Oak Roofing is fantastic company. We could not be happier. They protect our plants and patio, tear off old roof and install new one. Everything was done by 4,5 hours. After that they cleaned up everything. Great communication with the owner. Crew-chief John answered all questions we had during the job. We highly recommend Oak Roofing.

The guys showed up around 12:30 and left around 1600 job complete! They did an excellent job and installed my bathroom exhaust vent because my bath exhaust fan was not vented properly. Anyone needing a roof, I highly recommend giving Oak Roof a call!

I had 5 estimates done on my roof. Oak was the cheapest by a few hundred dollars. But I noticed in the fine print " not responsible for damages they may result to customers property" I thought that was peculiar, so I called and asked if what I was reading was correct. And I was told I was reading it correctly. So I threw out a hypothetical situation. If a workers nail gun should slide off the roof and take out my $5000.00 air conditioner then that expense is my problem? I was told "Yes". and was told I would have to trust them. I told him " trust is a really big word and a word that he don't seem to understand". I then expressed I have concerns about that and will have to pass. Then he had the audacity to call me a couple days later to want to schedule the job. I told him we were done here and don't call me again. Beware of this schiester. Oak roofing was by far the best price. Excellent communication, service and work. The roof was done in half a day and the crew is fantastic. Extra points for clean up shows their high level of customer care.

Kept me posted regarding the schedule, which only moved one day due to inclement weather the week before. Oak Roofing said it would only take one day for the large roof (5200 sq.ft.) and gutter screens to be installed and they were still cleaning up at dusk. The cleanup was thorough and the dumpster driver picked up the dumpster the next morning and picked up any nails that were under the dumpster. Overall, a very good installation and a very attractive roof. Great job at a very reasonable cost!

I did my due diligence on contacting roofing companies. Oak Roofing was the most affordable local company. They were able to finish my house and garage in a single day. They were very professional, and the quality of my roof is top notch.

We hired Oak Roofing to replace our roof on our home and shed on April 9, 2024 and let me tell you- Oak Roofing is a FANTASTIC company! We could not be happier!
John-Claude and his brother Mike were great to work with, especially because we're first time home owners and had no idea where to begin when we decided to replace our roof. They worked around our work schedules, which made this process completely convenient and stress-free. They were thorough when explaining the process and patient with all of our questions and concerns, and we had A LOT over multiple phone calls.
We had a total of 5 quotes from other companies, but felt Oak Roofing was the most honest and up-front with their proposal, product offered and overall process from start to finish.
The shingles and dumpster were promptly delivered the day before and both crews were conscious of our home and property. We scheduled an afternoon installation so we could be home and the roofing team of about 12 guys arrived on schedule at 1:00pm. The project manager explained everything, let me know how long the installation would take and was overall pleasant and friendly.
The installation from start to finish took less than 4 hours and when they were done the project manager knocked on my door again to let me know they were done and to come take a look at their work. When I say NOT ONE THING was out of place, I mean it. They put everything back as best they could, including our grills in the back yard, our flags in the front and our pathway lights. They ran at least two magnet carts through my yard multiple times to make sure no nails were left behind and we have yet to find one. These guys are A++. If you choose Oak Roofing you WILL NOT be disappointed.

Honesty and good communication are hard to come by nowadays. But Oak Roofing proved otherwise. I have a roof leak and was thinking of replacing the entire thing. I had numerous other companies come and try to sell me on a new roof. Oak Roofing was the only company to say, you can replace your entire roof, but they said just fix the bad area, and the rest of my roof looked in good shape. That speaks volumes in itself. I was referred to Oak by my mother in the law, who also enjoyed working with the company. On top of their excellent customer service, their pricing was super competitive as well. I would highly recommend Oak Roofing to anyone!

Our scheduled job was delayed once due to weather, but Mike kept us informed. The crew arrived on time, covered our shrubbery and got right to work. Crew-chief, John, stayed on-site, and answered some questions I had during the job. All of the crew seemed well-trained, worked steadily and completed work in five hours. We definitely would use Oak Roofing again and recommend it to friends and neighbors.

I called oak roofing after having a couple estimates come in. I spoke with the owner and he was very professional and quick to respond. He answered all my questions even after the estimate.

I chose oak roofing and glad I did. The quality of the work done and the speed at which his crew works is amazing. They kept in contact to let me know about rain delays which I expected since it did rain earlier in the week.

On the day prior to install the crew dropped the supplies. On the day of install, the crew arrived at 7 to drop off items and returned later in the day. His crew was fast, and the foreman was polite in explaining every step. The roof has a 50 year warranty.

After the install the crew did a walk of my property as well as my neighbor property. They cleaned the whole area better than what it was. The roof looks amazing. I could not be more happier.

If your looking for a new roof, I'll definitely recommend Oak Roofing. You get what you pay for. Oak was not the cheapest, but I wanted quality and great service. I was quoted between 7k and 15k for my roof. They came in at 8k. They are great people and a great business.

I heard about Oak Roofing from a personal reference in my neighborhood, and I am very happy to have selected them to do my roof. Nobody really WANTS to buy a new roof, and I especially don't want to have a pushy salesperson tell my why I need to spend way more money to go with them. I had some really high quotes and pushy salespeople with other companies, but Oak Roofing made me feel very comfortable that they let their work speak for itself though reviews and word of mouth, and I'm just going to be getting a quality roof with quality materials for a great price, and with nothing due up front. John-Claude took the most time of any of my options to really get good measurements and perform a thorough inspection of my roof. He was the only one to point out that I had an electrical wire running through my roof to a flood light, and let me know that I needed to do something about it before they do the install. I don't think any of the other guys noticed!

