I had a new roof installed several weeks ago. It was a great project completion from start to finish.

Their quote was competitive and fair, I was provided with many options to fit any budget or style. I felt no pressure in choosing NOBLE, I received 5 quotes theirs by far was the best overall. The initial person Matt who came to give me a quote and later set up the project was knowledgeable and helpful in making all the necessary decisions to best suit my project.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently and finished the job in one day and on budget!

My property was left clean and tidy.

It started with their sales rep Matt. We had several quotes but he was the only one that focused on what they do and not what other roofing companies do not do. We did not entertain some other estimates as they focused on “bad mouthing” their competitors. Matt took the time and presented several options and answered all questions. The crew is to be commended.! They were polite and friendly to my wife and even allowed my dog to ‘sniff em’ which put him at ease. Starting from our initial quote with Matt it was a great experience. Matt is very honest and knowledgeable.
The Jacob and his team on the roof were great, I was here throughout the whole project and they were very diligent workers. They all deserve kudos for their professionalism and work ethic. Our roof had many difficult angles to work around so it wasn’t an easy job, but now it looks great! These guys are highly skilled. Would call them again anytime.

i called noble roofing because i had a lea k at a speciific area and have been unable to locate the actual spot so i spoke to their sales rep who came to view the next day and did a complete review and the next day forward a quotation on a few ways to isolate the problem. their service responce was top notch.

The owners came by and were very nice. They apologized and assured me that they will let me know about anything they have to do on my property. He admitted that the labourers are not great at customer service and something they are working on. I understand that they have to do their job, I just wanted them to respect the few things I asked. I now feel confident that they will handle any issues that transpire. I appreciate the communication from them as I hate being the annoying neighbour. I was just getting frustrated arguing with the roofers. Props to Noble Roofing for rectifying the issues properly. I am now more than willing to accommodate them as long as they ask.

Disrespectful workers. They were doing my neighbours roof and asked if they could use my driveway to park their trailer, I was fine with it initially but they took it upon themselves to enter my backyard multiple times without permission after I told them to please let me know if they needed to go back there as I have a dog. I was trying to be accommodating but they disregarded all of my requests and did what they wanted anyway. I even caught them using the outlet on the side of my house because I had closed it the day before. Pretty disappointing especially since I wasn't the one who hired them and I was just asking for respect of my property and privacy. This is when I'm happy to have outdoor cameras that capture any issues.

Matt was professional, informative, responsive, and understanding throughout the quoting process. He provided the most affordable, flexible pricing plan, as well as a strong warranty. The roofers were punctual, respectful, and clean. My entire property was tidy both during and after the roof replacement. Anthony is attentive and works hard to ensure each client's satisfaction. Overall, Noble is a reliable, honest, and skilled team that one can hire with confidence.

Recently we discovered a small leak in our Roof. With all the rain we were experiencing we needed some help quickly. We called Noble Roofing and Matt the Sales Rep attended. He had a crew come within half an hour and performed a temporary repair. Matt was not a pushy sales type. He explained all our options in materials etc,, and we agreed to have Noble complete our roof. With all the inclement weather we have been having lately, they could not install our replacemnt roof till yesterday. The crew led by Jacob were very polite and courteous. They took steps to protect the flowers and lawn from debris. The crew was six in size and each person seemed to have a function and went about their business without hesitation. They seemed to enjoy working with each other as they chatted and joked amongst themselves under Jacobs watchful eye. Once the roof was installed, they spent a great deal of time picking up and nails or scraps. Jacob reviewed the work with us and made sure we had no outstanding concerns. They left our property exactly as they found it (minus leaking roof....lol). Many of our neighbours are very impressed as well. We highly recommend Noble Roofing. Great experience from start to finish. We had somewhat of a roof emergency and Matt went above and beyond to have a crew out the same day to temporarily tarp our roof after hours so we wouldn't have to worry about the anticipated rain storm. The crew showed up at 6:30 that night and made quick work of it. Despite the late hour they were all very professional and friendly.
They returned last week to complete the replacement and again the entire crew was fantastic! I would highly recommend Noble Roofing to anyone needing their roof done.

5/5. Matt and his crew are very professional and efficient. Matt's crew spent 3.5 hours to complete the repair. It took 4 working days to finish the project after I signed the contract. Highly recommended.

Before the project: my house had a roof leak so I emailed the company for a quote. Matt came to my house on the same day to examine the leak, make sure what we were dealing with. Matt also explained the repair thoroughly, what materials they would use, options I had to fix the leak.

