We limped into Omar's at 9 AM with a bad wheel bearing on the trailer, we left at 5 PM with the repairs completed, including a new axel. The crew was friendly, communication was great!

What amazing customer service! We were halfway to our camping destination and realized we didn't have our 30amp siege protector. We called Omar's and he answered, unbeknownst to us already closed, and he stayed open for us after hours to stop and get one!

We were traveling in our 19.5 ft Pleasure Way van from NC to the Pacific Northwest. We stopped at Omar’s to see if the could fix a nagging problem with our house battery charging. Not only did they fix it, they did so with the least amount of disruption to our travel plans, and at a reasonable price. These guys are great and we really appreciate them. They deserve as many stars as I can give them. Thank you!

I stopped in on a Saturday morning after camping, and needed to have our batteries checked. I explained that it would be helpful if they could do it before our next trip on Tuesday (realizing this may not be possible). Not only did they fit me in, replaced both the batteries, but made sure we had it back that night so we could pack for our next trip. So thankful they were able to help and will definitely be using them more!! Very friendly and accommodating to my needs.

Delighted that Omar's squeezed my rig into their busy schedule today and fixed the chewed wiring to my rig's rear safety lights. Ryan was most friendly checking in and check out was great too. They not only fixed the wiring, they also sealed the chassis hole where the rodents tried to enter. In 2 hours, problem solved. Thanks for great service all around.

I have always had great service at Omar’s, from the front counter to the shop. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, my go to rv shop!

We stopped in for a couple small replacement parts for our RV. We found what we were looking for and received great customer service.

Needed a part for our motorhome and they had exactly what we needed. Went there after getting recommendations for them from several friends that raved about the ser vice and friendliness.

We've spent over $2000 with Omars on various jobs and weren't happy with how a handle was applied to the side of our trailer.  When we asked them to take a look at how the handle wasn't seated in the bracket, we specified that we didn't want this adjusted if shifting the bracket would cause new holes to be drilled too close to the old bores.  The first answer we got back from Omar's was that it would be better to leave it where it was.  This was an acceptable answer but we did ask if they'd compensate us for a job poorly done.  When we went to pick up the trailer, we were told it had been fixed.  We expressed our confusion and preference that the bottom bracket have not been moved too close to the old bores.  We were told they bent open the handle some and didn't remove the bracket.  Well, the bracket has new sealant around it and we were disappointed that it seemed like they'd rather do anything than give some money back for a poorly done job.

After requesting a call back three times with Omar, we did finally connect a month later.  It was a 3 min phone conversation that ended abruptly with him saying he "wasn't going to take this anymore" despite the conversation being very calm.  Funny, I was thinking the same thing.  I agreed, it seemed like the best resolution is that they continue to do business as they do business and we will take our business to another place where we can trust the work and information being given to us.

There's some nice people there but overall, I prefer a place I can trust when I'm spending money on maintenance and improvements.  Save yourself time, frustration, and ultimately the quality of your RV and just head somewhere else first.

Omar and his staff are outstanding! I was having power issues, and even though they were backed up several weeks, they worked us in the same day I called once I explained we were full timers. They diagnosed the problem with our transfer switch, had the part ordered overnight, and had our rv fixed the next day. Memo, the service manager, was awesome to work with as well. The guy at the service/parts counter(sorry, I forgot his name)was excellent to work with. I really appreciate the fact that they all went out of their way to get us back in our rv so fast. They also worked with our extended service plan and got all the repairs and parts approved. Thanks again!

Ryan was a great help to us helping with our pickup airbags. He let us know there was a lifetime warranty on the bags that we were unaware of. He kept after the procedure so we could get back to Texas.

On a recent trip from Seattle to Manson the power system in our coach was not charging properly. We were able to find help at Omar's RV in Wenatchee. When we contacted the business Omar told us to come on by and he would see what he could do. We were greeted by a super friendly team and Omar was able to troubleshoot the issue do his magic and we were on our way in about half hour. Mind you they were really busy and it was late afternoon on a Friday, while other businesses turned us away Omar's did us a super solid and we went on to have a fantastic trip.

We were traveling from the west side to Lake Chelan last week and had issues with the house batteries not charging. Diesel pusher motorhome. Stopped in Cle Elum and called every rv service shop in the immediate area. It was a Friday and of course all repair shops were extremely busy. Omar's was the only one that said they could look at it as soon as we arrived.
Omar himself came out when we got there, and immediately took the rv in for diagnosis. About an hour later, we were back on the road! Although they weren't able to fix the problem (did not have the proper part in stock), he identified the issue and showed me exactly what I needed to do to fix it.
I cannot express enough, the appreciation I have for the professionalism and service that we received, from the owner as well as all the front line staff we encountered.

