Anytime Restoration Services was a great company to deal with for our loss. Arnie Gilbert was our Project Manager. I have to say he was phenomenal! He kept us abreast of everything and communicated with us always. He paid attention to every detail. We are extremely happy! Thank you Anytime and Arnie! We would recommend your company to anyone in need of any remodeling or restoration services. Thank you!!

They were referred by insurance when my roof had a tree fall on it and out a whole in. I owed $1000.94 to them as my insurance took care of the rest. I paid them 7/9/24 $500 deposit as they requested. They came and did the work sub par. I asked the main guy and been showed him the part they missed. They never fixed it. Then I paid them the $500.94 remained check which they lost and I had to re write another one which I sent on 12/1/24. They deposited the first check on 7/15/24 and the second one 12/18/24. I have both checks shown deposited from my bank showing their business stamp of Gerald l sho an sho place inc bad anytime restor. They have called me and harassed me over and over saying they didn’t get paid the last 500.94. I even emailed their lady Lisa with the screenshots of these checks showing their business stamp and she never got back to me on that. Horrible business people.

After roof damage from ice dams, plus damage to our ceiling from the event, our home owners insurance directed us to Anytime Restoration. While the process using insurance was quite the struggle, the work Anytime Restoration did is beautiful! Their employees were respectful, kind, and helpful and I’m so glad we had these guys to fix up our damage! Nick and Rob were especially wonderful and I’d invite them back any day of the week. Andrea probably received 50 phone calls from me over this process and she is SWEET as can be. The boss man of the crew, Arnie, was prompt with responses and making sure we got what we needed, down to making sure the debris from the takedown was taken care of asap. Thanks for all your hard work guys! We went from a drop ceiling grid from the 80’s to a beautiful drywall ceiling! Before and after is amazing!

Anytime Restoration is the LAST company you should ever call to do work for you. We were lied to from day one. Jordan, the adjuster they sent out, lied to us from the very first word. He said that they would cover the deductible. He even had a face time conversation with Robert, who is Jewell's son who is also a insurance adjuster, and Jordan told him that he make sure it was taken care of. When I went to the office to sign the papers for them to start the work, the first thing they ask for was the $1000.00 deductible. When I told them that Jordan had told us that they would cover, he lied to his boss right in front of me, saying that he had never said anything of the kind. I called Robert and had him talk to Jordan and Jordan told him he never said anything about covering our deductible. When they started the work, they had to remove the kitchen flooring as the refrigerator water line broke and the water went through the floor to the basement. Everything in the basement the drop ceiling, wood paneling, and tile all had to be removed. They told us that the tile was asbestos and they had to bring a special team to do the abatement. Telling us that that cost would be $8000.00. The so called special team consisted of 3 of their employees. They did not have any special equipment or clothes when they arrived and just use hammers, scrappers, and black plastic bags. We had to have the drain pipe replaced from the laundry room to the main dry. That was done by an outside contractor. The outside contractor was done for 5 weeks before we had to call and find out when Anytime Restoration was going to come in and start the rebuild. They finally started to rebuild, then told us they needed more money. They were suppose to replace all the flooring, Paneling, and drop ceiling. We chose to go with dry wall as it was less money than the new paneling would have cost. They came back and told us they needed more money again. We were told it would cost $3000.00 to have the 2 rooms sand a half bath painted. We had decided that we would do vinyl planks instead of the tile the were going to put done. We decided that we would paint the rooms ourselves and we were told that the savings from us painting the rooms would cover the extra cost of the flooring completely. That is when George, the person in charge of the rebuild, told us that they were not going to be able to do the flooring in the laundry room or the furnace room because there supposedly not enough money to do them. The next thing we were told was that they were not going to put the drop ceiling back in the laundry room. That is where the water came through to the basement. When the rebuild finally started, They brought another contractor to do the drywall. It took almost 3 weeks before he came and we found out it was a friend of his that he hired to do the work. They do not have anyone that does the work on their staff. When we started painting, I had to sand numerous places just to get the seams smooth enough to paint. After the paining was finished they sent another contractor to put the flooring down. Again, another poor job. He got glue on the walls that I had just painted and I had to tell him about it on the phone along with some of the planks that were not sticking to the floor along with the ones that were damaged from him moving the furniture back where the were. Now to the next stage. George sent the guy that put the drywall up to in stall the toilet that they took out and threw away and we didn't find that out about until the rebuild started bathroom sink. The toilet turned out fine but the sink was put against the wall that wasn't square and it left a huge gap in the front left side between the wall and the sink. I finally contacted George and sent him pictures of the sink and ask him if he would want that in his own home. He sent the guy back to place the sink far enough off the wall to make it look better. They set a date to bring everything back that was in storage and when they arrived with close to 100 boxes, they wanted to unpack everything right then. We needed t

