Scott and crew did an amazing job with our house. My only issue is it took more than 6 months to happen after signing the contract. We contracted with Kelly Construction to install some replacement windows, re-side our entire house and install new guttering. We contacted Scott Kelly the owner and he came out within a couple of days to meet with us. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. He promised a bid within a couple of days which we received promptly and was a very fair price for all the work. We received quotes from two other companies, one was slightly higher and the other considerably higher. We enjoyed meeting with Scott, there was no pressure at all and he spent time answering all our questions.

As soon as all the materials arrived Scott contacted us a few days out and the work began. Everything went very very smoothly. The crews were wonderful, reliable, friendly and skillful, they worked very hard and did a fabulous job. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and were respectful of us and our property. Scott came to the work site frequently to check in with us and see if we had any questions or concerns.

The work was completed on time, everything was cleaned and all lights and door bells etc. were re-installed. We are thrilled, the house looks beautiful and brand new and they left everything cleaner than when they arrived!

Very satisfied with the siding job Scott and his crew did on my home. Most importantly it looks great but the professionalism that was shown and the customer service demonstrated made a huge difference in my overall experience. Scott is a rarity in the construction industry! He is organized, responsive, friendly ,and was incredibly helpful with our insurance company in navigating the claim process. We really enjoyed working with him and his awesome, hard working team. We had our entire home stripped of the original aluminum siding and re-insulated and sided with new steel-reinforced siding (no painting and no hail dents, yay!!).

We hired Scott to for our total exterior renovation LONG DISTANCE. Not only was he an exceptional craftsman but the level of customer service is unheard of today. Scott was our eyes ears project manager contractor and now friend. He extended time to us here on the east coast when it was convenient for us and dealt with every and any issue that arose. He worked magic on our house and we went from worst to first in the neighborhood. If he could come to NJ and work on our home here we would have in in a New York minute as they say out here on the east coast. Scott and his crew did an awesome job at my business building exterior update. My office is in a 1921 farmhouse and the exterior wood was very weather-beaten. They put siding on the building and did some touch up paint and it looks brand new, so professional. Kelly Construction finished residing our house one week ago. We are very pleased with the outcome. They installed siding, soffits and gutters. We were delayed awhile because of weather, but once Scott and Mike got started they were here every day and finished in a timely manner. I had bids from several contractors and Scott's bid was very competitive, even over $10,000 lower than Champion Siding, who then tried to come close to his bid. I appriciated his honest bid from the start and he wanted no money until we were happy with the completed job. He talked to me every day about how things were going. Very good to do business with.

I contacted Scott Kelly of Kelly Construction back in March, 2015 to look at my siding. It was in need of repair. Scott pointed out a neighbors house he & his company did a year ago. I wanted to get my house fixed & have the weather damage repaired. I chose to have the entire house resided in Vinyl Siding. I had the doors/windows wrapped with metal trim & the soffits & fascia were also installed. Now my house looks like a new home! I wish that I'd met Scott several years ago. I'm a happy camper..... The fellow who did the siding for our house is Scott Kelly, of Kelly Construction. He did vinyl siding for a friend of ours and she recommended him to us. He was willing to do vinyl, but he recommended steel siding for our house as a more durable and sharper finish than vinyl. The steel siding was about a thousand more than the vinyl for the whole house, but his price was several thousand less than a couple of larger competitors bid for vinyl. We chose him and were very pleased with the extreme attention to detail that he and his workers employed. We also asked him to replace a deck door and that has also been very good. He was right - the steel siding has been much more satisfactory than the vinyl I had at a previous house and I'm never worried about anything like a hail storm damaging the house. I've had him back a couple of times to repair what some other workers have done to the siding (one was a roofer, who butchered the siding as they were replacing the roof) and he's always been able to fix the issues. We've never had any issues crop up because of his work - I recommend him very highly.
