I would give this company 0 stars if I could my roof has leak two times in less then 3 years and they want to charge me to even come look at there poor work. Second both times had to get fixed by someone else and has them properly sealing things on my roof I will be reporting there work quality to the BBB.

I highly recommend Noble Roofing for inspection, repair and replacement. Daniel and his team are professional and thorough. I received proposal and updates with pictures throughout the process-excellent communication. They were careful with my property and cleaned up completely. Prices are very reasonable and Daniel is knowledgeable about working with HOAs, etc. to ensure compliance. I’m attaching a few pictures. I love the multi-tone colors of the shingles, called “heather blend”.

Daniel and his entire team were great from beginning to end. Quality project, quality people. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the new roof Noble Roofing installed on November 14, 2023. Prior to performing the work, Daniel met with my wife and me to discuss our options and pricing. Their pricing was competitive with two other companies I interviewed. For our roof, we chose the architectural shingles. Daniel was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. The work was performed efficiently and completed in a long day. Afterwards, a Noble Roofing inspector went on the roof and thoroughly inspected the work. I am confident the work was performed correctly and recommend Noble Roofing to help my fellow homeowners.

Very POOR quality. I had 4 leaks within the frst 3 yrs. I still persists. I am posting this review to warn everyone as 1 of my neighbor is getting his entire roof done again within 6yrs (new homes for which roofing was done by noble). DO NOT GO with Noble they have no warranties either AND PATHETIC QUALITY

I bought a new Ryan home in 2019. Noble construction has been the contracted roofer for Ryan homes. I have had a roof leak in the same spot each year I have owned the home whenever there is heavy rain. Noble roofing has been sent out 4 times and state that they sealed the leak but each year the saga continues. Noble roofing is not responsive or follow up at all. Issue reported for the 5th time on 12/30/2022. They sent a roof inspector out finally after a month on 1/27/2023; but did not call me to schedule an inspection and I was unavailable. I had to have them reschedule for 2/1/2023; when I would be home. They never showed up, I called and they said the cancelled due to weather conditions, but failed to call me to notify me they were canceling and needed to reschedule. This company is a complete waste of time!

My experience working with Jason Bartlett and Noble Roofing was superb. From the initial inquiry all the way to the final contact, you knew these guys were pros. The crew was extremely polite. I have seen other roofing companies on my street where the workers blast music while they work. These guys were professional and there to do one thing, work. They even made sure to watch out for all my landscaping. I had two post inspections to make sure the job was done correctly (which it was) and Jason even came through to sweep the ground with a magnet for stray nails when the job was completed. Highly recommended! Fantastic experience all around.

I ended choosing Noble after reviewing multiple quotes. I’m very happy I went with them. The price was competitive and Daniel walked me through the process. I'm very happy with the end result and my roof looks great.

We noticed a water spot in our living room and called Noble to do a new rubber membrane roof on our housing extension. They sent someone to check out the issue and explain what would need to be done. Felt very transparent and forthright the entire time. They were flexible around our schedule. The team completed the job in one day, pulling out rotted wood and replacing them quickly. They left no debris at our house and were very friendly. I would 100% use them again!

No need to go anywhere else... We spent so many hours researching and meeting with roofing companies and came back to Jason at Noble. Hands down the most professional and creative which in the end proved to yield a ton of value! Everything from estimate to completion was spot on. After much time and research I came upon Noble Roofing. Man was I pleasantly surprised. They were extremely responsive, on time for everything. From the estimate to the completion and extremely professional from the jump! I now have a gorgeous roof and gutters that I get complimented on all the time. Can't recommend Daniel and Noble Roofing enough. They've been super responsive, offered a very competitive price for Lief Relief gutters and cleaning. The appointment was scheduled quickly, and the crew came on time and did the job quickly and professionally. While not enough time has passed yet to discuss the quality of gutters, the entire process of communication and installation has been seamless.

They did a great job. I waited a couple months to see how it would turn out. Professional, a great price and a good job. There was a leak in my front flashing for 17 years that no-one could fix. They took care of it.

