He also helped so much when it came to picking out the color. I was able to show him the color scheme of our house and he knew exactly what color shingles would look the best. I had 2 estimates presented by the company; one to repair rotten wood and a gutter connection and the other to replace the existing gutters so it was good to have options. I chose to have the repairs done and they came out as promised and sent updated pictures since I was not able to be at home on the scheduled day. David walked me through the process, helped me choose the right materials, and kept everything on schedule. The workmanship is outstanding—the new roof looks great and was installed with precision and care. They also did a thorough job cleaning up afterward; you’d never know a major project just took place.

They just did our roof and it literally didn’t even take a full day, they were so fast and efficient and it looks amazing! Also they came before hand and helped us work with our insurance after a hail storm to get us an accurate quote and brought a ton of swatches for us to choose from. Made everything very easy!

Wow what a Great Company! Honest and the communication with them is AMAZING! Showed up when they said they would be here and even a little early. They replaced our gutters. Did all of the work in 1 afternoon and noticed a few things that we didn't and fixed them and never asked for an extra penny! You dont get service like this just anywhere, trust me! The short version of this is that if I could give Allied Exteriors 20 stars, I would. If I could give them 100 stars, I would.

I had a terrible experience with a different roofing company. These GUYs at the other ROOFING company charged me thousands of dollars, didn't fix my issue, had the fact that there was no warranty on their repair work hidden deep in their contract that I didn't receive until after the payment was made, then wanted to charge thousands more to come back and fix the "other problem" they claimed was present.

Enter Austin from Allied. Austin came out to my house, climbed on my roof, marked up the areas where there were nail holes and gashes in the shingles, took pictures for me to see, gave me a thorough explanation of what had happened, why, after the previous company's repairs, I didn't see a repeat of my issue for 6 months, and implemented a temporary solution to ensure that his estimation of the root cause was correct. And he did all of these things as a part of the free estimate.

After the next rain storm that came through, Austin reached out to me ON THE WEEKEND, to see how things looked regarding my issue. Now THAT is customer service! I was happy to tell him that the temporary solution he implemented worked perfectly, and he scheduled the time for the full repair.

The repair was completed in about an hour, and his fee was about a tenth of what the other GUYs were going to charge me for their SECOND repair. If I EVER need anything that Allied offers a service for, there is absolutely ZERO doubt that I will be saving my time and money by calling them first. BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER!!!!

I went on my Nextdoor app to find a reputable roofing company close to me and Connor Freiberger reached out to me. He was able to come out the same day and assess my roof. He was very honest and what needed to be done and gave me several options. He found the cause I was able to take care of that day.Not that would go out of their way to help people, but I certainly would use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone. Connor and Austin were amazing! Young & motivated and very responsive. We had a weather delay and they were quick to reach out ahead of time to set up a new date. It was for a commercial property (some of the businesses are open on weekends) so they made arrangements on coming out on days that worked best for them so there wasn’t any interference with their businesses. I had damage done to my roof from Hurricane Helene. The insurance adjuster came out and said my entire roof would be replaced. I don’t know anyone but he recommended Allied Exteriors and they did a fantastic job. They dropped the materials off within a week and had the job finished the next day. My roof looks great! They made the insurance claim process a piece of cake. Highly recommended!

This has been a best in class experience! I heard a dripping noise from inside my attic. When i opened it water just came pouring out.
