Normile sealcoating did a great job with my driveway. They answered my questions; carefully filled cracks in the asphalt before the main coat; and arrived on the date promised. I highly recommend their services.

There were several spots on the driveway that are blotted and will no doubt be extremely slippery this winter as they are now with rain. We reached out to see if corrections could be made to these spots only to be told "you have a beautiful driveway..." in otherwords I'm not willing to correct these spots. While most of the driveway looks great the several spots are problematic. We paid a hefty amount and feel that was an inappropriate response. Beware.

Professional work at fair price. Courteous and efficient. Very happy with how the driveway looks. Would recommend this company for seal coating.

Uses a decent sealcoating product But his crack filling was a JOKE. I complained about it and was assured a follow-up.....NEVER to occur. I would recommend someone else, plain and simple!! I called before the season began last year and was told he " would get to it". NO ONE had to be present to SEE the open cracks...so why didn't you just do the job correctly without me being here; that way it is on YOUR time schedule....don't pass the buck like you attempted to view, let alone repair the problem. Just another post to act like you care. I just don't want someone else to have to deal with this!
Hate having to chase down someone when he knew the poor product he used; some " magic" powder that doesn't fill the cracks....what a joke...BEWARE!!

It cost me about $3,000 to seal my small shop driveway about 6 months ago. After he completed I noticed that he missed a strip of asphalt that he didn’t seal. He said he would come back in the spring and do that.

The crack sealer he used was soft after he left and he said it would harden up before winter. This spring it is still soft and coming apart in the cracks.

The driveway looks awful this spring. Most of the sealer got scratched off pretty easily with the plow and now grass is growing throw the cracks that he filled again already.

I called and left a voicemail 2 weeks ago to see when he would come and finish the area he missed initially and if he could do anything about the cracks. He has not returned my call yet.

$3,000 is a lot of money to spend for a new start up, only to be disappointed when the snow melts and ignored 6 months later.

I would not recommend the ‘oil based’ sealer that he sprays on very quickly in a thin layer. It does not last like the coal based that most of oil the other asphalt sealing companies would have used.

Thanks to Chris and his assistant, our driveway and front walk look great and are ready for whatever next winter brings. Cracks are filled in, sealer has sealed the blacktop so well it's shiny -- my sneakers even squeak on the driveway after it rains! Price was right too. Friendly, quick service, great results.