Very unprofessional job. They quoted one price and then didn’t even properly dry the basement. Months after the service I get an invoice for much higher than what I paid and not what was agreed upon. I call Mike and he says he would stop by the house to discuss the bill. Never shows up and months later the company puts a lien on my house. All because they want to charge more than twice as much as what we agreed on for a service that was half-assed. They put fans in the basement to dry overflow of the sump pump. Mike said he would do it in such a way where we would save the carpet. That was a lie. I had to rip out the carpet and the floorboards and treat for mold. DO NOT USE THEM and if you do, get EVERYTHING IN WRITING.

Arnie and Anytime were great to work with. They were very communicative, responsive and got my job done quickly with a quality team who was also very nice to work with. Highly recommend

I bet you never seen a 50 something year old woman squeal like a teenager. That’s tight I am jumping around my newly renovated kitchen along with my bathroom that looks like a showing on HGTV. I wasn’t sure if anyone can make my Mother’s 80 year old home look like a newly built but Anytime Resolution did the job and if I need assisting I know who to call.

Jim and his team did a great job doing new siding for our house (attention to detail is incredible, all windows/doors/light fixtures are trimmed perfectly). Additionally they also fixed a leak in our roof and re-did interior repairs that were previously done poorly by a different restoration company. The attention to detail and communication were great and everything was done in a timely manner.

The clean up crew, did a good job and were very quick to get the water damage out. For people like me who have never delt with water damage. You need to brace yourself, because clean up isn't cheap if you want it done right. Be sure to get an estimate before so you don't end up shocked by the price.

Called due to a fire in our garage. Our insurance company needed more than one quote to compare pricing to ensure nothing was inflated. This company would not come out and give a quote without an authorization to do the work. Leaving us in a situation if the insurance wouldn’t approve their quote. Very disappointing!

Arnie Gilbert (project manager) was great to work with. He was very responsive to texts and phone calls. Our job was fairly extensive (roofing, gutters, plumbing drywall, painting, floor refinishing, etc), and he noticed some things that we hadn't thought of.

Considering how many subtractors he had to schedule (while dealing with Thanksgiving, Christmas. New Years, hunting season), he did a wonderful job lining things up. The subcontractors he hires are all people with whom he has a relationship through his decades in the business, so he only lines up those people he knows are reliable and do good work.

I’m very sad to write this as I LOVED THIS COMPANY until I needed to reach them about an issue, after they were done. When I had a flood and they had to move my pool table to re carpet the area.. they never leveled the pool table. I called Brandon in December of 2022 and he stated, no issue, they will follow up and send someone out. Needless to say it’s now December 2023 and no one has been here. I have left exactly 30 or more messages and have received no call back from anymore. The Girls at the office know my voice. I’m so very disappointed as I recommended this company to over 6 family’s. I have an extremely large group of community and I could have built their business! Not anymore! Just really disappointed as any company that can’t respond after promising to fix the issue doesn’t deserve any stars.

Recently dealt with Project Manager Jim Hanna. He lacks professionalism and has a terrible attitude. He tries to bully those whom he's supposed to be offering the company's services to. He's a outright liar and I have the evidence to sustain my claims. The fact that this company knows if this man's reputation and supports his mistreatment of their customers. I will never recommend them for anything to anyone!

From start to finish Anytime was informative and helpful. No one wants to be in a homeowners claim situation but every member of the Anytime team made it less stressful. My project manager Arnie was amazing and his team was thorough and did a beautiful job! I highly recommend Anytime services!

I recently had a home renovation done by Anytime Restoration. Jim was my project manager and was very professional through the entire process. The team repaired my bathroom after I had water damage and they did a fine job in a timely and professional manner. I definitely recommend using their company.

