Northpoint Roofing Systems - Brentwood, TN

After the April hailstorms we were curious about the condition of our 15+ year old roof. Our neighbors had used Northpoint Roofing last year and recommended we get a free drone inspection—we took their recommendation and have no regrets.

We worked with Reeve to set everything up and the entire process went smoothly. From drone inspection, making a case with our insurance company, and install everything was topnotch.

Their team is kind, knowledgeable, and advocates to get you good quality within your budget. The products they use are high quality GAF roofing materials with solid warranties and ratings.

I want also note that our project manager CJ was onsite from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which we greatly appreciated! We've had past projects done and the project managers typically aren't around until it's time to sign-off for the day.

Every aspect of this experience was handled professionally by a friendly staff. From the get-go Northpoint Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. First the young man came around and asked if he could arrange a drone survey of our roof. Then later Keith and Cayla came around to show us the photos of damage to our roof. We had no idea! During the repair process we were kept informed all the way. Cayla was our go-to person - she's great, responding to questions or concerns very quickly. The work was done professionally and to the best of my knowledge everything is still intact. I highly recommend this company .

I know they don’t make money unless there’s a need to address, so when they told me the roof is in good shape, I knew I can believe them.
