Brightside Windows

We had Brightside out last fall to clean gutters, our roof and do moss removal and treatment of a home we just purchased. We were totally pleased with both the work and the cost. Very professional, timely and the house looks great. Could not be more pleased. Just had them out again for a plugged gutter on a flat roof over a porch. They removed an old wasp next that had plugged an entry point to the gutter. Again they responded quickly and took care of it. Above and beyond service. They are the best!

Live in Tri-Cities. Needed 8 new windows as almost all my original ones were "blown" (gas had leaked out) and I hadn't gotten around to getting them replaced. After Tucker from Brightside stopped by and showed me the Alside window product, and I confirmed they were legit, it seemed a good opportunity to replace them (Brightside is just getting established in Tri-Cities and I'd never heard of them).

The process was smooth, ordered the windows in late February, received updates from Andrew the project manager, and the windows were installed first week of May on two of the nicest weather days this spring. Daniel Rizin and his team (Alex and Michael) did a fantastic job installing the windows which look great. Can't say enough good things about Daniel and his team. Great attention to finish detail (caulking, inside/outside trim, etc) and believe me I am picky. Had to deal with my boxwood hedge in front which was clearly a pain to work around.

Now it's a few weeks after the installation and we've had some hot days (a couple over 100 degrees). I've noticed my air conditioner is not turning on as early or often as before, which I attribute to going from windows that had lost their gas barrier to the Alside triple pane windows. Hoping this gives my air conditioner more years of life not having to run so often. Very satisfied customer.

The entire process dealing with Brightside Windows went great. Ordering went smoothly. We discussed options for our windows and once we were comfortable they gave us a price that was more affordable than the competition. Brightside beat their quoted lead time for the manufacture of our windows. The installation went smoothly and the installers were professional, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. We recently replaced all of our windows with Brightside Windows, and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. Our old windows had persistent sealing problems, wouldn’t lock properly, and offered no noticeable noise reduction whether open or closed. The new windows have made a remarkable difference in reducing outside noise, creating a much more peaceful indoor environment.

I was also pleasantly surprised by how efficiently the installation was completed—over 20 windows installed in less than a day! The team was friendly, professional, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, keeping us informed with timely updates every step of the way.

Very professional, low pressure experience. Bottom line is a product we can’t wait to have installed at a price that made me lean across the table, shake his hand & exclaim “sold”!

We had been thinking for a long time about replacing our windows and had previous estimates that were outlandish in price and high pressured sales. When Brightside came to our door, we decided to give them a chance and made an appointment.
When Rob came to talk to us about their windows, there was no pressure to purchase. Price was much better than other companies we had talked to. Our questions were answered thoroughly and if he couldn’t answer a question, he got back to us right away with the answer.
When we decided to purchase 14 windows and a sliding door, they kept us well informed. When there was a delay, they let us know right away and the reason for the delay.
Andrew found we had a previous work permit on our home that we didn’t know about. The permit needed to be closed out before their work permit could be opened. He researched what we needed to do, explained the process throughly and even found someone who could do the job for us. Once we took care of this, the windows were scheduled for installation.
Installation only took 2 days with little mess while they worked. When completed they cleaned up well. There was a little damage in spots to our woodwork but when Erica came out to inspect the work she saw to it that someone came out to fix the damage. She also took care of a few other small issues we had. Erica even stopped by to help us put in for our window rebate with the gas/electric company.
Everyone at Brightside Windows that worked with us was friendly and gave wonderful customer service. Messages left were returned promptly. We no longer have drafty windows and the noise that comes from outside has decreased.

We decided to replace all of our window's from Brightside. Our old windows had some broken seals and were hazy and some condensation. So we decided time to replace.  The whole experience with Brightside was excellent. From them measuring, ordering the window's and installation. The whole process went very smoothly. We also like the features! You can open either side of the windows where our vertical sliders you can have the air coming from either the bottom or top! As well as the horizontal slider you can open either side! Also the quality seems really nice. Overall we are very happy with our new windows.

Working with Brightside Windows was remarkable, from the salesman Jacob to final inspection by Erica. I'm very pleased with the windows I had installed. They are tri-pane and every window in my house was replaced. The first thing i noticed was how quiet the house was! I hope to see some energy savings happening over the next few months.
The installers were fast, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.The windows were installed during some of the coldest days in February, so the speed was much appreciated.

We’d been thinking about replacing our windows for a while, but it never felt like a priority—until a rep from Brightside Windows stopped by our door. That sparked the process, and a few days later, a sales rep came to our home to show us their products and give us an estimate.

We decided to start with the worst windows in the house, planning to replace the rest within the next couple of years. The quality of these windows is fantastic—triple pane, they open from the top and bottom or side to side, and they fold down so you can easily clean the outside. Even the screens are smartly designed to slide depending on the window type.

Throughout the process, we received regular status update calls, and the windows arrived in about six weeks. The installation team was quick, friendly, tidy, and did an excellent job. About a week after installation, another rep came by to inspect the window installation and help us with the Avista rebate paperwork.

From start to finish, the customer service has been outstanding, and the product quality is just as impressive. We’re excited to finish replacing the rest of our windows and (hopefully!) see a drop in our energy bill.

I am happy with the windows, the installers and Erica. They all did their best to be helpful. Also I get alot of large trucks driving by as there is alot of building on the hill and the new windows make it quieter in my house.