Been dealing with a water restoration issue since JUNE. One Project Manger was on the job and then I got switched to another. The wall sheen was not correct for the the paint, they just did what they thought. The trim on molding was put down before the floor now we need shoe molding. The choices by the flooring contractor were awful. The original tile and carpet affected also included a ceramic tile area which they did not remove. We had to beg them to remove that you could clearly see and smell that it seeped into the areas and needed to be removed. All my belongings are in storage since JUNE. It had been the biggest headache. I wish I'd not listened to Jordan originally who said the project would be complete 30-60 days. He also said we could change wall color, which I later learned is not the case with insurance claims. The knowledge of team members here needs to be more solid across the board.

Arnie and his team did a fantastic job. From communicating the process and what to expect, to checking in on the job, he made sure it got done. Looks like no damage ever happened and his crew were very detail oriented. Thanks again.

Arnie and his crew was very professional, nice, friendly and easy to communicate with from the very beginning. Arnie kept in touch during every aspect of the work which was done. Robert and I highly recommend Anytime Restoration Services and would not hesitate to contact Arnie for any work do on our home.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were recommended by our insurance company to provide a quote for repairs needed after a pipe burst in our house. Julie came out on 4/3 and stated she would have the paperwork ready by 4/10 and would walk us through it before submitting to insurance. On 4/10 I called and she told me 4/14. On 4/17 she told me 4/18 or no later than 4/19. On 4/19 she told me 4/21 we would review. On 4/21 she told me give her the weekend and she would have it on 4/24 and she'd call me, how nice! Well she didn't call so I called her on 4/24 and she told me 4/25. At this point I called the office and they said they'd have her get it done that day or by 4/26 at the latest. I'm sure this is hard to believe at this point but on 4/27 I called and she told me 4/28.. I can't make this up this is how horrible of a company Anytime is. At this point I was irate and voiced my disappoint in Julie and how she's handled this situation and less than 60 seconds after throwing out the 4/28 date she backed tracked and said she just said that to make me happy and if she could have yet another weekend and 5/1 she would have it done. After a dozen plus phone calls Julie finally submitted it on 5/2. She didn't review with us before and missed a lot of things that took a month of back and forth with our insurance company on.

Now on to my next issue with this company, as if above wasn't enough to make sure anyone looking to use this company doesn't. These issues I call out seem to be systemic and it all starts at the top with the owner Brandon. I called the office and requested to speak to Brandon on Friday 4/27 and proceeded to call once a day the following week for a total of 6 calls. Every call was between 9am-12pm. On all 6 occasions Brandon was either already gone for the day or not yet in. Before I posted this review I wanted to give him the chance to speak on why our write up was going on 4 weeks when we were told initially it would take less than a week.

I highly recommend finding a more ethical company that is honest and will be available to answer your calls in a timely manner as this company will not.

Working with Anytime Restoration will forever be engrained in my brain as one of the WORST experiences I have ever had working with a company. We were dealing with a water damage claim and needed to get an additional estimate on the damage. Anytime sent out an estimator, Julie. Julie came to our house on a Monday, and gave us details about how she ensures she has been doing this forever and is very experienced in providing estimates. She also aligned with us after her estimate saying she agreed it was roughly ~$60k and was aligned to other estimates we had received. On the Monday she came to our house she said she would have the estimate completed by Friday for us. Friday came and went and there was no estimate. Upon reaching out on Monday a week later, Julie rambled about how she was sick over the weekend and so busy and swamped with too many cases. She then said she would complete it by the end of that week. We were understanding and said okay it happens…Another week comes and goes… the same story….very busy…lots of cases….any other excuse you can think of…Julie threw it out there. A month goes by and every week we talk to Julie and get told we will get the quote in 24 hours and never do. The next time we talk to her its amnesia as if the past four weeks of the same excuses never happened. After five weeks of waiting and not receiving our estimate (this has also put us at holding point in being able to move forward with insurance on our damaged home), we finally decided to escalate the situation and call the Anytime office and ask to speak to a manager to see if we could get an update on our estimate as we were not getting it. Every week Julie would tell us she had too many cases on her plate, so we wanted to talk to the manager to see if someone else could take this off her plate as she was soooo busy and understaffed (as a paying customer, not my problem). After talking to the receptionist, Ciara she told us the manager Brandon, would return our call and address our concerns that day. Brandon never called us back or returned any messages. Every day he was "gone for the day", even at 9am he would already choose to "head out". Very convenient! Still have not heard back from Brandon to this day to discuss the terrible operations of this company. After telling the receptionist we would make sure to write a proper review after our experience with Anytime, Julie calls us immediately saying she will have the quote wrapped up by the next morning. Julie called the next day with the estimate and when we asked where the final number came in at she laughed and said "haha I want you to be surprised". The estimate came in $40k lower than she had been telling us it would be at for the past six weeks. Safe to confirm that she made adjustments to lower it after calling the office and asking to speak to her manager. She also said we would be able to view the quote before it was provided to insurance and she did not do that. This company operates on terrible morals and ethics. Overall, there are not enough terrible words to describe our experience working with this company. Brandon is also a poor leader who does not have dignity and respect to call his concerned customers back. If you are ever forced to encounter this company, I would run away as fast as you can. It was one of the most AWFUL experiences I have had with a company.

