Jay did a great job fixing a broken gable vent on our house. He took the time to do it right, and the result looks great! Really appreciate the effort he put in, and the price was very fair. Highly recommend!

Cody finished the job early and then offered to do whatever I wanted to fill the 2 hour time slot. I really feel like I got my money worth.

Handyman was professional and helpful. I purchased a 2 hour block of time to have my windows troubleshooted and likely recaulked, and told them this on the phone. Still, the handyman showed up with no caulk, which was not his fault, as he hadn’t been told.

Cody cleaned the gutters on my house and garage. Primarily, he was friendly and did a very job, although some of the bothersome tree seeds did manage to escape his attention. I would hire Cody again.

Tommy was outstanding! Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone, I appreciate his work ethic very much.

I was very happy with the job Ace Handyman Hiram did. My kitchen cupboard door split down the grain and fell off. I asked him do I need a new door and he said he could fix it and he did. So far door still attached. I most definitely will use Ace again.

I needed an item assembled and was told I had to pay for a minimum 2 hours and if they finished sooner I could get something else done , but if it took longer you would be charged every 15 minutes. I really thought it would take them 2 hours since reviews online from non professionals said it took 3. Unfortunately for me it took 3 hours so it cost me more to have a kitchen island assembled then the item itself. So I would be cautious using them for anything that might run over the time and price you agreed on.

Well, the project is not completely finished due to necessities beyond their control, Jay knew exactly what I wanted and the best way to get there. Options were offered, prices discussed, so there were no surprises. Jay went above and beyond in building the platform to raise my patio up to a bedroom window And kept the safety and security of the patio and my cats in mind. So very happy and excited the way the project is going!

Update: catio platform is complete! Just have to decorate and put some lights up! Jay and his co-worker did a great job and made a very sturdy, safe platform for the catio I assembled so my cats can enjoy the outdoors. They were prompt, explained everything they were doing and why and asked for my input. I will definitely keep Jay in mind for any other handyman projects that come up! I’m so thrilled!

Ron did a fantastic job of installing a pair of handrails on our front porch. He phoned before arriving, arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and got on with it. He finished earlier than expected and so the cost was lower than expected. We are absolutely delighted with the work Ron did for us. This is the second time we have asked ACE Handyman Services to do some work for us and we definitely ask again when we need more work done.

Excellent service and very professional. Arrived at the stated time and started working immediately. Explained everything. Very refreshing to deal with individuals who know what they are doing.

ACE did a great job. They were unexpectedly fast to schedule and show up and Chris did a great job aiding in purchasing and then installing our new closet doors. Recommend.

What a great and efficient service Ace Handyman provided. First Zach was so helpful with ideas for our threshold trip issue. Tommy came and did the work so quickly and resolved issues with the concrete flooring underneath effectively. Thank you for making the entryways safe for my 90+ parents.

Marc did a great job replacing our outlets with GFCI outlets, replacing our basement handrail and installing a new bathroom towel bar for us. He's courteous and professional. I recommend his services. If I had a choice for a handyman again, I'd ask for Marc. If we need a handyman again we will definitely use Ace Handyman Services.

I had a storm door replaced. Tommy came right on time. He was pleasant and put in the door in a timely manner. I called Ace Handyman services on a Monday and Tommy was there the next morning. I would definitely recommend Ace Handyman Services.

Ron with Ace Handyman Services was great (through, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable of many different types of repairs).

He completed four repairs at my home in three hours:
- repairing the hinge for a bifold closet door
- replacing a damaged piece of vinyl siding
- repairing a hole in under eaves flashing that beds were getting into
- repairing my front door bell electrical wiring

The initial scheduling call was quick and easy. I gave them the task list and sent some photos of the needed repairs. They were available within just a few days to handle my repairs.

Ron was great! Ace Handyman Services are great! I would contact them again for any repair to keep up with home issues.

Marc and Tommy did a great job with phase one of a kitchen remodel: demo/dismantle the old cabinetry and countertops, disconnect electric where required, and remove a non-structural wall. They bagged all the debris, swept, vacuumed, and wet mopped the floor. Finally, they carried the appliances down 14 stairs to the garage. And finished in the allotted time. Great job! And now for the primary bath demo. Thank you.

Communication was very professional, they scheduled us quickly, and Ron our handyman did a great job. Will be using them again!

ACE Handyman Cooper, smart and personable, did a fantastic job on three distinctly different tasks: 2nd story window frame painting, door jam painting, bracing up a bowed over arborvitae, and replacing a pneumatic tube. I’m very impressed.

