Matt was great to work with. They were able to get us in within a few days of us calling to get a quote, the quote came back fast, and they were very price competitive with several other locals in town. After deciding we wanted to move forward he got me in within 2 days and that was around Christmas! They guys showed up to install and completed it within 2 hours and were very nice about showing my husband the work they had completed.

Very happy with this business, as we were looking at insulating the walls to our garage, but he advised to wait and see (and it’s easier to do in the summer). We live in a new build so I was quite surprised to hear that there was no insulation in the garage attic (definitely a first time home buyer assumption). Thank you Attic Solutions Team!

I had attic solutions remove and replace all the insulation in my attic. The men who came to do the work, Mike and Don were courteous and professional in their interactions. The price was fair and the work complete. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if need arises.

Matthew was great to work with, super nice on the phone and explained everything very well. They did the insulation work and the only problem we ran into was the kitchen vent (which was open at the time because we are replacing the microwave) In the attic the vent wasn't properly installed and was pretty much just a hole into the attic, so they didn't see it when adding insulation. They were very apologetic and cleaned up the mess. The guy doing the insulation work said it was a little out of their scope of work and would need parts they didn't have and something they don't do. However, he was nice enough to go out of his way after his last job of the day and pick up the parts, and come back and he installed the vent and hose. Now that is great customer service!

Called to schedule an estimate to get an attic insulation completed. They called, schedule their inspection, but never called back or provided their estimate. I followed up with a phone call and the gentleman confirmed my email address and stated he would send to me by the end of the day. Two weeks later, nothing was sent or received. The attic was already cleaned out, and sanitized, by the roofing company that just replaced our new roof. However, this company never responded. I guess trying to pick a local company to do business doesn't always equal great customer service.
Received a follow phone call from the owner Matt, we talked about the issue; however, the owner was more concerned about the one star review and asked that I ho back and read the review response. In final, Matt, the owner stated he was glad I was not one of his customer and got upset we I advised him I'll just go and update the review stating what we just talked about. Would not recommend this company due to the customer service and not be a reliable company. Save your money, the trouble and look for a more legitimate business.
After reading the updated reply this is not a "troll" of your business and no we did not have the insulation work done until we never heard back from your company. I'm not sure what the misunderstanding is about if no one called or sent me an estimate after the gentleman was at our home, took the pictures on the iPad and stated the owner does the estimates. So, your company had the pictures as proof the work was not done. Since you called me, didn't leave a vm, I returned the phone call. But as you stated, your were glad I was not your customer. So, again it's your business, run it as you wish, I will spend my money on other local businesses that are willing to provide better customer service. Again, customers just need to be aware. While you could always confirm by the pictures taken that the work was not done until after no response from your company. And that's okay, you have a right to do business with whom you wish. But as you stated your glad I was not your customer. So, we don't need your business. But if you as an owner want to make excuse of me of having the work done way before, I will be more than happy to provide you the receipt of the other company that came out after. In addition you can refer to the pictures W.L. took the day he was at our house. This is not another company that is trying to discredit you, I think your doing this to your self. Please let me know if you need me to post the copy of my receipt and or send to you. I will be more than happy to do so.

From start to finish Matt and each of his crew members exemplified professionalism and integrity. I contacted Attic Solutions about some spots that appeared on our upstairs ceiling and after some ice spots had appeared in the ceiling corners during a cold snap this winter.

Logan provided a thorough inspection and explained everything he was doing and what he discovered. The estimate came back quickly and was within my price expectations for the job. We accepted the bid and were able to get on the schedule fairly quickly.

When the work crew showed up they were polite, respectful, and hard-working. They explained what they were doing and asked if we had any questions they could answer. They fixed the issue in our attic and brought the insulation level back up to where it should be. When they were finished they cleaned up after themselves, collected a check from us, and were on their way.

I'm pleased with their work they did and am looking forward to not dealing with any more ceiling issues and to a hopefully lower energy bill thanks to the added insulation.