Also, after reviewing other reviews before posting this… I see Anytime will respond back to any negative reviews saying "they don’t see you as a customer in their system" to try to discredit the bad review. I ensure you, I am a customer.

I cannot recommend Anytime enough! George, our project manager, was amazing to work with. He was very communicative and responsive. He walked us through every step. Every single Anytime employee was kind and so helpful! They even loved on our very energetic pup. Anytime handled everything, from insurance to mitigation to repairs. Although our flood was unfortunate, Anytime made the entire process so much easier!

Anytime is awesome the way they finished work in time ...coordinating with insurance and the all teams owsome. Arnie was my PM and he remodeled whole thing coordinating with different teams ..Thank you. For all your help and support

Arnie and his crew did an excellent job of restoring the insulation, drywall and painting in our garage. The repairs made the garage interior look new again. Cleanup afterwards was excellent too. The whole job was done in 2 days! Quick and ahead of the promised date. Thank you.

This review is less of a critique of the Anytime Restoration Company but more of a salute and recognition to our outstanding project manager Arnold Gilbert (Arnie). It is difficult to separate the hard work and professional service he provided while simultaneously depicting an honest review of the substandard services provided by Anytime Restoration. The two are antithetical. Which leaves me with the bittersweet option of providing a favorable rating with a somewhat contradictory review.

On one hand I am aware that the 5 star rating I've posted here will ultimately benefit the company and perhaps do a great disservice for someone looking for an earnest review of the company.

On the other hand, however, any rating lower than 5 stars would not sit well with me considering my project manager (Arnie) deserves all the credit for his work rendered. So I chose to give the 5 star hoping at least he will be recognized for salvaging the somewhat disappointing performance provided by Anytime Restoration.

If not for his honesty and commitment to improving our experience I would have canceled the contract with this company through my insurance.

The failure started with Jordan Fields, a supervisor who met with my wife after we had massive water damage to our basement after a burst watertank/pipe. Jordan initially explained the process but completely misrepresented the quailty of service and standard of work this company was to provide. (At least when it came to our work order).

From day one the mitigation service failed to complete the work order for the day because they were redirected to a commercial Job in the middle of my project. I think it would be safe to say their supervisor made that decision. The guys did what they were told and informed me they would have to leave halfway through. I didn't think I had a choice so I agreed and they left and didn't return for several days. When they returned it was a different crew who were there for a separate part of the process which was the removal of contents not mitigation. We waited for mitigation but they didn't return.

After weeks of no shows or call backs (I reached out to Jordan constantly but I couldn't get answers to my questions) I eventually called until I reached Zac the content manager and he gave an honest try but it wasn't his department. When I reached out to Bruce another manager, he too tried to provide me with some answers but he didn't have the answers either. This went on for a few weeks. Until Arnie was assigned to us.

Before Arnie took over, I had to take off work throughout this process to make up for the days Anytime Contractors said they were coming when they actually showed up at a different time and date. Which cost me about $300 a day. Although on the scheduled days I had people available to standby it was all of the rearranging and no shows that created the issue of time and money loss.

Now, here we are six months later and the job is over. Whatever wasn't finished or completed we simply have no desire to continue working with Anytime Restoration. I provided a few photos of the work. Unfortunately I don't have any before photos so this is a representation of the final product.

