after completion to inspect their work. We were both very satisfied with the results. I sincerely recommend Roofworx and appreciate their help.

With a lot of challenges Ted has proven to be a solid and great professional and has really helped with a highly challenging situations. Truly a professional. Ted does prove he is a true leader to his team as well.

My saga started after the May 9th, 2023 hail storm. Roof Worx was my first phone call to have my roof evaluated since they had
replaced the roof in 2013. Our experience then was also a positive one. From my first phone call to Roof Worx to Paul Donaghey standing on my front porch the following morning, I knew I was once again in good hands. Paul's knowledge of the porcess of insurance claims, claims adjusters, required paperwork and what I should expect was invaluable. He was able to take a hugh weight off my shoulders. I will once again not hesitate to refer Roof Worx and Paul Donaghey to anybody.

Really appreciate the work that Camil and team did for us after the hail storm we got in Firestone May '23. Camil helped out with the insurance claim, made sure we got as much $ as possible, and did a great job of coordinating the work and timing. Roof Worx is a very professional company, they have a great video of what to expect when they come to replace a roof and it set expectations perfectly and they followed through on what they said they would do for us. We've had some some good rain since it was finished and I can confidently say- no leaks!

Mikey provided excellent service! He came over one day and shared that because it just rained, it’s best he come back the following day when it’s dry. He came back the following day at the time promised, looked at the roof, was very honest and also gave me advice on gutters. I will absolutely use this company when needing a roof replacement because of the kind, transparent knowledgeable service I received from Mikey.

I spent weeks researching the right company for our tile roof replacement, and after many on-site interviews and cringy pitches, we finally found RoofWorx. Ted and Bart were professional, courteous, and responsive from start to finish. They advised us to consider F-Wave, a highly rated, hail-resisted composite shingle that looks like slate, and that reduced our insurance premium as a bonus. We also replaced all gutters at the same time as the roof, and when we had an issue 18 months later with one of the gutters, they came right out and fixed it - no charge. In a world with too many scammy, fly-by-night roofing companies, RoofWorx is a company you can depend on.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONESTY!!! Barry told me that he would be at my home at 2pm for an estimate. He called at 2:30pm telling me that he would be 30 minutes late and then just never showed up. I even took the whole day off for the appointment. I called the manager and he told me that Barry will show up the next day. He was there for exactly 5 minutes, hastily looking at the roof (caught on camera) and told me that the roof is not qualified for a hail damage claim. The following week, a Statefarm adjuster assessed the roof, and approved a $32k for a roof replacement due to heavy hail damage, along with the gutters. I went ahead and chose another roofing contractor as Barry is very dishonest and basically lied to me. There are so many other better roofing company. These guys just wanted to jump from one job to another the fastest they can. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !

We worked with Roof Worx after we had massive branches from a tree fall on our house and damage our roof. Barry was the guy who we worked with and he was simply a joy. He was extremely communicative, responsive, and informative. He worked really hard to interface with our insurance and represent our best interests to them when they tried to short change us. First off, there are no words to describe the level of service and support Barry from RoofWorx has provided me in my current situation. We are in the process of selling our house and the buyers had a couple concerns about the condition of the house siding and also a peculiar spot in the ceiling that showed up in the inspection report. I received Barry's contact information from my realtor and from then on it was beyond customer satisfaction working with Barry. After my initial call to Barry, he was out to my property within a day or two and had a siding inspection report back to me within 36hrs. I needed to contact Barry again to inspect the peculiar spot in the ceiling and without hesitation, Barry was out the next day to look even further into my situation and like clock work provided an inspection report within 36hrs. I will solely use RoofWorx and hopefully am able to work with Barry if I ever have any future roof or siding concerns. I had minor roof damage and tried to find a roofer to repair my roof. No one would return my calls, but then I called Roof Worx and Barry came out and gave me a estimate the next day and repaired the roof a week later. He was very professional and do a great job. I would recommend Roof Worx to a Friend in need.

After a recent hailstorm, Victor Stewart with RoofWorx came out and inspected our roof to help us determine the amount of damage. He returned to our residence when the insurance company came out to do their assessment of the damage. The insurance company used a drone to inspect and didn’t find all of the damage that Victor had found, so he insisted they go up and take a closer look. Without his help and his in-depth knowledge about insurance policies, he made sure that we got the repairs we needed and were entitled to. RoofWorx came and replaced the roof right away! They did a great job, were very respectful and did a fantastic job of cleaning up when they were done. Victor personally came out to make sure that we were happy with the new roof and made sure that all our questions were answered. We would highly recommend Victor from RoofWorx – he was impressively knowledgeable about their products and insurance policies, and was amazing at communicating through every step!

My first call, I was disappointed in the customer service but, apparently, there was a misunderstanding that I was a salesman or something.

The situation pleasantly turned around when Barry came around and took on my roof-installation project and did it well. I was in a very difficult situation and trying to get my house sold and he did what was needed to work with me to get the work done for the sale. And he was a pleasure to talk with.

