Also provides suggestions for Insurance Carriers. STATE FARM SUCKS (my words not his). Do not get insurance from State Farm if you plan on submitting a claim. If you roof is not torn off by an F1 tornado, they will not approve your claim.

Mason worked with State Farm and fought them tooth and nail to ensure I would get a fair chance or receiving full coverage on a roof repair. He worked with us for 8 months on this (State Farm's hurry up and wait game) FOR FREE and when we were denied the 1st time, Mason followed up with State Farm and countered their suggestion as he did not feel it was the right solution for us. We had massive hail in May. Options Exteriors replaced our siding and roof. Amazing job. Jeremy B was our contact person. Jeremy you rock! He is very friendly, very knowledgeable. We made suggestions and so did he (love the 1/2 window idea). Jeremy kept us updated on when supplies would arrive and work would begin and end. The crews were very polite Clean-up was thorough. Jeremy even returned to do a final clean-up. I filed the initial claim and Options took over, taking care of all the rest. I am very pleased with the service I received and the end result

Unbelievable and almost comical! OE initially installed a new roof and gutter after a hailstorm. After that, I had a tree fall and damage my gutters, so my first call was to OE. They told me they could not do the repair because they would not make any money. I asked, what kind of answer was that? He said it would have been $500 to fix it. I replied that would have been a better response than, “We wouldn’t make any money.” So, I wrote a bad review on the experience. After I wrote the review, I got a call from a regional employee saying they would make it right and asked me to remove my review. He said he could not do it for the original $500 but could do it for $776. I said OK and he went silent. After texting him back he asked if I could talk. I called and he said that his cost was $2300, and he could now do it for $2000. That is the laughable part out of all of this. He wasted my time, and my price did nothing but increase. Do they have 4.9 stars, because they talk you into taking down the original bad reviews hoping you don’t write a second?

Very clean and efficient. Everything was completed in two days. Hunter and Jeremy were awesome to work with. They worked directly with insurance and made the whole process seamless. House looks great with the new gutters and new roof!

After the storms moved through Southwest Iowa at the end of April 2024, Options was the first company to ring our doorbell the following Saturday morning. I’ve always been pretty skeptical of these types of contractors but I was wrong to feel this way about Options. Trent and Sam went above and beyond to walk us through the process, talked to our Insurance Company, met with us after the adjuster wrote everything up, called to keep us updated on what was going on with our claim and was here when their crew came to replace our roof. I cannot say enough good things about Trent and Sam and Luis (hopefully I got the spelling right) and the crew of roofers that tore off the old and replaced our house shingles as well as our shed. They got rained on before the shed was finished so had to finish the following morning. All of this was done 2 weeks to the day from the storm!! I would highly recommend Options and won’t hesitate to call on them if, heaven forbid, we should need their services again. Side note: They are replacing 80 roofs in our town and we were their fifth. Thank you Trent and Sam for being with us every step of the way through this process! We truly appreciate YOU!

Due to a hail storm on March 31, 2023, my home needed a new roof and gutters, in addition to some other damage, all covered by insurance. Jeremy Bents from Options Exteriors dropped by, made a thorough inspection, and started the claim process with my insurance company, met with the insurance adjustor, and was instrumental in getting a very fair settlement. He lined up crews and materials delivery and I had a new roof and gutters in short order. I was so pleased with the results that I engaged Options Exteriors for replacement of siding, out of pocket. When there was an issue on that job, Options stood by their work and took care of it, without additional charge. All jobs were billed as quoted, no overages.
While everyone I worked with at Options was professional and thorough, I would especially commend Jeremy for his meticulous attention to detail and masterful ability to work with insurance companies, from initiation of the claim through to making sure that the hold-back was disbursed after work was completed. I also greatly appreciate Julia Bents for her timely updates on materials delivery and when crews would be onsite, in addition to preparation instructions ahead of crew arrival and how long I could expect the job to take. I teach music lessons at my home, so this information was crucial in allowing me to reschedule lessons around the noisy and busy construction work.

My roof was completed by these guys in a timely manner. It looks excellent. Really elevates the curb appeal. My sales guy Brody was extremely helpful, I must've asked a million questions, as I'm not terribly familiar with roofing. He was with me every step of the way. My garage and house are safe from storms. There was even an issue where they had to use additional materials but due to the fact that that was not on our quote I was not charged for those additional materials. I would recommend them.

Super insightful inspection: I’d never expected that a hail storm could’ve caused so much damage to our roof! On top of that, they proceeded by thoroughly explaining all of our rights and options as far as filing a claim with our insurance company!

This company replaced the siding on our home which was damaged during the derecho. Sutton Forsythe, Project Consultant for our job, stayed in touch, returned phone calls, was very professional. The workers cleaned up after the job was done, and even stopped making noise when my little doggie had to go outside (he was afraid of the noise). The job they did was excellent!
