We had great experience with DOM Roofing and Restoration. Dmitry was very professional and gave us separate itemized estimates for roof replacement and repairs with photos and drone videos that showed roof issues, and detailed explanation of roof's problem areas.
We were very impressed with the level of detail, transparency, and quick response. Their pricing is very competitive as well.
I am not an expert on roof installation, but I was feeling confident that they did a great job since there were multiple photos and videos of the process. Everything was done on time in one day and as agreed upon. They went over and above and did some extra work without charging extra (piece of siding was loose and they fixed it, as well as corrected gutter placement in one spot). Highly professional roofing service! Had a roof leak. Dmitry quickly identified that the leak is due to pipe boot nails damaged sealant. Pipe boot was replaced with the new one that has hidden screws. To prevent the same issue with weary sealant due to time (13 yo roof) Dmitry recommended to maintain all other pipe points on the roof and replace nails with sealed screws. The job was done within an hour or so. No issues so far after a week. Will work with DOM Roofing and Restoration for every roof related issue in the future.

Our house was hit by the recent storm and we noticed a leak in our ceiling.

We called another contractor BEFORE calling Dom Roofing to look at the damage and they quoted us $3k - mind you this was just to replace and fix the roof itself. Not knowing how much this usually costs, we almost agreed to this deal without getting a second opinion.

After seeing all of their 5 star reviews online, I decided to get an estimate from Dom Roofing.

Pricing:
To start, Dom's team quoted LESS than $3k, and included services above and beyond what we expected. This included a full ceiling interior painting, gutter fixes + cleaning, wood rot damage removal and replacement, consultation + renovation on improving the pipe and drip system, all on top of the initial roof / chimney leak itself.

Transparency:
Dmitry also mentioned that his team would be able to fix our fence for a set price. He made sure to stick to his word and do the repair for $600. Everything that is quoted on the contract or explicitly said is exactly how much you will pay unless specified otherwise from Dmitry or the company. This is a very honest business.

Overall Satisfaction:
Dmitry / Dom Roofing came to our rescue. I'm so grateful for him and his team and could not recommend this business enough. Not only for the price point, but also the transparency, effective work, and care for their customers' homes.

I had a leak in my roof and called Dom a day before Hurricane Helene hit Atlanta. Dmitry from Dom immediately responded, said he cannot fix during the rain but offered to put a tarp on our roof as an emergency service. He came *while* it was raining heavily and put the tarp, ensured there was no leaks and said he will come back once the rain subsides. He quoted the price upfront and was transparent. His crew then came once the rains subsided and did a great job. They we quick but thorough and sent me pictures of the fix. I would happily use their services again.

I had an issue with rain water coming like Niagara falls from a bay window of my house. I call multiple gutters companies and all proposals did not make any sense to me. Friend of mine recommended DOM. Dmitry came and laid down very logical plan to divert rain water proper way so it would go to the gutters, not over the bay window which does not have gutters due to the roof configuration. This was not an obvious solution, but he found it. Without adding ugly additional downspouts, which was in most other proposals, DOM fixed the issue. New gutters were installed according to the plan and result was great.
Working with DOM was a pleasure. I had to coordinate the schedule between a painters contractors and DOM, and DOM was very accommodating and came out to take the gutters down before the painters painted the house, and came back to install new gutters right after. Also, they used a drone to inspect the roof, and came later to fix several problems they found.
They respond to calls and texts promptly, and what is unusual with most construction companies - even after receiving the payment :) I had to call them after first rain asking to look at some issue, which turned out to be not theirs - it was painters mistake - but the crew took care of it without any arguing.

Excellent company-fantastic at what they do. They use a drone to show pictures and videos to help explain what needs to be done. The crew is efficient and professional, and very conscientious about closing gates/pets, etc.

We bought an older home and a few issues have made themselves known in the year we have been here. This company responds quickly and just does excellent work which they back up with a guarantee.

BEST service we've ever had - we called multiple roofing companies, and all of them wanted to charge us a ton of money and couldn't truly get someone to inspect our roof.

A friend of mine suggested Dom Roofing when our roof overhanging the porch started leaking. I was impressed with the promptness of service-they came to check out the problem right away and gave me a precise quote, explaining the things they were going to fix and showing it on the video. It made decision making easier for us because I could easily share the video and comments with my husband.

On the day of the repairs, the crew tested which part of the roof needed to be fixed by pouring water from the hose on the roof. They then dried the area and started the repairs. I called DOM for a quote and within 30 minutes Dmitry was at my house. I had a hole in my two-story living room and contacted Dom. I sent him some pictures and he was very responsive to set-up time to come to my house and assess the source of the damage. When Dom arrived, he was very professional and friendly. Dom did a thorough check of the roof and chimney area, even sending me pictures of what he was seeing. Dom couldn't see anything from the exterior to cause the damage so he went into my attic. He did a thorough check of the area and found the source of the damage. Dom sent me a video of what he saw. The HVAC pipe was missing foam insulation in multiple places. Condensation was dripping through the attic insulation which caused the small hole in my ceiling. Dom told me how to easily fix the problem which I greatly appreciated.

With his thoroughness to find my problem and advice on how to fix it, I knew he was trustworthy. I asked if he could fix some other issues that I knew I already had, like my gutters and shutters. You simply can’t get better service than Dom Restoration & Roofing. I submitted an insurance claim for my roof and Dom was out the next day to inspect the roof for damage. He then met with the insurance adjuster to show where there was damage and helped to get it approved by insurance. While doing my roof they sent videos of themselves on the roof explaining each phase of the process and what exactly they were doing. They far exceeded any expectations I had. Dmitry was doing a final inspection for a job they did on a neighbor’s house. I asked him if he could check a leak out we had around our chimney. As soon as he was done there he came straight over, didn’t have to wait to schedule an appointment. He found a damaged shingle and was able to repair it immediately. Didn’t try to tell me I needed anything repaired that didn’t need it, which I greatly appreciated. He also noticed a boot that the bolts were not properly sealed on and took care of that. All for a very very reasonable price. Was extremely pleased and glad I decided to go ask him to look at it. Thank you for being a reasonable and honest contractor.

Another roofing company was involved in the addition of a screened in porch to my home, but at one corner there was excessive water dripping down and the original company was not responsive. I called Dom roofing and they came immediately to check on the problem and returned within a few days to fix it. It rained very heavily about two days later and the owner of the company called me to make sure I was happy and that the problem was solved. I would not hesitate to use Dom Roofing again. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and honesty. They are easy to work with.
