I can’t say enough great things about how this entire process was handled! I would highly recommend using them if you need a roof! Ben told me the truth, no sales pitch, just honesty. I know that because I had several other bids prior to his. Ben was patient, professional and was timely in all of his follow-up!

We had Andrew come out to give us a quote. Right when he came in he was friendly and knowledgeable on the products. Then he explained exactly what they would do. Then on the day of the install Emanuel met me at the front of the house and explained what they would do. He thought the guys might be there for more than a day. He answered all my questions and gave us updates as the possess went on. The guys worked so hard to complete in one day just had to come back the second day for about an hour to clean up and finish one section. We were so impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof. Great team.

We had Ben from Idaho Roofing Contractors out to inspect our roof this morning. He was very professional and polite. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer any questions that I had. He passed on good news (for us) that our roof was still in good shape. Ben even went as far as to provide a narrated video that he took while inspecting the roof. Top notch.

Polo, Emanuel, Alex, and Will did an amazing job on the roof. They were done so quickly and cleaned up wonderfully. I'm very happy with how the roof turned out. They were super responsive when I reached out initially and the sales guy made us feel very reassured.

We are in the process of selling our home and a home inspector came out and called out things on our roof that were not true. We contacted Idaho Roofing Contractors to come out and provide an inspection as a second opinion and I am so glad we did. Tyler came out and did an awesome job!! Tyler and the team did a fantastic job with replacing my 25-year-old roof. Emmanuel and Polo, in particular, did a great job of removing the old materials, and installing the new roof in less than one day. Tyler's follow-up was timely and very professional, ensuring their finished product met all of my expectations (which it did). Tyler, Alex and Pollo were fantastic! They told us they’d be at our house at 7 AM, and that’s exactly when they showed up. Six hours later, we had a perfect roof and everything was cleaned up to the extent we didn’t even know they were there. I would highly recommend these folks, they do expert work!

We had to replace our entire roof and took bids from 6 different companies. We ended up going with Idaho Roofing Contractors because Ben was timely, professional, thorough in both inspections and explanations, did not upsell or obfuscate at all, was reasonable on price (especially after being willing to negotiate).
It did take a while (over a month) to schedule, but the work team showed up on time (a little early, even), worked hard and fast and got the entire roof of our 1800+ sq ft house done in 1 (long) day. They kept me updated with texts and pics throughout the job, inspected twice, cleaned up thoroughly and quickly, and our roof now looks great!

Had Will Doolittle come out and inspect my roof. I just had a new one put on about 10 years ago but it's always good to double check things. He was awesome he came out took a video got up and inspected my roof and looked at everything and found it was perfect there was nothing wrong with it. Rest assured if there's anything that goes wrong with my roof in the future these will be the guys that I call.

We just had Idaho Roofing Contractor's recently replace our shingled roof. We have had difficulties in the past with our roofing contractors not understanding the roof design. I feel Idaho Roofing Contractors did a superior job. Full inspection process before and during the job and full communication throughout the entire process! Super nice cleanup too- especially because we had two layers of shingles they had to clean off. Our experience with Idaho Roofing Contractors was great. When our house was built it was not vented properly, causing our shingles to deteriorate much faster than normal. Our Sales person Andrew, did a great job of explaining how our roof should be properly vented, allowing the attic to stay cooler and allowing our roof to last longer. We have already noticed how much cooler our upstairs is. Andrew did a great job explaining the different materials and choices for our project. Andrew and his team were efficient and kept their word making sure when they left, that they would do a thorough job of cleaning up. In full disclosure they were not the cheapest, but I believe that they were the best choice for our project. IRC kept great communication with us every step of the way. IRC didn't ask for any money upfront. In fact they didn't ask for a penny until the roof had been inspected by one of the team members making sure the job was complete. It wasn't until 3 days after the job was complete that they came and asked for payment. IRC deserves a five star rating because they do superior work. They completed a 2600 foot house in one day. Their team works extremely hard and efficient. Their communication is superior. They sale a superior product and they back their work and materials. Rarely do you hear someone say that working with a contractor was a great experience, but in our case it was great. In our humble opinion, it was worth paying a little more to get the best. Tyler Cowger from Idaho Roofing Contractors did a complete, detailed roof inspection and showed me with a video of the inspection including moisture measurements of the siding where I had an apparent gutter issue as well as a thorough assessment of the wear and tear of the roof tiles and other roof features. Very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them

Ben and Chris provide me with a detailed and no pressure inspection of my roof. While I have a little more time before I need to replace my roof the information provided helps me plan for future projects. I plan to contact them again in the coming years for future needs.

The Idaho Roofing Contractors crew, especially Tyler, Alex and Polo, were extremely professional and efficient throughout the roof replacement process for our home from the initial quote to final inspection. My wife and I were impressed and appreciative of the time Tyler spent with us doing the initial roof inspection, providing us with options, answering our questions, and providing a quote. We received bids from other contractors. The thoroughness of Tyler’s inspection and explanation of our options was the selling point to us.

In preparation for the roof replacement day, the company set up a text group to keep everyone informed on the progress via text including pictures. Alex kept us informed before and throughout the day of installation with pictures and answered any questions we had.

I was expecting the installation to take two days. Nope. Polo ran an efficient crew. They arrived at 8 am and were done in one day. I cannot remember the specific time they were done but it wasn’t too late. They installed a new roof, ridgeline vents and metal valleys. They cleaned up the property before they left that night. Highly efficient. Great job, Polo and crew!

They came back the following Monday to do what I thought was a final inspection and pick up any missed nails and other debris.