I had several jobs around the house, to me they were huge jobs.
Cooper got everything on my list done, did a great job and was very pleasant to work with.
I will definitely be using ACE Handyman again.
I had to call for service the next day at my new condo, Cooper came and fixed one problem and advised who needed to be contacted to fix the other.

RON was amazing at installing front entry door with storm door. Also knocked out our laundry room doors. Absolutely amazing craftsmanship and service. Couldn’t be happier.

I hired Ace Handyman Services to replace an exterior door and do some trim work on my front porch. My designated handyman, Cooper, did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, explained everything very clearly, and got right to it — excellent work and very professional. I’m super pleased with the outcome and would certainly use this business again in the future.

Ron was professional, competent and on time. He did excellent work on several projects which included: Replaced chimney surround and chimney cap, replaced motion sensor light on the garage and fixed a stubborn leaky kitchen faucet. I highly recommend him for home repairs.

I called ACE for gutter repair and installation of a downspout on a commercial building and I am happy I did. Cooper was the handyman who was assigned to my project. He was timely, diligent and competent. I very happy with his workmanship and would retain him/ACE again should the need arise.

Ace installed a dishwasher into a cabinet that previously did not have a dishwasher. The attention to detail and the quality of work that Tommy did was absolutely amazing. I could not be happier.!

Tommy was on time. Security door installation went smoothly. Took out upper glass in door and placed screen. Installed through the wall ac unit and removed old broken unit. Noticed box and old ac very dirty so he wrapped it in his tarp and carried it outside. He vacuumed inside of ac box in wall. Grounded and installed new ac unit. Ac unit installation went smoothly also. After work was done he made sure area where ac was installed was clear of any trash or debris and same with security door area. Tommy took old door and broken ac unit and put them in special pick up area where I indicated. Tommy is very professional and courteous. He gave me an estimate of installation time when he came to measure what size door and ac unit I needed and he was right on. He also gave me an estimate of cost per hour after guesstimated time if any problems popped up during either installation. As I said both went smoothly.

Delighted with Tommy's work on our outdoor shed doors! Project was completed in one afternoon with assistance of our dog Harvey who supervised!

Ron was on time, matter of fact he was here a few minutes early. We talked for a couple of minutes. He went straight to work. found out all the problems and we will finish up the job soon. Very knowledgeable of what he’s doing. Communicates very well with homeowner.

Jake from Ace Handyman replaced screening for 4 windows in my house, removing the old and putting new pet screen in its place. The first try left a couple of issues that needed fixing, which he did on the second visit with great results. I am very happy with the service, the responsiveness to my concerns, and with Jake’s professionalism. I am a perfectionist and felt the finished work met my standards. I recommend good communication as always. I will call on Ace Handyman again with no hesitation.

Ron was fantastic, he was able to finish all jobs that I wanted in a good amount of time. Reasonably priced and very friendly service!

ACE Craftsman arrived on time 8:30 a.m. Ron and Cooper were friendly, professional and courteous.

Cleaned up and removal of water damaged boards for a small extra fee. They offered to cut up boards if I wanted to dispose of them in my garbage can but I paid for disposal and removal.

Quite happy overall.

Tommy was a very pleasant and thoughtful craftsman! He was professional and his work was done professionally! No regrets here!

Cooper has amazing attention to detail, works fast and is pleasant to be around. He's a good listener too. (I tend to ramble when I have a captive audience ). I've had him out several times over the past couple years. last year he installed the door and reinstalled shelving in a closet that fell apart after the original contractor is didn't anker them in. They're there for life now. Today he painted my bathroom and cleaned the basement. I had a lot of tools, boxes, exercise equipment and other junk. I suggested he just try to make the mess look more organized. He actually cleaned, vacuumed, set the exercise equipment, and my toys , without being asked! Yes I'll be hiring him again

Copper like always does amazing work. Showed up on time. He walked me through the process. He made sure to tell me the cost before proceeding. He told me what he can and cannot do (he knew his limitations). I was thoroughly impressed and will be using him again for my Honey Do list.

Cooper was excellent on our staircase job. He was professional, courteous, fast but precise. We have had Ace Handyman do many jobs for us and all have been good but he really stood out

Installed new entry doors and storm doors at front and side door. Replaced 2 outside lights. Cooper and Tommy did an excellent job. They got the job done despite my purchase of wrong size for side door. They were able to advise me on correct size to purchase and get it same day to complete the job. Their work is always excellent! They’ll be back to complete a few more things for sure.
