Joe is the Best. I Highly recommend him and his company. He helped with my mom’s roof and did an awesome job. I have spent many years in the industry and interviewed numerous contractors to settle on Joe. Seemed more that qualified and that was exactly right. That was definitely the right decision. I contacted JB Roofing to get an inspection and estimate done for my leaking roof on my manufactured home. First off, everyone I talked to was professional and courteous and got a free inspection scheduled promptly! Matt came out and inspected my roof and told me that while they don't work with the materials I currently have on my roof, he has some recommendations of other contractors that do, which was a great help! Thank you to Matt and everyone else on their team!

Asked Joe to come quote replacing all my gutters. He offered advice/information to help me do some repairs myself in certain areas much cheaper as the gutters did not need to be replaced yet. Will definitely come here whenever I need roof help/work.

Wow! Wow wow! JB Roofing is the best roofing company in the Des Moines Metro and we’ve worked with many over the last two years.

JB Roofing came out quickly, got on
the roof, diagnosed the problems, and helped fix the issues those other roofing companies created.

JB roofing is local. They care. They are honest, helpful, and considerate. I’ll never call another roofing company again. JB roofing is my go to roofing company from now on. Give them a try and see for yourself the difference in service.

Best part is, my wife’s happy!

I can’t say enough just how unhappy we are with the owner and the money we wasted with him on our gutters. He never returned to fix and check workmanship of the company he sub contracted to do the work as we requested. Every corner leaks and or holds water. Can’t imagine the nightmare an entire roof job would pose.

I highly recommend JB Roofing. They were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. We had a full roof replacement due to hail damage. The installation crew did the entire job (removal, installation and cleanup) in 5 hours! I was impressed with everyone I worked with. They were all professional and very responsive. They made the process very easy.

JB Roofing was wonderful to work with!!! Joe came out to give me an estimate to repair my roof after the August Derecho on Wednesday September 16th, and I was informed they could come back and repair it on Saturday September 19th!!! That is AMAZINGLY fast service!!! This was a small job too, only a 6' by 6' area of missing shingles! Joe knew right away that I had Tamko Weatherwood shingles, and he never tried to up-sell me a new roof (mine is 11 years old). They came back at 8:00 AM on Saturday morning and were done by 9:00 AM. They were extremely courteous and professional, and cleaned up after they were done!!! Their patch work was top notch!!!! You can't even tell I had my roof repaired!!! I would highly recommend JB Roofing for any roof or exterior needs!!!

Joe was excellent to work with and fast to respond to making time for an appointment that we needed quickly. He was very courteous and patient in explaining the issue and while he easily could have told me I needed a new roof or an expensive repair he instead gave me a simple and inexpensive solution to resolve our problem. Highly Recommend! The service I received on the phone was fantastic. The appointment setting and scheduling was easy. The team that came out were professional. They cleaned up after themselves and even went out of there way to do a little extra. I felt the price was extremely fair. I chose to do business with a smaller company because i have found you get more personalized service and that was definitely true with JB. Thank you Joe and Team!

Not very reliable. We have a leak and i scheduled an appointment. After the guy rescheduled for an hour later, he showed up more than an hour late and didn't even try to look at place,saying he doesn't have the right equipment and will come back later the week
He never showed up. Do not recommend.
