My experience with Northpoint Roofing was surprisingly easy. My contractor (Jud) was professional and courteous. The job was well done and they even helped by removing an unwanted satellite dish for me. I highly recommend.

Northpoint Roofing went above and beyond to ensure the successful and satisfactory completion of my roof replacement project. The team spared no detail in planning all necessary steps, and contingencies were anticipated and addressed. As the project coordinator and sales representative, Paul Curtin left no stone unturned in the initial planning and coordination with my insurance company. This was greatly appreciated by me, including in resolving a last minute hitch caused by a delay in the first insurance payment. Prior to the installation date, the onsite project manager Brandon Davenport, communicated regularly with me to update on specific details of the work process and to prepare me for actions that were needed on my part. Communications from both Paul and Brandon were always super clear and thorough and as a professional myself, really met the expected standards of professionalism and client satisfaction. The install team worked very hard to compete the project in one day and with a focus on the highest quality and efficiency. I have concluded that they’re the best in the business given my overall level of satisfaction. To crown things off, a team of senior managers showed up on the day, to check on progress and to consult with me on any additional requirements that might need to be addressed. At the end of it all, they departed leaving me a highly satisfied client!

Dalton was amazing and helped throughout the entire process from install and was there with insurance contractor and made sure I got the most from insurance as possible.The roofing supervisor on install was great and made sure everything was done right. Patrick Abernathy, the project manager, was on-site throughout the entire process. He ensured everything went smoothly and was always available to answer our questions and keep us in the loop. Patrick frequently went up on the roof himself to oversee the team's work, making sure it met code requirements and maintained the highest standards throughout the project.

The crew did an excellent job with site preparation and cleanup. They were very respectful of our property and left it in great shape once the work was done.

We were also amazed that they completed the job in just one day.

We can't thank Patrick and his team enough for their hard work and dedication. The entire process was stress-free, and the final product exceeded our expectations.

Patrick A.’s crew who replaced our shingles did a great job. They arrived on time, did the work and cleaned up well afterwards. Patrick was in and out regularly throughout the day inspecting the work and explaining their findings. Communication and professionalism was great. One of the areas that I didn’t think looked great was noticed by Patrick without my saying anything to him and he immediately had it fixed the next day. Overall, a very good experience with the whole Northpoint team starting with the salesperson all the way through completion.

Bryan Casey and his Drone pilot Chris did a fantastic job locating hail damage on all four of our properties. If they had not been here for us we may have experienced damage to the interior of these properties as well.

We contacted Northpoint Roofing for an inspection of our roof given the age of our house. Their initial drone inspection showed storm damage and they then worked with our insurance company to get the roof replacement approved. They were very helpful during the process of selecting the new roofing materials. The installation of the new roof went very quickly and smoothly and was done in about half a day. We greatly enjoy the look of our new roof and enjoy the peace of mind knowing our roof is in great condition now.

Excellent experience. Salesman Paul Curtin kept us informed and did an excellent job. The installers arrived 6:30 and worked their tails off. Same for the gutter guys. I will definitely recommend this company (something I rarely do).

It was such a pleasure to work with Northpoint. They are friendly, communicative, and responsive. I had been battling with my insurance company for the last two years and Northpoint stuck with me throughout it. They were great in walking me through the process and also sent me houses in my area, and near my job, with the same shingle color I was considering to get a good idea of what it may look like on my own house. The roofers were prompt and finished early! They did a great job with the cleanup afterwards - even put my pumpkins back out :) My project manager, Rafael, was very friendly and sent progress pictures throughout the day. He also gave me a window to walk my dog! I am beyond excited about my new roof!! My neighbor called immediately to compliment it!

I am adding to my review. 1st, I want to say Rafael was amazing. He was the property manager and he sent pics of the roof in every stage and on everything they were doing. JD was also amazing in that he dealt with the insurance company and kept us updated all the way. The crew showed up exactly when Rafael said they would. We actually saw flashlights going through our yard so we knew they were on sight.The roof looks amazing. I really can't say enough good things!

Northpoint was incredible to work with as we replaced our shingle and metal roof. They do outstanding work at a fair price, and the “ease of working with them” could not have been better. They truly simplified/expedited what I feared would be a hugely complex and time-consuming process. Most companies SAY that their end goal is a happy customer, but Northpoint demonstrated this in every interaction I had with each member of their team. The quality and value are excellent, but their customer service really sets them apart.