I had a very good experience with having my roof replaced by Noble Roofing. Several other houses on my street were having their roofs replaced, and Noble did 2 of them. Based on the positive experiences that my 2 neighbors had with Noble, I decided to hire them, too.

Setting up the initial assessment couldn't have been easier. A quick phone call to their office, and I had an appointment for the very next day. Daniel, the General Manager, came out with his assistant, Omar, to assess the condition of my roof. I knew from a previous gutter cleaning that I had lots of cracked shingles. Daniel and Omar confirmed this and told me that the particular shingle on my roof (CertainTeed Horizon) was known to be susceptible to thermal cracking and premature failure. They took lots of pictures and emailed them to me that same evening.

Daniel was very helpful in explaining in detail the whole process of how to have my roof replaced under homeowner's insurance. I made an appointment with my insurance adjuster to inspect my roof, and Daniel made sure he was right there with me to ensure that their assessment of the roof damage was consistent with what he had found. When my insurance company sent me the estimate for the roof replacement, I forwarded it to Daniel right away and made an appointment to sign the contract with Noble the very next day. Daniel was very helpful in explaining to me the specifications of the choices in shingle that they had to offer. I went with Daniel's suggestion of the GAF Timberline HD shingle. Daniel also explained to me all the items on the work order that his crew would complete, including tasks to bring my roof up to current building code.

Within 2 weeks of signing the contract, I had a beautiful new roof. A crew came and loaded all the shingles on my roof one day, and another crew came the next day to perform the work. The workers were very careful to put tarps over any areas where debris might fall on. They worked very diligently from about 6:30AM-3:30PM, much faster than I anticipated thanks to the number of workers who came out. After the work was done, they ran a magnet over the entire area thoroughly to catch any nails on the ground. Daniel even came by after the crew left to do a second passing with the magnet himself.

Overall, I was very pleased with Noble Roofing. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and courteous. Daniel answered all of my questions promptly, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Now every time I see a Noble Roofing truck on the road or their sign in front of a house, I know that there's another happy customer out there.

Noble Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. Jason kept me up to date on the entire process and completed the job in a timely manner. Quotes were very reasonable. Professional workmanship! Highly recommend Noble Roofing.

We had some damage to our roof in 2018 from the wind storm. Going through insurance, they told us to collect quotes. I contacted Jason to come out and provide us with a quote. The quote was prompt, and affordable. They were able to come out and replace the roof relatively quickly, and it looks beautiful. I have since referred Jason to several of my own clients, and they have had nothing but glowing reviews afterwords. I would and will continue to recommend Jason and Noble Roofing to anyone who is need of roofing services.

My Mom needed a roof replacement after multiple leaks at her home. I don’t know anything about roof repairs and she doesn’t either. We were referred to a company through our insurance but decided to get some additional quotes just to compare. One of the companies we reached out to was Noble and we are very happy that we did. Noble was more responsive than the other two companies that provided quotes and gave us a lower price for the option we wanted. The roof was replaced in less than a month and the results are fantastic. We highly recommend them!

These guys are the subcontractors for NVR Homes in the area. My 1 year old townhome has a flat patio roof top that uses vinyl membrane and it has been nothing but trouble for me. I've had three major leaks and have needed mold remediation due to their lack of care, experience, and workmanship. The installation of the vinyl has also rippled and this is supposed to be a usable deck like living space. Every time I submit a warranty service request the person they send almost never knows what he's supposed to do and they just do a half assed patch job as quickly as they possibly can. There were many times the worker didn't even have ladders with him. A roofer, without ladders? I basically live in this home waiting for the next leak to happen, but since the "repairs" continuously extend the warranty coverage for the issue by another year, I guess you can say I'll always have a warranty if these guys keep coming to fix it.

Noble Roofing has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning. I have never looked forward to getting a roof replacement, dealing with insurance, worrying about the noise and mess. With Noble Roofing the entire roof replacement was done quickly, they helped me with my insurance company, and left my home looking cleaner than it was before they got there.

