N&M Restoration - Warren, MI

Nice people. U can enter from Groesbeck and exit from helle. I had bunk truck , moved my tandems all the way to the front while exiting from helle. Look for overhead wires when entering the premises.

Very competent and responsive organization - clearly a professional company.
Researched past clients and visited sites - those clients were very satisfied.
Finally gave go ahead for sea wall project on Friday - they were there Monday and done by early Wednesday … very impressive.
Work was well supervised and suggestions for added improvements were appreciated.
I may have need for future services, and would not hesitate to use N&M.

This was our second job using N&M Restoration and I had a few problems but Nathan the owner called me personally and straightened everything out. The concrete work on both jobs I had done by N&M Restoration was great and I recommend them.
I will use them again if I am in need of more concrete repairs.

Nate and his crew were great, they made sure the quality was on point and that I was satisfied with all aspects.

My patio and yard looks amazing. Carlos and the crew did a great job. My yard was a total mess from the start. We had a total regrade, stump grinding, and brand new patio with fire pit walkway. Despite weather delays they did a superb job. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a few jobs for N&M. We had our chimney torn down and they built a new one. We had our patio pavers raised to the height of the driveway we got last year. In a few places the mortar between the bricks was missing so they ground it out and replaced it. They also put a new step in at the back door. They did this all in one day. Couldn't be more pleased with the job. Would definitely recommend this company.

We hired N&M to widen an existing driveway with pavers and replace porch with matching pavers. In short, the results were awesome! Completely enhanced the curb appeal and provided the functional need for more driveway space. The only complaint was when the existing sprinkler system was shifted, it was not done properly causing us an additional expense for the sprinkler company to repair. All is in working order now.

The sales person, team lead and crew were professional, responsive and very efficient. The job was originally estimated to take 2 days, but they finished in 1 without sacrificing quality.

N&M Restoration met and exceeded all of our expectations. At every turn they handled each challenge/change request with ease, the project ran smoothly and we are in love with our new patio/walkway. Nate, Julio, JD and their team were absolutely fabulous to work with!

These folks were very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They fixed my crumbling chimney and removed my cracked garage floor and replaced it. They kept me in the loop the entire time and their work is very high quality. Very hard to find contractors like this. I am going to hire them for my sidewalk next.

Used N&M in 2020 for a front porch and walkway. Cannot recommend.

The team performing the actual work was really great: skilled, courteous and professional.

The sales and management team were another story. Communications throughout were awful and completely un-professional. The job was underbid (intentionally? ) and then they tried to force me into an upsell. The work crew knew that the job required footers all along. Nate bid the job without footers saying he ‘knew a guy at the city”. When we had to add the footers in later it doubled the original price.

Additionally, they did not install the design that was agreed upon, or the one that was approved by the city. Nate redesigned it, only to have his redesigned walkway crack within 6 months. Due to the redesigns, negotiating over price, and N&Ms refusal to put anything in writing, this fairly small job took about 4 months to complete.

I want to thank the whole team from Tom in office, to the Owners, workers, I will recommend over and over.

What an awesome company to work with! From the quote process with their suggestions & ideas, through demolition, and the completed project. We had an idea for our new patio but Nate & Tom really put their input in and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. They also did repairs to our current driveway and now our three wide drive also has a three wide approach. Their communication is outstanding from beginning to end, their crews are very considerate of our space when working and they did an outstanding job with clean up. We will definitely use them again for future projects!

My job was a large 30x24 stamped concrete patio. The guys that prepared the foundation and poured the concrete are the hardest working guys. These guys worked in 91 degree heat and into the dark to finish the days work. I was very impressed with their work effort. They started and finished job in a timely manner. This was very important to me as I can’t stand when a job gets started and sits for awhile. The job was a good value to me because I approached it from a budget perspective and NM worked with me to deliver my vision within my budget. The patio looks great and time will tell on quality. Overall a great experience.

Both sets of the teams that came here to work were awesome. They work long hours and it was on several hot days. The guys were pleasant and answered my questions.
The people in the offices were awesome also. Tom always found out what I wanted to know and got back to me in a timely manner. Nate had several great suggestions and everything just fell into place.

This company is a 10 star. They are professional & personable. The work is fantastic & when you set up the work to be done they do it. Tom is a great guy he gets the job done. He was an answer to my prayers to get my porch done. It wasn't a big major job but he made me feel like it was. Thank you thank you.

Had Nate and team install a patio/firepit and retaining wall. Julio and his team did an amazing job, the attention to detail was outstanding. Will use again for future projects!

I would recommend N & M Restoration. I appreciate them following through & keeping their word. After all of the work was done & paid for, they came back and replaced our bushes. We had a new cement porch poured from the ground up. They did an excellent job but our bushes didn’t make the transition. N & M placed our bushes and they did it in a timely manner.

A fantastic company I am a union bricklayer with no extra time and they came to do my patio I was told 3 days and they did it in 2 THANK YOU NATE your the best and you deserve more than 5 stars god bless you

Never showed when promised. Got all of the money upfront. Didn't do the service.he gave me half of the money and half of my stone. He still owes me 10 boxes iof stone.

I am taking him to small claims court to get my money or the rest of our stone.

He has another gentleman who answers calls and trys to smooth things out between him and a customer. You don't do business this way.

He should have an zero rating.

He isn"t an honest business person. He tells you he is going to do the work but he sends other young men to do the work.

He still owes me 20 boxrs ofvstone. I had to get someone else to finish part of the job.

The top of my chimney was falling apart and they came out and took care of everything! Very quick response as well. Spoke with Tom to set everything up and communicating with him was great. Tom is real personable and always available for any questions. I HIGHLY recommend N&M.
