Jaimie Mudge does top-notch work. He takes his time on everything he does. I worked with him for a long time every project we completed Was looked over inspected and approved. A man who really cares about the work he does!!!

Jamie and his crew did an amazing job on repairing/shingling our roof. We looked for a few months trying to find someone that could come squeeze in our repair before winter- Jamie squeezed us in and worked in the cold and snowy weather to be able to get it done for us. Jamie and crew just finished reroofing our old barn. From start to finish, he had excellent communication, was friendly, respectful, honest, and considerate. We've had a few roofs replaced over the years and he's been only one who made sure every part of the job was done right (no cut corners) and took pride in his work. We were having last minute issues wondering if our insurance would cover the entire reroof job. We were stressing a bit since our barn just started leaking in many spots and winter is around the corner. Jamie was patient, helpful, and understanding, while we figured out what our game plan was going to be. His demeanor and patience was so valued during such a stressful time. He exceeded our expectations in cleaning up; he said, "it would look as if they were never there" after they left every day and he followed through. I didn't know it was possible to keep things that clean throughout such an extensive job. We have young children and a few animals in the barn so it really meant a lot to us that things were picked up to ensure no one was hurt by nails or whatnot. A great company to work with. They may take a little longer to complete the work due to a small crew. I liked their attention to small problems that could turn into big problems if not fixed before putting on the new shingles. My shingles were back order, but communications with me kept me informed on the new work schedule. I highly recommend this company.

Jamie holds first place for roofing contractors. Does exactly as he promises, when he promises it, the site is absolutely clean when he is done, and his shingle job held up to a nearby tornado! He is not afraid to step off the roof and give you a hand with other projects. Watching him work, you can see in 30 seconds that his speed, accuracy, and overall work ethic is an absolute rare gem. It was a pleasure to work with Jaimie from One & Done. He was very professional and kept us up-to-done on all aspects of the job. Since it was early Spring and weather did not cooperate, Jaimie called us to let us know he would be here as soon as the weather cooperated. Needless to say, the shingles look great, the job site was always neat and he was very professional. We would highly recommend Jaimie for any roofing job.

We recently bought a house that needed new shingles. I reached out to Jamie, he came out same day to give us a quote. He was honest and up front about the work that need to be done. He gave us a very fair price. I really wanted the roof to be done before the end of July, he said that he would do his best to fit us into his schedule, and boy did he deliver. Not only did he fit us in, but he got to us way sooner than I ever expected. Jamie and his crew did an awesome job! They got all the work done in 2 days. My roof was damaged in a storm. I was recommended to One and Done Construction from a couple co workers. They put a new roof on and I couldn't be happier. Looks great. They also did a cleanup that was unbelievable. I could not find any stray nails, peices of shingles or any normal construction materials that get left behind after a project like this. If you need your roof done this is the company for a no hazzle professional job.

RAVE—One and Done Roofing
Parts of our roof blew off in May during high winds. Had no clue who to call and husband was out of town for several weeks. Jamie Mudge came over and tarped the roof as a temporary measure until he could finish the job he was currently working on. He called me a couple of times to make sure the tarp was still in place. The actual roof repair went smoothly. The work was quick and well done. Jamie was excellent about communication with me and/or my husband. He kept us informed every step of the way. The price was reasonable. Would definitely work with again and would recommend him!

Purchased flooring a few days ago and bit off a little more then I could chew when it came to installing. Finally called Jaimie and asked if he could help install my floor. He’s done an AMAZING exceptional job. Hasn’t missed a beat. Very clean and organized, brought all the tools desired for the job, isn’t afraid to ask questions when they come up. Jamie and One and Done Construction were very responsive to my request to replace my roof, as it was getting late in the roofing season. The job was professionally done in a timely manner. The site was maintained well, the old shingles were hauled away and the area was always clean. The appication of the new shingles went very smoothly and job was completed with quality workmanship.. Excellent work!! He actually helped me fix my kitchen after there was water damage. So it wasn't a roof repair but he still did an amazing job. Very detail-oriented and makes sure it's done right. One and Done fixed my roof, fixing the leaks I had. Jamie is fair with his price and worked thru the weekend to get the job done before the rain and snow. Him and his crew picked up at the end of every day. My house had an issue that was covered up by the previous owner that could not be seen, the two different home inspectors even missed it. As soon as Jamie found the issue he told me about it and showed me the issue. Jamie gave me the various options on how to fix the damaged wood along with the pros and cons of each. I have confidence that my new roof will last years longer than the rest and added value to the house.