During the project: the crew arrived at my house on schedule. I shared my driveway with my neighbor, but they were out so they couldn't move their car. The crew covered their car before they started to work, very detailed.

After the project: the crew cleaned up my driveway, front yard, and even my backyard.

We had Matt visit as we had wanted to confirm that our roof vents were intact and installed correctly. He was very patient and explained everything we were wanting to know. Although we do not need a new roof at this time I would definitely contact Matt and the company (Noble Roofing) if we require any future work to do. Our appreciation for the time that Matt did spend with us.

I called Matt to discuss a roofing issue with mold in my attic. Matt spent 30 minutes asking me questions and providing me with advice that was extremely helpful. He suggested I start with a solution that doesn't involve getting a new roof which means we can't do business together. Nobel supplied a very good quote for the work they did. They worked very hard and finished up in a day with a big crew.

How to begin praising the work ethics of this entire company. Let’s start with Matt, he was professional, informative and educated us on roofing. We contacted him back in June for an estimate and he literally came out to us on his last day of vacation. Honesty was the real winner for us, great attitude and no pressure. They found a few issues while on-site and were quick to bring it to my attention and tend to it while completing the job. We called Noble Roofing after discovering a leak in our roof, the owner was at our house the next morning to inspect the roof for us. After showing us pictures of the poor condition they were back a day later to water proof until they were able to schedule us in for installation. Great experience from start to finish!! Everyone from Noble Roofing was very professional, pleasant, and courteous - from estimator (Matt) to owners (Anthony and Nuno) to crew members (Jacob and the team).

When we first contacted Noble for a quote, Matt was on Christmas/New Year vacation. He promptly responded asking if it was okay to provide a quote upon his return and scheduled a time with us. He was very knowledgeable and provided good advice about roofing materials and shared resources. He provided a competitive quote and did not push to close the sale. Since we wanted to compare contractors and make well informed decision, we asked him numerous follow up questions which he patiently listened/responded to our satisfaction.

We did speak to past Noble customers and a few contractors who provided good references for Noble and its owners, Anthony, and Nuno. The owners inspected the job/workmanship both days the crew was at our place. Anthony provided a final walkthrough of the new roof and we identified one small issue (a dented new vent). Without hesitation, he asked one of his crew to return next day and replace it.

We found Noble crew to be very polite, honest, happy, proficient, and well trained. They did an excellent job, took great care of our property, and professionally cleaned up after the work was complete. They completed the job today and we have already started receiving great complements for the new roof/quality of their workmanship.

Don't bother calling this company if your house is old and needs a complete roof replacement. Last year we called this company to give us a quote in Port Robinson. Without actually getting up there and seeing what the condition was in, the rep eye-scanned it and hummed and hawed about the condition. 2 days later I was informed the owner declined to do the job sight unseen. I was dumbfounded. Unless your house needs only to be re-shingled with minor repairs this company is a waste of time. They seem only interested in the easy jobs. Baron Roofing quoted us no problem!

I'm a busy general contractor specializing in leaks and drafts. We needed a roof done for my fiance's house that she had just purchased in Niagara Falls. My business partner contacted Noble roofing after another roofing company had said that they were hard to compete with. We quickly found out why.

The head estimator Matt was probably one of the greatest customer service representatives I've ever spoken to. He was extremely thorough and very informative. We did end up collecting a number of quotes from other roofing companies in the area. They were all subpar compared to Noble Roofing.

Since my fiance had considered getting a metal roof on her newly bought home it was a hard choice. Matt had suggested an advanced shingle that Noble specializes in, and that was comparable to a metal roof. After some research, we had decided that this was absolutely the best choice and cost.

Matt was fantastic with regards to the timeline and installation. On the week of the installation Matt got me in contact with Anthony the owner of the company. Although we were not available in person, Anthony communicated extremely well. The install was perfect. This was the cleanest and most thorough contractor I've ever dealt with. The roof is flawless! They had gotten rid of every single spec of the old roof from the driveway backyard and front yard. Absolutely clean! They did just what was needed to be done, and my fiance is thrilled.

This company came out to do my neighbours roof who we are attached to. We had 2 days of cleaning up the brown paper backing, the pink packaging the shingles were in and loose old shingles from our back and front yard. We have nails on our roof and ALL of our eavestrough have shingle debris and pieces of shingles through them. Now we are left to climb on our roof to clean up the mess left behind from this company. Very unprofessional.