Roof Worxs was such an amazing company to work with. This was my first time getting my roof replaced and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Victor made sure to answer any questions I had, and always called or emailed me with any updated on the roof. If you are considering going with Roof Worx I would highly recommend, the price estimate we go was spot on with the insurance, the installation was all done in one day, and looks absolutely amazing. I would recommend Roof Worx in Thornton, Colorado for your roofing needs. We suspected we had damage from a hail storm and when a roofing company offered to inspect our roof and engage our insurance company, we agreed. However, the insurance company’s initial inspection only acknowledged damage to a few shingles and our roofing company abandoned us. I noticed that Roof Worx had been doing work in our community and I reached out to them for assistance. Their rep, John Sorbo, came out and inspected our roof and felt we needed to request a reinspection of the roof. From that point, Roof Worx worked directly with our insurance company and was able to get them to completely cover the cost of replacing the roof on our house and barn.

We did our research into Roof Worx and discovered they were a GAF Factory Certified Contractor, and as a local business had several years of experience. We were very happy with the quality of the work and enjoyed working with John. Once the work started, their crew completed the tear off and replacement of both roofs in two days. They laid down tarps to protect our deck and landscaping, and spent a great deal of time in cleaning up. Once the work was completed, they provided us with a copy of the roof warranty from the manufacturer.

Victor was very responsive, He gave an accurate estimate, was very pleasant to work with, honest about what to expect, and very professional. After examining the roof already and determining it's need for repair, he also came out at the same time as the insurance company to advocate for any extra things needed. They came out the day after Thanksgiving just as they said they would, and had the job done in a day!

My project manager, Noah, was very knowledgeable. Noah spent a great deal of time with me offering options and advice. Bringing samples to my home helped to visualize the options, colors, and the completed project. Answering my questions, explaining roofing jargon, warranties, explaining roofing and city inspections procedures, answering my many calls and emails must have tried his patience. But he was such a good teacher and always willing to help me understand and be comfortable with every aspect of the process.

My homeowners association was an obstacle because I wanted to make a small color change to the shingles. I had a great deal of frustration with their delay in reviewing my request and amazement at their questions. Noah and Roof Worx, LLC stuck with me assisting in answering questions and talking to one of the board members with me. It was two months before the HOA sent final approval. I believe other companies would have asked me to find someone else to re-roof my home.

Not every roofing company would have the owner come to my home to review the progress and quality of work. Roof Worx, LLC did.

This is our second roof installed by Roof Worx. Based on our first experience, we didn’t hesitate to come back. Barry and Aaron didn’t disappoint. They actually exceeded our expectations. From the initial inspection, to meeting with insurance adjuster, through installation and final inspection, Barry was in contact with us every step of the way. We are thrilled with our new TPO roof and especially the poly iso insulation that was added above our old existing roof decking. It has made an unbelievable difference in our energy use and comfort. We didn’t have AC until this spring and the house used to get to 85f on hot days. Well, turns out we didn’t even need to install an AC after adding the poly iso. The house never gets above 77 even on hot days! Roof worx made this possible by working with our insurance adjuster to add the insulation as a supplement on the roof replacement.
The installation was stressful due to needing plumbers here at the same time to install roof penetrations. We were removing one penetration, adding two new, and one existing one had to be replaced because it would have been too short with the new roof. There is also a lot of debris left (which they prepared me for), issues with getting insurance paid out (not roof worx fault), and paint repairs on the new fascia that weren’t completed. But overall I am giving 5 stars because we love our new roof and loved working with Barry.

Very happy with the roof installed by Roof Worx. Barry was the project coordinator and was very thorough about the options to choose from, pleasant gentleman to work with. Once I decided on the class 4 GAF roof, he spent time going over the process of the installation and what materials would be used, a fair price was agreed to and the contract was signed. Crew did a very good job with the installation, the owner stopped by on the day of the installation to take a look as well. Couple small things needed to be gone over after the roof was installed and Barry was quick to get the team out to make the adjustments. Ideally will be the only roof I ever have installed, happy to have worked with Roof Worx on this project, I would recommend them for a roof installation. If hail does any damage in the future, I trust Roof Worx will come out and fix the issues. Thanks Barry, job well done!

Roof Worx inspected my roof after a hail storm. John Sorbo, the project manager, arrived right on time and was very thorough and honest. My roof did not need replacing at this time, but he also went above and beyond - cutting back a tree limb that was on my roof and pointing out a few additional areas where we could cut back trees to extend the life of our roof. I appreciated his insights, professionalism, assistance and honesty and would recommend Roof Worx.

I first met Vicor from Roof Worx about four years ago when we had a pretty large hail storm. After these events all kinds of people show up and want to sell a guy a roof and my neighborhood was no exception. I really dislike unsolicited offers...or sales pitches. Victor was out and about walking the subdivision and we struck up a conversation and from what I could tell I didn't think a new roof was needed but I asked him to go ahead and take a look. He came back down off the ladder and said I didn't need a roof and only damage was a dent in one of the box vents. I just about fell over! here is this guy telling me I don't need a roof after a hail storm. I asked him about why he wasn't going to try and sell me a roof and his reply was "some of these guys don't care about your claim history" Again I just about fell over! So I got his business card with the intention of doing business with him in the future. Fast forward four years and I got up on the ladder to take a look at the roof. I have the old thin, now illegal T-lock shingles and they were definitely showing their age, nail pops thru the top layer (two layers on my roof) and it appeared not be drying evenly and loss of some of the media.Victor was prompt and responsive to all my questions about the GAF roofing system, his and the installers credentials and the benefits of the GAF product. I can highly recomend doing business with Victor and Roof Worx.
