N&M Restoration did a great job building a new front porch on our house. It included a roof that was a custom built add on over the porch. It also involved some new brick and brick repair work. It required several specialized crews to do different parts of the job and they all performed quality work. I am very happy with the result.

N&M Restoration recently added exposed aggregate to the outside of our existing stamped concrete patio, and the result looks great. The contrast between old and new looks very nice and gives us extra room for some patio furniture. I will definitely contact N&M Restoration for future patio and concrete projects.

N&M recently helped me when my porch collapsed. They took care of me quickly. Removed old one and rebuild a new one and added a railing. The porch is beautiful. N & M recently completed a paver patio for us. Their attention to detail was excellent. The on-site crew was clean and quick. The communication between sales and management was fantastic. They helped guide us to determine what we wanted with detailed renderings and make changes to stay within our budget. The whole project took less than a week and turned out great. Hired N&M for some chimney repair work. Had a minor issue, but they came back a week later and fixed it. I am very happy with the finished product!

Tito and Daniel were professional and very courteous and did a wonderful job removing my old basement windows and installing the new glass block windows.

I have a very large porch with 16 foot columns. I checked around with most of the brick and cement companies in my area and by far they were the least expensive. The other companies were a lot higher a couple just were was trying to price gouge me. N&M was honest and fair. For me it seemed like customer satisfaction was their main objective. From Nat getting my wants and estimates taken care of, to Tom in the office always answering the phone with any of my questions and concerns( there were a lot). To Carlos and his crew , respectful and hard working. I will be in trusting them with all my work around my home.

I had purchased stacked stone for our patio My friend/installer passed away early spring before he was able to start Obtained several quotes before calling N&M Nate came to bid for us & made some suggestions for the install Provided a great price for the install & his suggestion The craftsmanship was/is stellar & the finished product, let me say we can't stop grin'n ear to ear Thank you N&M for NOT taking advantage of our situation & gouging us as I felt the others did We have next years project figured out & we'll see you in the Spring!

N&M Restoration is a wonderful company. They do amazing masonry work and their staff is always very friendly and prompt with their responses. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

The actual workers who did job communicated with me thoroughly and did their job accordingly.
I was very pleased, relieved, and felt heard and important when Edwin from the company reached out to not only apologize but send out the team to come and finish the original job and make everything right! He was extremely kind and was helpful in conflict resolution. They came and did a great job promptly. There was clear communication which I appreciated and will use them again because of the integrity.

They did a good, not great, job on the porch. During the demo of the original porch, the concrete step/ledge leading into the house cracked at the joint and was never repaired. Additionally, the step the poured wasn’t 100% straight on one side. After the first snow the corner of the walkway they poured ended up cracking off. They hounded me for the final payment and said there’s nothing the can do about the step. Then I was told I could mortar the joints that THEY damaged. It’s been several months since they said they were going to get me on the schedule to repair the broken corner.

UPDATE: 7/27/23
They reached out a month or so after I posted this review and said they would have someone get ahold of me. Several months later I was finally contacted to get on the schedule for a repair. It’s now been two months since that phone call and no one has come to the property and nothing is repaired.

Came and did a quote on my driveway and Nate had a great amount of knowledge and we had 3 bids and overall their quote wasn't the lowest cost but they were finished in two days and the work was amazing ' we have 100' x 43' Driveway and ' another area was rebuilt into a backyard chill area with a jacuzzi & we love it -

As far as the response below by N and M, it’s all untrue.
They refuse to come out and complete the project they have been paid for unless I change my review!
I can t change my review because they haven’t rectified the problem!

Hired N and M Restorations ( Nate and Tom) To rebuild my chimney in July.
5 months later the chimney still leaks and All I am getting is the run around.
3 weeks ago Tom said let me talk to my team…….still haven’t heard back.
For the first couple of months I literally called them every day.
Don’t waste your time or money.
Very unscrupulous business!

From the beginning, this team was excellent! Communication was prompt and thorough. The team on-site was professional, courteous and respectful. And super fast and diligent. We had our chimney redone as well as brick replaced along the bottom of the house. I would highly recommend.

N&M made it easy to make an appt to come to my home and view our crumbling brick chimney. Nate accessed the chimney on the roof to view up close and detail the repair needed. Quote was received in less than 4 hours. Booked the job with them and less than 1 week later my chimney looks picture perfect. Tom was an excellent communicator through the entire process. 5 stars N&M. Next project patio...I know I am calling!!