I called Noble Roofing to inspect my roof on a short notice after the windstorm. They came the same day and inspected the roof. I was really impressed with the responsiveness. I contacted Matt at Noble Roofing recently for an estimate on a roof replacement for Mom's house in Welland. Matt was punctual and helpful in deciding the many options available. The Noble Roofing team showed up yesterday to replace the roof. They were on time, and finished the job in one day, and all work was completed beyond my expectations. They moved some potted plants and deck furniture before starting. They covered the lawn and flower beds all around the house. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The guys were friendly and courteous, which is always very important to my Mom. We couldn't be happier.

We couldn't be more happy with Noble Roofing. It was probably a year ago, when I saw their truck and trailer, and couldn't help but notice how clean their set up was. In my mind, having a clean set up, goes a long way. I knew from that day on, if I ever needed any kind of roofing done, I would call them. I first dealt with Matt, he took the time mid winter to take me through all the steps, and the products they use. I then dealt with Anthony, which was great. Fantastic, professional company! From start to finish, it was a great experience. We needed to have our shingles replaced due to age and wind damage. We chose to get a quote from 4 different companies and decided to move forward with Noble Roofing. They were very fair with pricing and gave us a realistic time frame of when the work would be done. Most importantly, Matt was incredible to deal with. Our roof was done two months ago. 14 year old shingles were looking awful, flying off with any wind. After a lengthy wait due to bad weather in the spring the new roof now looks great thanks to Noble! Very accommodating. A job well done to these boys! Mom is happy and so am I. I Had some shingles blown off in a February wind storm this past winter. My roof was only 13 years old done by the previous owner of the home. Anthony and Nino secured my roof for me. In August 2017, I bought a home.
My first home, and being a First-Time home owner, I didn’t know a lot about roofing.
From the outside everything looked perfect. The existing shingles where in “good shape” and everything seemed to be right as rain..

Until it rained, heavily… for days… a year later in October 2018…
And then I realized that the roof wasn’t so perfect after all and I had a huge problem.

Water.. everywhere! A home owners nightmare. Waking up in the middle of the night terrified that water was pouring in, months of worry and stress taking its tole.

I thought, who was I going to trust to educate and not rip off a new and young First-Time home owner? How would I know that these strangers would have my best interest at heart, know that they would treat my home like their own?

I didn’t, and wasn’t sure who that could be…

So I asked a close friend, a fellow First-Time home owner and they highly recommended Noble Roofing.

They too used Noble Roofing for their roof back in the spring of 2018 and was 100% satisfied. So I gave them a call, and I heard back right away.

When I met with Matt, I just felt this sense of ease, like I knew that these professionals would do an honest and clean job. I knew that it was another home owner sitting in my living room, telling me his own experience with installing a roof and the right way it should be done.

He came to my home, sat with me for an hour or so and walked me through the roof buying process in great detail.

Matt was very thorough, going through all the shingle options available, telling me different choices I had and why I should stay away from others or why I should choose the ones I eventually purchased for my home.

He even walked me through the other four quotes I had in my hand, showing me the benefits of some of their options, and warning me of the others that would cause an issue in the distant future..

It was for that reason, I choose Noble Roofing.. for their honesty and respect.

They were willing to educate their customer over getting the sale, give them the option to choose them not because they felt pressured or it was the “best deal” in the business but because the customer felt like it was the right fit.
The customer would know she was being treated with respect and would get the best service they could offer, as if it was their own home they were working on.

And coming home today, I know that is exactly what I received.. the best work they could deliver!

The cleanup is impeccable, it doesn’t even look like they were here!

I came home at lunch to see the well trained staff, cleaning up as they go along, smiles on their faces as they greeted me waving Hello. It gave me peace in my heart, knowing they enjoyed their job and would treat my home with respect and it shows in their workmanship.

Anthony was a saving grace, multiple times he would take the time to speak with me over the phone about my concerns during the long winter months, waiting to install my long awaited roof. Answering all my questions, and today, explaining everything that went on during the job, letting me know how the wood under my roof had held up under all that water leakage, and ensuring me that the structure was safe and sound.

Because of Noble Roofing, I will sleep soundly tonight, knowing that when it rains, my home is safe.

Nobiles quote for the value add they offered was bang on, lots of little things:

- 6 nail shingle install - don't believe me climb up on the roof and have a look for yourself
- quality of workmanship - top notch, the install team actually cared about the end result, as much as I did.
- 6 ft of water seal membrane,versus 3ft, which 3ft seems to be industry norm
- venting - venting recommendations offered. They added additional vents where they deemed appropriate.
- most importantly, post install clean up ... Done 100% to my satisfaction, the guys took my dogs safety into account by vetting their clean up by completing a secondary pass of property.
