Our house was demolished after a bad storm in August 2023. We cannot even believe how much of our items came back in wonderful condition. We are very happy and highly recommend this company.

On-site was amazing and was very professional with the care of all of our items and took care to do so as we had a lot of glass wares and other fragile items. Martha. Veronica, Jose and Remi were courteous and so very nice. Onsite has done a great job so far. We love Miguel and his team!!! While we were dealing with such a devastating loss and surreal event, Miguel and his team handled all of our possessions with care and respect. Miguel’s communication was excellent with us and with his team as well. I cannot express how comforting it was to trust Miguel and his team with all of the salvageable items in our home. Also, I didn’t feel like I had to oversee anything they did. I also love how Miguel made sure his team had the appropriate PPE on and made sure their safety was top of mind. We just received some emergency items that we really needed and everything returned was packed with care. Thanks to Remi, Miguel, and his team for everything you’ve done thus far <3!

Marco, Angelo and crew did a fantastic job getting my basement cleaned up after a drain line back-up that flooded my basement. They were very professional, polite and neat. Marco continuously check in with me to make sure the job was going to my satisfaction. Angelo the crew supervisor always explained the steps of the process to me. They laid down tarps and plastic to protect flooring and carpet when bringing equipment. I'm very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone. We had a small flood in our basement. I was not home at the time as i work overseas.
Their packing was so ramdom and wasteful, i.e. taking 2 small items from a big box, not to mention the extreme amount of "packing" paper. Its been a few months and im home now unboxing.
Sadly, there is some damaged items, and some large items are actually missing (not sure how that happens)
I also understand the crew didnt even speak english.
Not happy at all. Wouldnt recommend to an enemy

I am just thrilled with the work this company did! Rafael went above and beyond in making the repairs in my apartment. Such a nice man! He was professional, efficient and pleasant during the entire restoration project. He managed to get everything done quickly and when he left, you would have never even known he was here. I was referred to Onsite Restoration by Lenox Plumbing after my basement flooded and black mold rapidly spread all over. Kneco was the rep that took on my project and I can't recommend him enough. His professionalism is top tier and his crew was great to work with. He completed the initial inspection, provided me an estimate of work to be completed and stuck to those numbers without trying to upsell me or hit me with hidden costs along the way. Kneco responded to texts and emails very promptly, his ability communicate and lead his crew through 4 days of restoration/mold remediation while being on/off site was impressive. I highly recommend this company, especially Kneco!

Justin and the other two men on his crew showed up today to deliver nearly 200 boxes of items. These have been held in storage by On-Site for approx. three years following a massive basement flood following a severe storm. I received timely texts and phone calls from Justin advising of his arrival status. Once here he and his crew worked swiftly and carefully, carrying all the boxes to our newly renovated basement. The floors upstairs and down were very carefully covered, and the new stair railing and posts were wrapped with moving blankets to protect them from damage. Could not have been more pleased with how well this went and the great care they took. Should add that Shannon Lambert in the On-Site office has also been great to work with.....very pleasant, professional and attentive.

The crew that we had in our home were outstanding, they were all respectful of our home, our belongings, and us as home owners I would recommend them to anyone needing any sort of cleaning/storage services!

The restoration process is not fun, this was my first time and Amanda and her team are fantastic. I reached out to her several times after hours and she took the call and provided elite client service. They knew exactly where everything was.

I called once the construction was complete and they came out and put everything back where it was originally.

Carlos and Marco took care of mom and dad when there kitchen faucet began leaking and determined no damage. They did dry the area with a fan, checked for moisture with special meter on the floor. They are the best, highly recommended.

Carlos and his team are absolute rockstars and fantastic to work with from start to finish. We had a sewage backup over Easter weekend and would never choose another team for this type of service. Extremely fast cleanup, thoroughly done, and every team member was courteous, professional, and overall a great bunch of guys. Made a "crappy" circumstance a touch enjoyable. On-site came highly recommended by a family friend who works in the restoration industry. My basement flooded a couple months ago and it’s been a slow process restoring it. I had to have the bottom section of 1,000 square foot of drywall replaced, mudded and sanded. After the drywall was sanded, my entire 1,500 square foot basement and the contents had drywall dust on it; it was also in the air. It was too much for me to effectively & thoroughly clean by myself, though I tried. I’m a severe asthmatic and even though I had plastic covering the open doorway to the basement, and closed/covered all of the basement air vents, drywall dust was still getting upstairs and exacerbating my asthma, especially when I had to go downstairs for something. I contacted On-site to have them clean my basement to remove the drywall dust. Vann, the Project Manager, was excellent to work with! He was very kind and caring, explained the entire post-construction cleaning process to me, and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The crew – Clarissa, Eric, Jorge and Ralph – were absolutely wonderful! They were extremely nice, very hard workers, they explained what they were going to do and then at the end explained all that they did, and they were very respectful & careful with my belongings. They did a great job cleaning and removing the drywall dust from my basement! Thank you!

Becca and her crew did an amazing job. They were very prompt and were very irganized. They got things done in a very reasonable timely manner.

The plumber I contacted recommended On-Site and gave me a direct number to call as the restoration company I originally called wasn't available until midafternoon. I spoke with Carlos directly and they were at my home within 40 minutes. All the workers were wonderful. They contained the area, removed the damage and cleaned up. They were very patient with my endless questions and anxiety. I am very happy with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Clarissa, Martha, and Miguel, along with the rest of their team were PHENOMENAL. Honestly, I was dreading inventorying our house beforehand. But this team was so amazing. Great communication throughout the whole process, and really took the time and energy to find things that were important to us. We had a water pipe burst on our kitchen that flooded alot of the main floor and much of the basement of our house. On Site was chosen to do all of the furniture removal, and put back. Work was all done professionally and we were always kept in the loop as to what was going on. Project manager was always available to answer questions. We would definitely recommend this company for "disasters" such as this.

On-Site has been great! Vann came to my home, and talked me through the process. He has been extremely helpful in following up with insurance and responding to all of my questions. Today the team came to pack out. They showed up ON TIME (actually a few minutes early), and worked tirelessly until the job was complete. When all other companies were too busy to even answer the phone, Tim and his crew came out to help this single mother, whose basement flooded three times in one week!!! Nick, Ralph, Miguel and Daniel, along with Tim went above and beyond to help make sure my basement was dry and no mold would develop, as I have a daughter who is highly allergic to mold. They came back multiple times over several days to check on things and bring extra equipment. I cannot recommend this team enough!!! I can't say enough, about my positive experience with On-Site. The main water pipe leading into my home burst, after 5:00 p.m. on a weekday. It took me several hours to find a 24 hr. plumbing service, that finally finished at 2:00 a.m. The plumber suggested that I leave an urgent message for Marco from On-Site.

Marco arrived as early as possible, the next day, to assess the extensive water damage, and to start working with his Lead Emmanuel, and Technician Kenco. Marco was in touch with me every day, and was an invaluable liaison between my insurance provider and myself.

I would not hesitate to contact Marco, and the On-Site team, should I need any emergency services in the future.
I also wanted to thank Shannon, and Jacob's
Team including Germaine and Miguel for all there help today.
