We had substantial damage from hurricane Helene. This included roof, house railings, windows, shed, tree removal, porch, etc. I am a normal person and many people were in the same boat. James came, we worked out a plan, and him and his team made it hhappen. He also assisted with FEMA and insurance. FEMA just closed our case at the beginning of May. Helene hit in September. He invested time with us and our community. He helped several veterans at my post during this time. We would all choose him again due to his professionalism, compassion, time management, etc.

James has done several jobs for me and all have had issues. When I tried reaching out to come up with a solution he ghosted me. He's quick to take a check but not so quick to fix mistakes. I wouldn't recommend him to pick up trash cause he didn't even pick up after the jobs worth a darn.

James and the others at One And Done are the real deal. They fully enclosed our front porch, weather sealed it and also built our open-air back porch. Everything is super well done, the fit and finish is second to none and the pricing is fair. They were extremely friendly as well, which never hurts. Couldn't ask for better, and neither could you. Definitely recommend.