I met Northpoint when Adam came to my door after doing roofing work for some neighbors. He was super friendly, not pushy, and gave me confidence that this was a business I wanted to work with. I then worked with Carlos from that point forward through the insurance claim process, roof selection, scheduling, and contract documents. Carlos really stole the show - in addition to his incredible expertise, I enjoyed every interaction with him, each time demonstrating (in his actions, not just in his words) that customer satisfaction was a critical priority to him.

Install was a breeze. They dropped off shingles in the driveway on Tue, the crew came early Wed morning, and by 5PM Wed afternoon the shingles were on and the crew was doing final cleanup (I’ve yet to find a roofing nail in my yard). They did the whole thing in one day with time to spare. Rafiel, our PM, was on top of all of the details and came over the next morning to do a final walkthrough before payment was due (no up-front deposit required). The roof looks great!

Northpoint Roofing Systems has my highest recommendation - and I’m a picky customer! I wish all of my service providers were as easy to do business with as Northpoint has been. I hope I don’t need any roofing services in the short term, but if I do, I’m making one call and one call only - to Northpoint.

My experience with your firm was excellent. The sales person Chance Conley worked his butt off making sure the things were done to our satisfaction and there were a few kinks in the process. But he was available 24/7, to be candid. His name sound be Chance PATIENCE Conley. He is a real credit to your firm.

The Project Manager Brandon was - likewise very responsive. We had a couple of issues, and he was right on top of them like stink on a pig. He, took is a credit to your firm.

As to the insurance company, how this was all handled with regard to payments was a bit convoluted and not easy to follow. Took several weeks for all the money to be properly handled and balanced out. I do not follow what or how they paid in pieces as well as billing me for an amount after the fact. Typical insurance claim side of the business.

Dealing with Northpoint starts with their roofing advisor Chris Mcinnish with excellent explanation of the products and what to expect. Then the scheduling and timely delivery of the roof installation. Patrick Abernathy and crew was on the job at 7:00am and at 5:30pm we were doing walk through. This is having to replace some deck wood that were rotted out and removing and replacing over 3800 square feet of shingles. Clean up was excellent and crew was very responsive to the challenge. Northpoint Roofing Systems is an exceptional company, like all the other reviews here have stated.I first heard of Northpoint when I talked with Rafiel Cabral, who was working on a roof replacement at a neighbor's house, while I was on a morning walk.He patiently answered all the questions I asked him as we were interested in having our roof inspected and possibly replaced by our insurance. He was convinced that their company was one of the best out there, and now from our experience, we are convinced as well! This was our first roof replacement and we couldn't have been more pleased. It was such an easy and pleasant experience.The drone appt was made the day after speaking to Rafiel and we were scheduled an appt 2 days later with an advisor and a probable claim. Josh, our advisor, was great, very informative and patient, and answered all our many questions prior to and after filing the claim. He assisted with the insurance claim call and guided us through the whole process and was onsite when the insurance adjuster was here to deal directly with him. Rafiel, our project manager, was also great and very courteous and oversaw his hard working crew who worked 13 hrs until the job was finished. They protected all areas around the house and cleaned up every last bit of debris. Rafiel kept us informed throughout the job by taking pictures of the progress and sent them to both my husband and myself.He made sure every last detail was taken care of and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Rafiel Cabral and the crew did a great job with our roof replacement. They showed up on time, made sure to fix any issues they noticed, and installed everything to code! They didn’t try to cut any corners and the final product definitely shows. House looks great and the the area around the house was left clean. No nails or debris can be found. Rafiel and his team were excellent from start to finish replacing our entire roof after storm damage. Arrived on time, were professional throughout and cleared the site thoroughly and removed all trash after they had finished.
Rafiel was super responsive, regularly me photos as the work progressed and replying quickly to any questions I had. He was even super quick to touch up some paint on guttering that had gotten a knock. Great service all round.

Throughout the entire process, Northpoint roofing was professional and extremely thorough. They started with drone photos and then a phone call to follow up, based on what they saw through that report. They worked with our insurance company, came out to meet the adjuster, and communicated well throughout the process. When we chose them to re-roof our home and fix some gutters, they maintained their professionalism. On install day, they were timely in their arrival, covered all areas to prevent damage, and did a wonderful job with cleanup. Someone was on site supervising and communicating all day.