One & Done Construction “hit a home run” on replacing my house and garage roof shingles. I was impressed with Jaimie’s disposition on leadership, craftsmanship, problem solving and more importantly communication.

My house is close to 100 years old, and it has a lot of challenges in addressing maintenance because of the age of materials and the lack of modern building standards. However, Jaimie took the lead with confidence by surveying the house and coming up with a reasonable bid for the project. He explained in detail the level of effort and pointed out deterioration (soffit joist, fascia boards, gutters) he saw and possible issues his crew might encounter as they remove the older shingles.

I wasn’t able to be at home for those days when Jaimie and his crew were working. So when the project started, he made sure he communicated daily on the project status and any issues. When an issue came up, he would explain in detail and took pictures of the problem. In all cases he never charged any extra for unforeseen minor damage. He had good problem solving skills in addressing issues and found a pragmatic way of repairing damage without charging more. There was additional work charged on removing the chimney which was dangerous to leave standing. Also, if there was a “rainy day”, he would let me know, and would make sure the roof was protected for those days he couldn’t work.

When I returned home, I wasn’t expecting to see the house roof and garages looking awesome! His crew exceeded my expectations on the craftsmanship. They cleaned up everything after the project was completed and took care in avoiding damaging the yard. Also he left a couple bundles of shingles. That is really honest, because most contractors from my experience would of taken them.

I would use One & Done Construction again in a heartbeat. I definitely plan on using their services on future projects and would trust them with a key to my house. I highly recommend using One & Done Construction for roofing or contracting work.

I was very pleased with my dealings with Jamie. He was not only prompt on an estimate, his pricing was reasonable. I was happy to see how quick the job was done without sacrificing quality. He and his crew made sure it was done right. My yard was just as clean when they were done. He may seem like a young business man, but he worked with integrity and pride. We would hire him again.

Jamie did an amazing job for us! He was professional and did above and beyond what we expected. We bought a new house and was doing everything ourselves but found it to be too much for us to handle. After being turned down by several other companies One and Done came in and finished everything we needed done before we had to move in. Work done: painting, wood trim cut and painted around windows, roof repair, drywall hung with texture and paint added, vanity replaced in bathroom and door handle holes cut larger to fit new door knobs. We will definitely call him when we do any more updates on our home!

Jaime and his crew did a fantastic job of shingling our garage. His quote was accurate, they finished quickly, and there was no cleanup for us to do when they were done.

Hired Jamie back in September to shingle our roof . Upon removal of the old shingles a 6' X 10' hole was found on the northwest side of the roof .
Jamie gave us a estimated time of completion of one week . From start to finish he and his crew completed the job in 5 days .
Not only was he completed earlier , he also under bid all other bids .

The price quote was right on target, they were eager and available in only a few weeks, and they started and finished as planned. Plus, they really kept the area neat and clean, each day. Did an excellent job of putting in new windows in both of our garages, vinyl siding on both plus our pump house including a new roof on the pump house. He did such a great job that nothing was damaged even after a 70-90 mile wind storm tore up many of our trees and shifted our pump house about 8 inches off of it's foundation. Jamie an his crew redid my kitchen ceiling and floor as well as addressed some "soft floor" issues before new flooring was laid down. Although his specialty is roofing, he was willing too take on other areas in remodeling that may have been out of his area of expertise, he figured it out and also took care of a few unforseen issues that we needed too deal with in order too complete the remodel. He's a young guy trying too get his business off an running so give him a chance too prove himself. His estimate was reasonable, and like with any contractor, get everything in writing and make sure your both in agreement on the work and budget. My kitchen looks great an I'm happy with his work.