As I mentioned earlier Arnie was the saving grace of this experience and to be even more transparent he didn't come into play until maybe... three months into the job. And once he came I no longer got the run around. He worked with our schedule and communicated with us regularly. He corrected the contractors when they failed to complete a task and he reviewed periodically with us the process so we would understand why some things didn't work out the way we thought. Arnold Gilbert earned this 5 star review, not Anytime Restoration. If not for him they would have received a 2 out of 5.

With that being said thank you Arnie!!!! For all you did and we wish you well.

All in all I had a pleasant experience. Arnie, my contractor, did the best job at restoring and rebuilding my garage and currently it is better than it was before. He was communicative and responsive and given all of the Covid obstacles thrown his way he came through.

We had a broken pipe a few months ago which caused a lot of water damage to our floors and walls and we’re so thankful for our project manager Chad from Anytime Restoration and his team who helped restore our basement. We had new walls, floors and ceilings put in and the results are astonishing! Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

After a second floor bathroom flood, we needed water remediation and a rebuild of our bathroom and our kitchen. Jordan and the water and mold remediation guys were on it instantaneously! Walked us through the problem and solution. Arnie took over for the repairs. His kind demeanor and his excellent relationships with his subcontractors made the job run smoothly. Amid these times where parts and labor are hard to come by, we are thrilled with the results. Thank you!

Arnie got the job done no matter how big his work load was if it was anything I needed he was on it. Tree limb caused garage & roof damage...and Arnie's crews up to the task...tarping the garage to prevent further damage until all the repairs were completed. They work well with the insurance company. Would use them again!

My bathroom pipes burst and flooded the space. Arnie's team removed everything down to the crawl and built a whole new bathroom. I am very pleased with the team and the company. Arnie was easy to communicate with and the tradesmen did a great job with my finishes. I would definitely recommend them and will contact them again with future issues.

Absolutely incredible experience. We had a tree come down in our backyard that took out our gutter and a portion of our fence. Charlie was fantastic throughout the entire process. My experience with Anytime Restoration was excellent. Arnie came out and walked me the through the process of my claims restoration. Contractors were on time and did a great job in completing the job. I reccomend their service for any remodel or home repair.

The mitigation team was out to get us taken care within an hour of our call. And John did such an amazing job on our restoration. I thought their team did a good job. My only complaint was the time between mitigation and rebuild. However the work itself was done well and the team of people were all helpful and responsive.

My finished basement was damaged due to a sump pump failure and Anytime Restoration Services in Warren, MI did an outstanding job!! Jordan's mitigation team responded immediately and the clean-up was very quick!

Arnie and Bruce coordinated the project and they remained in contact with us to keep us in the loop. They also responded promptly to my claims adjuster to avoid unnecessary delays.

The drywall was replaced and walls were painted in 2-3 days. Gary did an excellent job on the baseboards! Gary also showed up early and stayed as late as he could to ensure the job was completed. His work ethic is superb! I can't recall who did the drywall and painting but it might've been Gary because that's how great he was! :)

Simon and his team completed the flooring and it is absolutely beautiful!! Alberto and his wife made a dynamic duo!

Our kitchen and bathroom were torn up to repair a plumbing pipe under the slab. The remediation company we had hired left quite a mess. We had used Anytime Restoration Services earlier in the year to repair our house, and since they had done such a great job that time, we called them again. Bruce was at our home within days of our call to assess the damage and write up the insurance quote. He did a stand-up job of communicating with the claim agent.

Once the quote was approved, Arnie came on as our project manager. He lined up vendors to handle the kitchen cabinets, countertop, flooring and walls reconstruction. He made sure everything matched our original style and colors. The project took a while due to product inventory delays, but Arnie kept in touch and worked hard to keep things moving as much as possible. He was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend him and Anytime to our friends and family.

Arnie and John managed our basement, drywall and trim job and brought materials to our house, and John even went the extra mile to make sure our stain matched perfectly!

Got a crew right out to our church. Dried up our fellowship hall and removed the rubber baseboard covering to avoid any mold buildup. Once storm season was over we had them back to restore the moldings and touch up the paint. Crews did a great job. Jim Hanna was easy to work with and went above and beyond, including a rest room that had been overlooked.

Charlie took over flooring job and we got our floors ordered and as soon as our wood floors were in within a few days they came in and he a beautiful job on floors. No mess, they cleaned up very well his team worked well together and did a magnificent job. I will definitely use again, if needed that is.....
