Kelly sent her crew over to take photos before cleaning our gutters. They noticed a few minor repairs that needed to be addressed. They worked quickly to get the gutters cleaned and make the repairs to prevent any water from leaking in. We received updated photos after the work was completed. I have such a great experience with Kelly and the team at Atlantaroofing pros. Its extraordinary. One of the roof ridge shingles had fallen out due to a storm theday before and had to be fixed before the rain came in the next day. Eric came out before the rain ( god sent) and there was such a downpour after he fixed and left. I am not sure what could have happened with that downpour,. I cannot be grateful enough for the timing and thank ful enough to Kelly make it all happen. The pricing and quality of service were excellent. Next day, the roof was reinspected and all the mainetence was taken care of. Thank you so much. You have a repeat customer.

Eric showed up at the promised time. My roof is steep. He set up harness on the roof top and made careful examination around the roof. He repaired the missing shingles and spent a lot of time to clean the gutters to carefully remove the debris in the gutter. I am very pleased with his service.

ATL Roofing Pros replaced flashing that was previously installed incorrectly by another company. They did a great job at a fair price and I highly recommend them.

The price for the work came in 25-33% below any other estimates I got, and the quality of work seems to be excellent so far. Additionally, the job was completed in 2 days, so they worked quickly. ATL Roofing Pros did roof installation for us recently. Their work is excellent. Kelly is very polite and professional. She always response to my questions quickly and work with me with any issues. Very good communication! It was a cold and windy day when they worked on my roof. But the crew worked fast and did a very good job. After the job is complete, they cleaned up thoroughly. Kelly and her team, were amazing and professional! Kelly came out and explained hat would be done, as well as what it would look like. We had her and her team do a few jobs, Chimney wood repair, Gutter re-installation, and completing our fence/gate. All the jobs were done well and professionally. While I would have preferred not to have had storm damage, Kelly with ATL roofing made the process easy.

While recently cleaning my gutters, I discovered what appeared to be several misaligned or sliding roof shingles.

My roof is considerably steep, so had no intention to further assess or attempt repairs on my own. Because however the roof is only ten years old, was also hoping to locate a reliable vendor to properly perform just the repairs as needed.

Received a very prompt reply to my initial inquiry from Kelly Monroe (Owner), who later followed up to confirm an appointment with a repair specialist Erick. Erick showed up right on time, photographed the areas requiring repair, provided me a reasonable upfront quote and performed all needed repairs.

In summary... My roof looks great and I can honestly not say enough about what a unexpected pleasure they've been to deal with! Would definitely refer a friend and use them again in the future if ever needed.

This company did an amazing job fixing our roof. We had unknown spots of wood rot that started to leak during a storm. After noticing a small leak near a vent on our roof, we called ATL Roofing Pros and they came out the same day to inspect. They quickly diagnosed the issue, placed a tarp over the problem area and scheduled a fix. They kept in touch through a rescheduling due to more storms, and on the scheduled day came out and quickly fixed the issue.

The workers who came out to our house were wonderful. They wore masks when requested (only when we were outside talking to them did we request this) and were polite and professional the entire time. They explained the problem and our options, listened to us, and answered our questions. Not once did they try to upsell or talk down to me like so many other "professionals".

My insurance agent recommended this company, so I called them for a quote. The person who answered the phone seem surprised since they are located in Suwanee and I am in Decatur. Instead of telling me that she doesn't serve this area she made me feel like it was a bit of an inconvenience for them to come this far, but took my information nonetheless. Because it was around New Year's, she told me that "he" is backed up, so I waited until after the 1st and four days later texted and asked if they were ever going to come out to inspect my roof. The person I texted, Kelly, said that Eric was supposed to call me but hadn't. She told me to get someone closer to me in the meantime. I told her I had someone scheduled to come the next day, but was contacting her because I wanted multiple quotes. She said okay. That was two or three days ago and I haven't heard back. I feel like this is a job they didn't want to do because of the distance. That is understandable, but I would have preferred to have been told that up front instead of wasting my time.

The materials were delivered, crew on board and a minor kitchen remodel completed within 5 days! The roof was finished in 1 day. Incredible! Kelly and the crew did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.

I called Atlanta Roofing Pros because I had some damage beginning to show on our fireplace mantle indicating some sort of a slow leak. They were very responsive and had someone out the next day to look at the problem. Turns out, the siding on my chimney had failed. (The chimney is brick on 3 sides and siding on the interior side which cannot be seen from the ground.) They gave me a reasonable estimate and mobilized the next morning to replace all the siding. Turns out the home builder had not even installed a moisture barrier. Atlanta Roofing Pros did a very nice job tearing out the old siding and replacing correctly with new higher quality siding. I am confident that the leak has been repaired and that the new siding will last for decades.

ATL Roofing performed an excellent job repairing identifying and repairing the source of two bad leaks in the roof. My two biggest concerns of cost and timeliness of fixing the roof were quickly put to rest. Kelly(owner) was very transparent about the cost, which were below competitors quotes I received. Kelly and her crew came out same day for a very thorough inspection, but once estimate was reviewed and payment terms decided they started the work right away. During the initial repair Eric(crewmember) identified source of two leaks, cutout/replaced decking, and then installed new decking/shingles/vent boots. Also while performing the repair it started to downpour, but the roof was quickly tarped and secured to ensure no further water intrusion. Though unable to finish the work on Friday they came out Saturday to finish the job. I'm very impressed with how much work and detail was performed to get the job done right. Its nice to know there are some Honest contractors that take pride in their work in an industry known to cut corners. Will definitely be calling on ATL Roofing in the future for any repairs or when it comes time to replace my entire roof!

We had our old gutters replaced, the new gutters not only function much better but they really enhanced the look of the house. We even raised a purely aesthetic concern with one corner, as the grade showed a gap between the shingles and gutter, when I raised this concern the team was happy to adjust/raise it a few times to make it look perfect. Kelly made the entire process easy and was always very responsive to text messages and communication. After the first rainfall, no leaks anywhere!

After calling ATL Roofing Pros, LLC and talking with the owner Kelly about a roof leak I had she sent a crew out and worked with me to repair my roof. They did a great job with the repair and noticed a few other spots that needed attention. They never tried to push me into a new roof. They repaired a few troubled spots for me and were very fair in price. Great people to work with.

Above expectations! Kelly was recommended to me by a friend who happened to be home during the day and observed Kelly and her crew replace the roof on his neighbors home. He was so impressed with their actions and work they did that he strongly recommended her and said he was going to have her do his roof as well. with such a good review from my friend i got her contact info from him and reached out to Kelly. She was very detailed in explaining the process from start to finish. she gave great suggestions and from day 1 hit that roof and worked diligently paying attention to protecting the shrubs and plants close to my home, covering my freshly painted porch so as not to mess it up, very hands on with her crew to make sure all is done perfectly, they are well hydrated (this is an incredibly hot summer) this woman even gets up there on the roof! My home is over 50 yrs old and there was a challenge with the vents (they were as old as the house and hard to find) She built custom vents to accommodate the existing pipes and did an awesome job! I had a roof leak so I called this place. A woman answered the call and I told her I want to get a free estimate for fixing the roof. Right away she told me she needs $250 at minimal. Though they call themselves Pros, the way I was treated on the phone was very UNprofessional. Fortunately there are more than one roofing company in my area, according to Google.