We recently had some dark areas on our ceiling and had a recommendation to have it looked at by Attic Solutions. Matt, the owner, had it looked at quickly, and let us know what and how the problems could be fixed and set up an appointment for us to get it done. Matt was great, he answered all our questions so we understood what going to be done. When Mike and Donnie, the workers came, they were on time, very polite, professional, answered questions and let me know what their progress was and showed me pictures when they were finished and had cleaned up. We are happy with their work and would recommend Matt and his crew.

Matt and the team were very responsive and kind. They were willing to answer all my little questions, follow up questions and explain their process. Mostly they took time to make my wife and I comfortable with the work they were doing in our home.

We were having issues with pipes freezing in the very cold Iowa months. Matt and his team responded quickly to our request for an assessment. They identified the problem areas and gave us a precise plan of attack to rectify the problem. The team put in a lot of effort and went above and beyond during the installation process. They kept us informed of their progress. Matt checked in with us frequently throughout the process. Very affordable and reassuring.

We had insulation added to our walls and basement in our last house and are having them come to our new house to add insulation in our garage and attic spaces.

Other companies never responded and these guys did immediately. Fixed all of our issues. Fair priced and the kindest people you will find.

Owner was helpful and responsive, workers arrived on time and were very nice. There was a little miscommunication regarding the number of vent chutes they were installing, but that was quickly and easily corrected. Job was completed quickly and they even did a decent job cleaning up afterwards.

I had my kitchen remodeled where a bulkhead was removed and the insulation had not been updated since the house was built. Needed to have insulation redone and brought up to code. I contacted Attic Solutions. The were easy to work with, fulfilled my needs at a very competitive price, were on time, worked quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone. Was one of the easiest companies I have worked with in quite a while.

We had major frost on our ceiling in December during a cold snap. I called Attic Solutions and they were able to fit us in their schedule within three days. We were going to be traveling, so we instructed we wanted any damaged insulation removed, any damaged baffles repaired or replaced, and a higher r value of insulation installed in the entire attic as our builder years ago used the bare minimum. Two weeks after the work was completed we again had frost on our ceiling. Upon calling, the owner was reluctant to return (he personally was not present the day the work was done and hasn't been to our home since). He stated the job was done properly. At this point he started ignoring our calls and texts. When we finally got him to answer (using an alternate number) the call ended with the owner screaming, swearing, and hanging up on me. He had a change of heart soon after and sent the supervisor out who did the initial job (months after the initial job was completed). The supervisor informed us either they missed a couple of areas or it blew back out after they completed the work (there were no major wind events in the two weeks between job completion and us noticing frost again). He informed me there was currently zero insulation above my master bathroom. Since the frost had caused damage to our drywall ceiling, we decided to have a drywall contractor repair the ceiling prior to insulation being added. When our drywall contractor removed the damaged drywall, old, moldy insulation fell down. Thus, Attic Solutions never removed it as agreed. Our drywall work was completed five weeks ago. We have been calling and texting both the supervisor and owner to finish the master bathroom insulation. The supervisor has responded but can't move forward without the owner's blessing. The owner will not call or text us back. At this point, we have decided to move forward with a new company to ensure the job is completed properly. I tend to not write negative reviews unless the poor customer service is both repetitive and intentional. The stress this company has caused is not worth chasing anymore.

I hired Attic Solutions to add additional insulation to my attic as I knew there were some serious gaps from construction projects done on the home. They were easy to work with in getting a time that worked for me, his team were prompt, got the work done, and left their latter in place so I could view what they had done. I would highly recommend their service.

I hired Attic Solutions to insulate our garage. Matt was quick to respond and his team did a great job. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up after the work was complete. Would highly recommend.