However, that was not the final inspection nor the last scan for nails. Tyler just left after completing an inspection of the roof and did another check for nails with a magnet. Given we love our pup, we greatly appreciate it.

My new roof by Idaho Roofing Contractors turned out fantastic. Will, my initial contact with the company, came over to inspect and assess my needs both climbing onto the roof and inspecting my attic. He then helped me to pick out a beautiful shingle and planned for extra work to prevent future ice dams that have plagued me twice before. On the scheduled day, the crew arrived promptly and got right to work putting down ground tarps to protect my landscaping. Polo and Emanuel kept me updated texting photos of their progress at critical junctures. Right on time. They took care of everything and I was free to go run errands as I saw fit. As hard as they were working, it didn’t surprise me that they managed to finish the same day. What an excellent experience we had with Idaho Roofing Contractors!! They basically completed tear off, and re-roof in a day!! The morning of the 2nd day was mostly for clean-up and they did a great job using magnets to pick up all nails!!

Andrew was great to work with and very good with communication and follow-up. We appreciated his recommendations and the color and product were his recommendation and we're ecstatic with the results and look.

Polo and Alex and the entire roofing team were hard working and if they saw me in the yard, would ask if I had any questions and were very approachable.

One great value added service they provide is that they would send us photos via a text chat group with photographic updates throughout the project. We could ask any question we had via this chat group and they would answer quickly to keep us informed and updated.

Years ago, when we were much younger, we had a bad experience with a roofing company that had left us very leery of the thought of having to deal with a roofing contractor once again. However, Idaho Roofing Contractors have restored our faith in roofing contractors and we highly recommend this company if you too need to replace your roof in the future.

It took us several weeks to vet several roofing companies in the Treasure Valley, Idaho Roofing Contractors stayed in touch with us during that process and CODY would call us periodically to check status without any high-pressure tactics. My name is Ron Glasscock and the house recently reroofed by Idaho Roofing is a Cape Cod style with a steep slope and dormers. They removed the old roof, repaired some bad places and installed the shingles in one day. I was informed at every step through text pictures and the outcome is stunning. I had a roof replacement 10 years ago that was much less work yet cost more per foot than Idaho Roofing charged. The cleanup was as important to them as it was to me, almost zero evidence that anything took place.

Ben was very professional and took pictures of my roof and showed me the areas of concern. I appreciated his detailed explanations. Told me my roof is close to needing replaced, but fixed the leak I was having and didn't charge a thing. If I do end up needing a new roof, I will absolutely go thru him! Thank you Ben!

We had an issue that we believed was coming from a leak in the roof. Called Idaho Roofing Contractors and they were able to schedule us super quickly. Andrew Obermeyer came out and was amazing! Turned out it was a faulty installation on a dryer roof vent (thanks a lot CBH). It was a quick fix and no charge... What??? What a great guy and a great experience. Definitely calling Andrew next time we need anything.

Idaho Roofing Contractors did a great job on our new roof. We worked with Andrew who gave us a clear and fair quote. The roof was replaced very quickly. They came out a second time at my request to do another sweep for nails because we have three small kids running around. They also touched up the paint on all our gutters because it chipped in several places during the takeoff of the old materials. All in all, a good experience and I would recommend!

This is my first experience with a roofing company. My quote was quick and accurate. Will did a great job explaining my options. Josh came out to give me a quote to remove the satalite dish on my roof. He explained the few options I had to repair the holes made by the mount and gave me the information I needed to repair it myself, if I felt so inclined. He offered to inspect the rest of the roof and throughly explained anything I had questions about. He said my roof is in good shape for it's age and while there were a couple of things that could have been done better, there isn't anything that needs immediate attention. Josh was fantastic and I'll be calling Idaho roofing for any of my roofing needs in the future.

I had questions about my roof, especially after a vent cover came off. Ben Thompson from Idaho Roofing Contractors came out, secured the vent, and checked the condition of the roof and other vents. Being less than 4 years old, the roof did not appear to need anything else but an inspection in about three years. At that time, we could see if the some of the plastic vents would need replacement. Ben did a super job, he was professional, and represented his company well. The inspection and securing the vent was without charge! What a company. I will be sure to let my friends and relatively new HOA development know about this company - when it is time for a roof job! Thank you!

5/19/25: After a big windstorm that blew much away, a few shingles came loose. Ben looked at the area and prepared a solution including a great temporary fix that worked until a permanent repair could be accomplished. Everardo did the permanent fix, which looked great from the ground. There was some other repairs to a vent done at the same time. Everything was quickly completed at a fair price! Ben came by the following day to check the work and collect! Thank you to the great team!

Andrew was wonderful to work with. I was under a time constraint since the item that needed repaired was on an inspection on a home I was selling. Andrew was able to come out and assess the issue, and get it scheduled for repair quickly. Polo came out today and made the repair. Polo was courteous, polite, and very customer service oriented. I would recommend Andrew and polo and Idaho roofing for any Roofing needs you may have.

Will came to assess our roof using a camera, explaining what needed to be done for the repair, as well as explaining the age of out roof and things to look for. He also offered possibilities of other services Idaho Roofing could offer.

Chase and his helper did the repair. Chase was very professional, worked hard on our behalf and kept us informed. Chase worked hard, built trust, and did good, quality work.

We were and are grateful for this experience. Idaho Roofing Contractors are an expensive company, but they do good quality work and treat customers well, kept us informed.

Oops ... I wrote this review and never posted it in 2023.

Will came out again today to check a concern I had regarding our roof. He educated us regarding the concern, saying the roof is still in good shape. I appreciate his professionalism and coming promptly after I called with my concern. Idaho Roofing Contractors is a great company to work with and I am grateful !!! Thank you !!!