My new roof looks great and has been holding up perfectly during all the storms we had recently. They installed a new skylight for me as well and that looked great too.

We contracted Noble roofing to replace our roof. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. Inspection, picking out materials, labor, and billing all went seamlessly and was handled perfectly. Since this company installed the roof on my townhome 6 years ago, I called them after experiencing a ceiling leak (a few weeks ago) on the second level of my home. A female who answered the phone informed me that the charge is $400 to come out. I asked, how is it that you charge $400 and you do not know what the repair is....the female responded, that is what we charge. Shame on you, Noble..... I believe that this is an OUTRAGEOUS business practice to charge such an exorbitant amount when you have not examined the premise. Needless to say, I chose another company, Southernwood Roofing in Charles County, Maryland, and I am very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, and reasonable rate for the service performed.

Noble roofing provided us a quote and managed to fit us in to their busy schedule in a very reasonable time. Their work crew was professional, courteous and did an excellent job. We replaced the entire roof because of the recent cyclone storm. Noble Roofing was the first one to response. We compared Noble Roofing products and quotes with other companies and chose Noble. Noble worked with insurance adjustors for inspection, and we got 70% cost from our insurance company. Noble replaced the roof within a month. Cannot be happier.

Our old roof was damaged last month during a storm. we scheduled free estimates with four different roofing companies and decided that Noble Roofing has the best value and the materials used were very durable, 50 years or life time warranty. We also replaced two sky lights and the flashing/base for the chimneys. Overall, the service was quick, the price was fair, and the billing was accurate and not in a rush. All our friends said the new roof looks great. We are satisfied customers and highly recommending Noble roofing.

I had a terrible customer experience with Noble Roofing. A couple weeks ago I made an appointment for a roof inspection. They told me that they would be at my house between 9 and 12 on Mar 27. I took the morning off work. When I called to see if they would be coming near the end of time block, they stated that the appointment was for Mar 28. When looking at my notes from the initial conversation, it clearly was agreed that the appointment was for Mar 27. They moved the schedule and nobody called to inform me. So I took off of work for Mar 28. At 1140, I called to see if they are still going to make by 12. They informed me that they couldn't make it by 12 and it would be several hours until they get to my house. I would've appreciated a call earlier in the morning when they realized they couldn't do it. I have a feeling that nobody would've called me at 12 to give me an update. When I told the lady that I couldn't take the entire day off work, she made it sound like I was being unreasonable for wanting to be at my house while people were working on my roof. I cancelled my appointment. I will try to find someone better.

After several estimates with other companies, we chose Noble Roofing for several reasons: We met with Daniel, the Son and newest owner of the company. He is very personable, very informative about materials, gutters, scheduling and financing. The customer service that we received from Daniel, the Foreman, laborers was excellent. We found Noble Roofing while driving and saw their phone number on a vehicle. The completed our roof replacement with very little disruption to our schedule and worked around the holiday weekend for us. I'm very pleased with this company's professionalism and prompt attention to our questions. The final product looks very nice and I would recommend Noble to friends and family.

Replaced old roof and added metal raised seam roofing over porch. Excellent experience with Noble, from initial quotation through execution and follow-up. There was no pressure and no stress. I did get three quotes from different contractors and am happy Noble offered the best price as well.

We recently have changed our roofing yesterday, March 8, 2017 and the crew did really an excellent job!!! Neighbors even notices and they claimed, they were watching how it was done and gave us a pleasant comment that,.."these people are doing a great job on your roof as I was watching them." And I am very happy to hear that from our neighbor. The crew member were very polite, early to the job and finished in one day and not to mention, they cleaned up very well from top to bottom. Noble Roofing put a metal tile "Mediterranean" style roof on my home with excellent results. The home had a couple unusual architectural elements that required a knowledgable and experience roofer to get it right to ensure no leaks or other problems. The roof has since survived wind, hail, and rain storms. I have absolute confidence in Noble Roofing and the quality and workmanship of their product!