WARNING YOU ON ATTIC SOLUTIONS! After completing the job our ceiling temp in spots was 86 degrees. I had the attic inspected picture taken (see attached) and was confirmed that the attic was not blown in at a R60 (as invoiced) and in some spots insulation is just covering the 6” ceiling joists. I texted Matt three times giving him several opportunities to respond and come and inspect the work that his guys did and complete the job correctly that we agreed on. I also left Matt a voice message (forth attempt) and NOT ONE response. Matt ends all calls with God Bless. Matt if you truly want to bless people you should do the job you promise and invoice people, return texts voicemails and live up to your commitments you promise people. Matt I see you respond to people who give you a good review and I will give you the opportunity to respond to this fifth request of inspecting the shoddy insulation job done and fix the job that was never completed at a R60 level you promised and invoiced me for.

I called Matt on a Tuesday to help with an extremely hot upstairs. By Friday, he had his team here adding more insulation to the attic. Both Jamie and Mike did a nice job explaining everything to me and it was evident they took pride in their work! I’m happy with the service they provided and would recommend them.

We called Attic Solutions to get a second opinion after another company quoted us a really high price to get our attic reinsulated and claimed that our attic was facing many issues requiring repair. The staff at Attic Solutions are incredibly kind and professional. They debunked a lot of the "major issues" the other company claimed were present in our attic. In the end they charged us a fair price and our energy costs have almost halved. I cannot recommend them enough!

The preliminary results seem to be that adding the new insulation to my attic over the sprayed foam has reduced my energy usage by almost 1/3. My upstairs bedrooms are noticeably warmer. The transformation really surprised me and you can’t put a price on comfort. I don’t expect the savings to be as much in the spring and fall months but if my calculations are correct the payback should be between 3-4 years.

I contacted Matt Thomas, (Attic Solutions) via telephone Jan 6, 2022, RE: garage attic insulation Matt and an employee stopped by Jan. 7th, to get familiar with the project, a bid was provided me same day. Project was completed Jan 10th, on time, as bid was presented. Mike and Max (installed the insulation, R60) were very courteous, respectful, professional and maintained a clean work environment.

My family recently had insulation added to the attic. I cannot say enough good things about this group. Very professional, timely, responsive, and explained everything very well. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them on any insulation need in the future.

Very satisfied with everything from when I first spoke to Matt on the phone! Sent me a quote for the job. Called and followed up to see if I was on schedule. Set a date for install. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the owner. They sent pictures of the attic after the insulation was blown. I especially appreciate the way they share their Christian faith. I have used them for two different issues and been very satisfied! Highly recommend!

Matt has been absolutely amazing and so nice and respectful to me as a woman. Did not take advantage of me when it came to prices and REALLY took his time to figure out my situation before he was even payed a dime. Matt's team added insulation above the north-facing garage in my townhome in fall 2020. As the garage is now below my work-from-home office, I wanted to make sure the office would stay more comfortable during the winter. And now that we're dealing with zero degree days, I can say this investment was completely worth it! Matt's team was friendly and efficient. They explained what they found as far as some existing insulation and what they could to improve on it. This has made a huge difference in both my garage and townhome. And I appreciate Matt's great communications and information before we started the project and his great work his team did.

Needed to add some much needed insulation to our attic. I called 3 different places for quotes. If you are needing insulation in your home, I cannot say enough good about Matthew and his company! We have had very few good contractors that I can say anything good about and the last 6 months have been a huge struggle!!! This guy has went above and beyond customer satisfaction to ensure the insulation was done right and in a timely manner! If you need insulation, do not hesitate to call Matthew! He will get you taken care of above and beyond what any other insulation company will do, I personally guarantee it!!!

We had a pretty tricky house. Lots of things took more time than anticipated but they still did a thorough job and cleaned up well. Highly recommend!

I cannot stress how great this experience was. Matthew contacted me immediately after sending him an online inquiry about pricing and products. He was incredibly helpful and prompt. His crew was fantastic. They were so friendly and worked so hard! They cleaned up when they completed the project and then helped me complete the necessary MidAmerican paperwork for rebates! I cannot stress that they are beyond reasonable on pricing but also so easy to deal with.