They were EXTREMELY helpful on the phone. When my husband called. We brought in what needed fixing and the part was $20. Super cheap. My husband also came here and got the breaks fixed on a different 5th-wheel.

Such a great group of friendly, helpful staff. Every time I have been in to get parts or advice they take the time to listen and assist. Highly recommend.

Ripped an awning in the wind. Went to Omar's and got a replacement bid. They looked up to be exact replacement from their supplier, it was in stock. Given bid total bid for replacement, included labor. Gave $100 down for the job and I needed to put the appointment about 30 days out. Showed up for appointment and got it installed. Was paying their top dollar for original replacement. The bill came in at $10 for the fabric over bid and they also collected an additional $50 for freight. I can find the fabric for cheaper online but that is not my issue, I accepted their bid. But I never was told or accepted the freight charges, I can get freight for free. In any event I certainly would not have to pay $50. I consider it low and unbussiness like practices. The awning looks very nice when it is out but doesn't roll up smoothly. Just another buyer beware. Total I paid $60 over their bid.

Stopped by as we were passing through Wenatchee and they squeezed us in for an emergency repair. Fantastic people and fantastic follow-up, even after we left.

These guys are the best…professional, friendly and they genuinely care about treating you right. We have traveled full-time for 10 years and now are taking shorter trips. Omar’s is the BEST repair shop we have found in 30 states. Not only do they know what they are doing, they are affordable and well-stocked on parts and products. If you need anything done on your RV, call them! You can enjoy central Washington and know you are getting the best service.

Summer of 2022 my wife and I were staying at the fairgrounds in Wenatchee with temps over 100 degree's when my 2012 Starcraft Travel Trailer airconditioning stopped working ( It blew only warm air). I made several local calls and even called my dealer in Sandpoint Idaho. All prepared me for a major expense. I decided to take it to Omar's because they were the only one who would look at my travel trailer the same day. I dropped it off and braced myself for the bad news. How could I trust Omar's having never been there? I got a call a few hour later and they said my trailer was ready to be picked up. The problem was only a corroded wire which was replace for under fifty dollars and the unit works like new. I was Blessed by their honesty and am very grateful for their service. Call Omar's first if you ever have RV needs when traveling through the Wenatchee area. God Bless Omar's

This business is customer and service oriented. They got me in on a Saturday morning to repair my RV hot water heater, without an appointment as I was passing through town. They were all very friendly and fair priced.I would highly recommend them for your RV service needs.

Stopped in for some replacement parts for my camper; screen door slide and floor bracket for the table pole. Great selection of parts, add on's, etc at reasonable prices. Friendly, helpful staff. They always seem to carry in stock what I need for the camper. They may have what you need. Check it out.

Great service and great staff. Always greet you when you walk and employees are knowledgeable and fill in the missing things you don't know.

Great place for rv parts. They were very helpful. I went against the parts guys advice and bought a gas strut for my entry door that was to strong. Two days later I'm returning to get a softer closing strut. Listen to the parts guy.

Omar and team are very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been shopping here for a couple years for accessories for my boat trailer. I recently had an issue with my brakes and Omar's was able help me diagnose and troubleshoot the problem very quickly to help me find the appropriate fix.

We were experiencing a fresh water leak in our motorhome and contacted Omar’s since we knew we would be passing through Wenatchee the very next day. He told us to stop over and he would take a look. It was an easy fix which he explained so I purchased the part from his store and took care of the problem. Omar was kind enough to give me guidance on a couple of other issues.

They are super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help. They have always made time for us and fixed any issue we have had. We wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommend Omar’s!

We lost AC yesterday in the extreme heat in Wenatchee Valley. OMAR'S was able to get my AC unit replaced while other area shop said 2 weeks out to 2 months.

We were just traveling through ..our water pump went out..we swung into Omar's to see if they could help...booked out 3 weeks ....one would think a simple fix like a pump would be squeezed in..traveller's dont have 3 weeks to wait for appt. They were short with us..customer service must not be a thing there. Unless u live close..this is not a rv repair shop.

Once again Omar and his team out did themselves…My rear air conditioner went bad on Sunday, called Omar with the emergency on Monday and he said “bring it on in and we will take a look at the problem”…..Omar found that the A/C unit needed to be replaced….ordered a replacement and installed it, while installing his team found issues with my house batteries and my step motor….they were able to replace batteries and step motor and stayed open an extra 45 minutes so that I could pick up my Coach and continue our travels…..mind you they did all this over night…. I was out the door Tuesday evening……
Omar’s RV is the best, the customer service, workmanship, and quality of work is impeccable…..If you need anything RV related contact Omar’s RV….You’ll be happy you did….
