New Heights roofing did very good work. Our roof is guaranteed to last 50 years. They workers cleaned up after themselves every day.

We are totally impressed with new heights roofing. James, on short notice, provided great service in our efforts to buy a new house. His guidance was detailed and affordable and helped us complete the secondary inspections we needed so desperately to close on our new house purchase. I am looking forward to working with them in the future.

Our metal roof is 30+ years old. In a wind storm part of it had lifted. We had it repaired, or so we thought, and it lifted again in the same place. New Heights Roofing came out and we could immediately tell they knew what they were doing and we wouldn't have this problem again. Thanks!

As his company suggests I am waiting on my comparison quotes before making my final decision. If all things are equal, Brandon gets the job.

New Heights Roofing is the best. Kaden did the initial inspection, which was extremely thorough. He pointed out our roof was getting a little long in the tooth and that we might get another two or perhaps three years out of it. I opted to get it done now, and I'm glad I did. The workmanship was excellent, and the crew got it all done in one day! Plus the follow up after the job was done was superb, with great attention to detail and the post roof inspection made sure that everything was as it should be. We got a full set of before and after pictures, which was very helpful. Getting a new roof is a significant investment these days, and it I feel it is important to protect ones resources. New Heights offers the very best bang for the buck that I found. If you are contemplating a new roof, please give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

What a refreshing experience! We contacted New Heights Roofing for a roof inspection in conjunction with a real estate transaction. They were immediately on it and sent James out the next day! Wow! James was very pleasant and knowledgeable about everything roof! He's the employee every company wants. He listened to our concerns and provided excellent feedback. The guys were very friendly and did a good job but there were some hiccups. The project was under bid for materials which caused a delay and added to my initial bid $; the company sent the wrong colored shingles which caused a delay; and the added materials for 4 pieces of plywood were $400.00 dollars. I would advise to buy the wood yourself at Lowe's or Home Depot, it would have been cheaper than ABC their supplier. Just to be clear they did a good job and some things happened that were out of their control (company sent wrong colored shingles). There is a lifetime guarantee on workmanship, and the foreman comes by at the end of the day to inspect the project for final approval of the work completed.

I recently had my entire roof replaced after a fire. New Heights replaced my entire roof, including frame work. They were on the job within a week of sighing the contract and completed the entire job within 4 days, including clean up

New Heights Roofing removed an old metal roof with an open “Ridge cap” on my barn and replaced with Shingles. So Much Better !! No more dirt, Pine needles or snow inside !!!

Alex and Dakota at New Heights did a fantastic job on very short notice in repairing our roof. While other roofers were either unavailable or not interested in taking a look at our roofing issue, New Heights came out and looked at our project right away and were able to get the job done before the winter arrived in earnest. They still encountered weather delays due to rain and light snow, but it was minimal and the repairs worked out great. We would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Let's get one thing straight. Reviews are important. When it comes to roofing, as much as as anything roofing companies are at the top of the list. I was steered towards these folks, and I know why. They were very transparent and we needed a roof at a time when roofing is not a prime season to do so. Alex and his crew told us it would be a few weeks before work could start and when they could get us in they would. And they did. They did exactly what was promised. New Heights Roofing had previously re-roofed my home so, when it came time for a new roof over my patio, I selected them for the job based on the efficient and excellent work they had done previously for me. The original patio roof was removed and replaced without incident in between November storms and was successfully completed just in time for our first snow. I highly recommend this fine company. I have a 28 yr old roof in Spokane Valley, WA. No leaks yet but I decided to have an inspection and get a few bids on

My wife and I had purchased our house at the end of July and we knew that a new roof was on the list to get done but on by further inspection by myself there was a lot of concerns for us to go through winter with the roof we had. We had multiple contractors and most of the were a ridiculous price for an 840 sq foot home. Then we had Brandon from New Heights come out and didn’t treat us like a blank check like the rest of companies had. He inspected our roof and gave us a couple different options for a replacement and wasn’t trying to sell us on stuff we didn’t need. From Brandon in sale to Alex the project manager and the installers that went above and beyond for us. We appreciate them and I will be referring them to anyone I know that needs a new roof.

Had Brandon Mills come out to give me an inspection on my roof. He was very polite and professional. He inspected the roof, gave me a rundown on areas to watch for the future. He did not try to sell me anything or pressure me into anything. Very refreshing to find someone who is honest and not looking to sell you something you don’t need. Will watch those areas and when I need them fixed I will definitely call Brandon.
