They offered good options for the details of the project and completed it promptly. The supervisory and on-site work staff were courteous and professional - a great group to work with. Housworth Construction did a fantastic bathtub to walk-in shower conversion for my parents! They added ADA compliant grab bars and a sliding glass door, both look and feel great! I should have shared my review several months ago. The biggest part of our project was having the front door replaced. Because it was a custom sized door, it caused some unique challenges. Luis went above and beyond to get everything taken care of before the Thanksgiving holiday. We will definitely use this company again.

Our experience with Richard and Housworth was just plain great. Quick, open, and easy communication plus absolutely solid work defined our time with Housworth. Our main job was a rebuild of the stairs leading to our deck plus some soffit repair. In the first picture you can see the difference in post size used by Housworth versus the original. This is indicative of how robust the work done by Housworth is. The completed stairs are larger, more pleasing to the eye, and more comfortable to walk on. The lights were certainly a nice touch as well. Along the way, all the usual snags encountered during construction were handled quickly and effectively by Richard. Finding a good contractor for home improvement can be a really difficult task, so rest easy knowing you've found a good one in Housworth!

I hired Housworth to replace my roof. They got me approved with my insurance company for hail damage. The only out of pocket expense I had was my deductible and upgrading to a Duration architectural shingles. The crew was great and cleaned up well. I will be calling Housworth again for my other construction projects.

We hired Housworth Construction to do a complete remodel on a 26 year old bathroom. I had no idea going into this project just how much is actually involved from start to finish. The quality of the materials used and all the crews involved were top notch. However, what impressed me the most was the integrity and responsibility Richard ( our project manager) showed to ensure I was 100% satisfied. It is what bathroom dreams are made of.

Worst roofing company around. Had issues with Richard over promising and under delivering throughout the process of my roof replacement and I’m still dealing with terrible workmanship 7 years later as I have singles constantly falling off my roof and all Richard has to say about it is that he didn’t provide a warranty for their poor work. Absolutely ridiculous! Do not do business with this company!

Housworth did a great job of remodeling my house to be handicap accessible. They made the door openings wider and replaced the doors, made a ramp to the front door and the back door and also replaced my gutters and roof. Lupe (the crew leader) helped me so much with making sure I can turn into every room in my house. I will definitely use Housworth again.

Housworth did a terrific job on a recent roof replacement. Richard and the team are very good with pricing; they don’t try to upsell or overcharge. They take their time to ensure the job is done right. Communication is excellent, both proactively and responding to my questions in a timely and thorough manner. They even made a suggestion to correct a bad design on a small part of the roof on the backside of the house! One of the few contractors from my experience that really do stand by their work. I had a small issue around a chimney; they came out immediately and did the repairs; turns out it may have been caused by some work that a chimney company did. But they fixed it anyway and did not charge me! This is the second house that Housworth has replaced the roof for me. They did such a great job on a previous house that I insisted they also did this one. Excellent work, quality, integrity, great followup, fair pricing…I hope I never need another roof, but I will be using Housworth without hesitation.

This was a major deck rebuild and upgrade. Richard and his team at Housworth Construction did an incredible job. To be honest, theirs was not the cheapest bid and I had early thoughts that I was paying too much. However, after seeing the care, the techniques, the experience, and the craftsmanship - I ended up feeling I got a heck of a deal and it was worth every penny. This is a monster of a deck and screen porch. It is solid as a rock and built to last! The entire construction crew was motivated and committed. They were always polite and professional. I can honestly give them my highest recommendations.

Our 20-year-old home needed some TLC for a brick walkway that leads to our front door. The mortar was crumbling and many of the bricks were broken. It was not a good "first impression" for people who walked to our front door. Richard and the skilled brick mason's at Housworth knew exactly what was needed to bring this walkway back to its brand new condition. And for the finishing touch, they refinished our front door that had faded from weathering over time. It feels like our home is brand new again! Houseworth comes through again. They did a great job saving my chimney cap pan by having it primed and painted. Also did a roof repair where water seepage was coming in by two of the vent stacks. Richard Anderson is always responsive and gets great results for me. I highly recommend Houseworth for any home improvement project.

Richard looked after a rebuild following water intrusion in our new home. He is very responsive. You never have to wait more than a few minutes for a call back or a call back promise. As well, he does not leave anything unfinished because he cares that his customers are happy and can be comfortable in their home as soon as possible.

I contacted this company about an estimate for replacement of a skylight. Richard Anderson of Housworth Roofing & Construction was prompt and courteous and went the extra mile, even though this was a small job. Work was completed as promised and on budget by a courteous crew. Richard was onsite to supervise the work and to make sure I was satisfied.

Housworth really does it all and they do it well! We're repeat customers and used them initially for deck repairs, but they also fixed our retaining walls and fences. We called them back to paint the entire house and they came in well under other exterior home painting quotes, they did a great job! I purchased a 20 year roof. My 12 year old roof in in bad shape. Shingles falling off, one major leak due to them using substandard materials, several minor leaks.
This company does not stand behind its work. I called several times for warranty work and finally got the warranty agreement. It commits the customer to a $750 payment at the whim of Houseworth. Read the warranty agreement before doing business with this company.