Furthermore, don't get too worried if they don't get started first thing in the morning. I got a call the morning of my roofing job that the crew had a small job somewhere else that they needed to do first and that the crew would be over later in the morning. He said they would still finish everything in one day like he'd told me when he gave the estimate. I thought to myself, "no way they're going to finish all in a day now that they're not starting until later." I had just watched my neighbor's house take 2 days to be done by a different company the week prior. Sure enough, they had the whole thing stripped and re-shingled, and totally cleaned up by 6:30pm!

Great Company to work with to get a shingle replacement. Prompt response, handled the warranty from manufacturer, and was on the schedule in less than two weeks. Estimate and contract was easy to read and understand. The roofing crew was courteous on day of arrival, and I loved that the foreman brought his dog to hang-out while they worked.

Buyer beware: Oak does not do attic work, only shingle replacement and minor ventilation modifications. Only con I would point out is they did not do the best job cleaning up nails around the house and driveway. I continued to find clumps of old nails in gutters, bushes, and driveway weeks after the replacement. Don't want nails in your car tires!

They did a great job, the crew was quick and professional and insure the area was clean after the job. The roof looks great and had many comments on. The price was great also. I would recommend them if you are looking to replace your roof.

If you don't want to read all of this, I do recommend Oak Roofing. Oak Roofing was one of the companies I contacted a few years ago for a roof replacement estimate. They were in the middle of other estimates I’ve received and I delayed getting a roof replacement until this year. I contacted them again for an updated estimate using their online form on their site and received an email the next day from one of the owners, John-Claude. Him and his brother, Mike run the company. After a few questions, I decided to go with them; they were able to schedule the replacement a few days after signing the contract because they leave their weekends open in case weather delays a roof replacement and fortunately, the weekend my roof was replaced, the weather was fine for the majority of the day.

On the day of the replacement, the crew and supervisor, John, arrived around 9 AM and got to work quickly. I hung out with them the entire time they were here and also helped out since I was there and wanted to be productive. The crew and John were all very chill individuals and I’m glad I had the chance to meet them all and get to know a little bit about them. They were done around 4 PM and cleaned up very well at the end of the day. My neighbor who had some debris in their yard was also pleased with the cleanup. There are a few individuals that go around with magnetic sweepers to ensure the majority of nails were picked up – there will always be some leftover no matter how thorough the crew is. I kept some of the leftover material (shingles) just for my personal usage and from what I heard from John, they typically leave a bundle of shingles if the homeowner wants them.

I went on the roof the next day to get a better look after everything was completed and overall, they did a pretty decent install. One of the owners came the next weekday for payment and that also went smoothly. Paid using a credit card and had the invoice in hand. After completion, I requested a permit to get an inspection. In Warren, they only inspect when it’s 100% completed – Paul Lize, the chief building inspector came out a couple weeks after, who was also a very chill and pleasant individual, he noticed issues with the ventilation and told me to contact Oak Roofing again for a fix. I emailed John-Claude and received a reply the same day and assured me they’ll fix whatever is needed. He initially told me he’d come out the following week, but ended up coming the next day with his brother to fix it. They kept to their word and completed what needed to be fixed. Paul Lize told me he was also surprised by their actions because it’s unfortunately getting uncommon for companies to hold themselves accountable and fix any mistakes after the job is completed and paid for.

In summary – I’m glad I ended up going with Oak Roofing. With the ventilation fix, that assured me that they will still take care of you after they’ve replaced your roof and won’t leave you hanging. What surprised me most was that both the owners (John-Claude and Mike) were the ones that came out to fix it and not their crew. If anyone has any questions about this, feel free to message me.

-10 year workmanship warranty – they also give a 50 year GAF manufacturer warranty, but you should pay attention to workmanship warranties since it’s very rare/unlikely the material fails

We had a very good experience with Oak Roofing. My sister had used them a few years back and highly recommended them. Very professional and timely. Cleaned up well and the lead project manager John was meticulous and ensured a professional job. Our roof was steeply pitched in a few areas so it was a bit challenging in those areas but looks great. Gutters were unharmed and skylights went in without issue. The price was competitive...not the cheapest but I didn't have a good feeling about the company who provided the cheapest quote so I'm glad I went with my gut instinct. The owners John Claude and Mike were professional and responsive and provided an extensive list of other jobs they had done. Plus their online reviews were great. Am very happy I chose them.

April is the 2nd time I hired Oak roofing as my contractor. 1st job was 39 square removal and replace. 20 workers showed up at 8am and by 5pm the dumpster was being picked up and looked back to normal. All debris were picked up.! Very professional. I just had them to do 24 square remove and replace on my Mother’s house. 13 workers were there at 8 am and were done by 1 pm.
Every thing was back to normal . I highly recommend Oak Roofing.

Had a good experience with Oak Roofing replacing my roof. The price was reasonable (in the middle of 3 quotes). The quality of the material and workmanship looks good. Excellent roof job! We had our roof done in 2021 by Oak Roofing. Not only is the roof installed properly ( we had some mold in attic and attic vents out of place), the work was done professionally, in half a day, with no after-work debris, cost much less than other estimates, and the roofing material has a lifetime warranty. Jean-Claude is very professional, honest and competent, and so are his crew members. Our next-door neighbor also had him do their roof. Great company!