We couldn’t be happier with our 12 new windows with a slider. We were a little skeptical when a gentleman came to our door and gave his spiel. He was long winded but super sweet. We had just been talking about getting new windows but were terrified of the price it would cost. We had already gotten a couple of estimates before he arrived so when Tucker came and introduced the windows, showed us all they could do and that they were triple paned and they beat out the competitors price, we signed happily.
From beginning to finish everyone was incredible. The windows have evened out the temperature in the house, no more street noise or wind noise. We love them. We highly recommend Brightside.

I really liked the way this whole experience was very easy. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. Educated us on what to expect and timeframes. What really sold us was their available financial plans. We got 25-month no-interest, which for our family was really amazing. What a fantastic experience! Every person we interacted with with Briteside was knowledgeable, courteous and on time for every step of the project. My sales rep, Tucker, was knowledgeable and gave a great pitch for our 8 replacement windows. He walked us through all the benefits that Briteside windows offered and after a week of living with our new windows I can say that every aspect of the pitch is accurate and truthful.

Scheduling was a breeze with Erica and our contractor, Hector, and his team were courteous and were very respectful of our home. They also worked clean and were fantastic about walking me through the process of what they were doing and made a point to show me any issues that both affected the project and were potential concerns for my 1960s home in the future.

As for the windows I have to say that they exceeded all expectations. The biggest difference that we noticed was the noise level. We live within a couple hundred feet of a fairly busy train track and train noise was a daily part of life. Simply by swapping out for the triple pane windows we can no longer hear the train when it passes. We have also seen our HVAC usage drop in the last week, so I don't doubt that our home's overall energy usage will drop when the scorching temperatures hit this summer.

If you're thinking about pulling the trigger on new windows, just do it! The quality and professionalism of the Briteside team will make you wish you'd done it sooner but you'll be glad you waited for Briteside.

We had a great experience with Brightside! The price was extremely reasonable for the number of windows we were looking at replacing. With an older house we wanted to ensure we kept the character of the single pane look and the new windows look fantastic. The windows were ordered and delivered before promised and installation was quick and painless for us as the homeowners. Coming out of the winter our old and drafty sunroom feels like a completely different space. The most noticeable difference being how quiet it is completely blanking out the traffic noise from the main street nearby. This coming fall we plan to change out the rest of the windows in the house with Brightside! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We recently replaced 9 windows in our home which were original wood windows from the 1960’s. From the beginning, we felt that the presentation of Brightside Windows was professional and thorough. We had all our questions answered and felt confident that this was the right move for us. The installation only took a few hours split up over 2 days and the installers left the rooms in good condition and were courteous enough to move furniture and cover items that may have got dust or debris on them. We have had the windows now for a couple of weeks and are happy with the improvements in noise cancellation, heat retainment and aesthetics. We definitely plan to replace the remainder of the windows in our home using Brightside Windows again as they made the process simple and seamless.

Brightside did a great job on our windows! Installers were friendly and professional. We had 12 windows and 2 sliders installed. They completed the job in 1 day! Immediately we noticed how our house held the heat better in these cold temperatures. Also helped greatly with noise from outside. I watched a car go by and didn’t even hear it! Highly recommend!

We loved our experience with Brightside and the windows are SUCH GOOD QUALITY. From the very beginning, my husband and I felt this company and their employees were well-educated, knowledgeable and best of all - not pushy when telling us about their windows. We ended up doing this over the holiday months so production and delivery was a bit postponed but their communication was impeccable and they kept us up to date the whole time - from start to finish. Install for 6 windows finished in 1 day and the installers were very kind and conscientious of our home during the install. We did have a snafoo with our frames, but they fixed it quickly and efficiently. Since then, we have gotten so many compliments and have already noticed a change in heat especially during the winter months.

One thing of note which is not to do with the company just an FYI - the payment took a big pull on our credit initially. It has since jumped back up since starting payments on it, but just something to keep in mind so you’re not shocked! Wouldn’t let it stop you from investing in new windows with this company!!

We recently had windows from Brightside windows installed. The process was decent and fairly easy and the windows themself are great. Everyone we worked with were nice and respectful and the time frame from purchase to install wasn't bad at all.
***One thing to note is the financing options. With each window roughly costing $1800-1900, financing with a 0% APR for 18 months is great! Only thing was that our sale rep wasn't 100% sure on the details. We were told it would only be a soft pull on credit, it ended up being a hard pull. Which is okay just good information to know if you plan on this route. My biggest shock was that you finance through synchrony which is a "credit card" basically. That being said when you end up showing a use of over 80% on a card your credit can drop significantly for the time being so make sure it wont mess with upcoming plans. Just some info to help.***
Other than that, just be aware they do not completely redo window sills but they end up looking decent anyways. Install for 6 windows only took about 7 hrs and they left little to no mess. Brightside was easy to work with and the windows are great and cheaply priced in comparison to similar windows from renewal by Anderson.

We replaced seven 30-year-old year-old windows with Brightside Windows and love how they look and how much warmer the rooms feel, especially the basement. We would purchase them again! Everything went smoothly and professionally!

Excellent windows. We bought a house built in the 1930s and the windows are of the same era. So, windows have been on our
to-do list from the start. When we contacted Brightside Windows for a consultation we were met with a very professional and in-depth presentation from their local contact in Spokane. It really impressed me to be able to see the window in person before pulling the trigger on the purchase. Same goes for the inspection and installation team; professional, quick, and thorough. We could instantly feel a difference in the temperature of the house after the windows were installed, our heater probably only kicks on half the time now. I am excited to see the same happen during the winter with the A/C.

Everyone we dealt with was super helpful and responsive, installation was smooth and the windows make such a huge difference in our energy efficiency!
