I used rainier contracting to build a pavilion type structure for my horses Dry Lot. I can’t say enough good things about Josh and his crew. Josh was friendly, transparent, communicative, and professional. He gave me a timeline and they stuck to it. The crew was also amazing, friendly, hard-working and they even cleaned up after themselves before they left, amazing! I am delighted with the building , it’s beautiful and functional - the Horses love it! 10 stars!!

I used Josh's construction company for a total remodel of a house, and I must say, his craftsmanship is truly excellent. From our first phone call I could tell Joshua was a high character and professional guy who took an interest in not only our barn build, but in my family as well. We not only got a high quality barn built, but he was much better on price than other quotes I had. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know and will for sure keep him in mind for any other work I may have!

Have used this company on several occasions. Has repaired some issues we had with plumbing, done interior and exterior home remodeling, put a roof on a home, poured a concrete sidewalk. Josh has been trustworthy and always done what he said he was going to do. Quality of work has been great! My first call for any issues we have! They are getting ready to build a pole barn and pour concrete patios for us! Highly recommend!
