We had our roof replaced by Dodd Roofing after meeting with their representative Casey Levins.
Casey answered all our questions and explained everything completely. After spending a little time with him we felt we could trust him and that he was working with our best interests at heart. That is scarce these days so we greatly appreciated meeting him and working with him.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the team that worked diligently to get my roof taken care of. My insurance company was very difficult to work with and kept repeatedly stalling the process. The tram at Dodd took care of everything with the insurance company and only brought me in when necessary. Anyone else would have dropped the ball, but many months later they got my insurance company to cover a whole new roof. These guys really know what they are doing and if you need help navigating the insurance red tape I cannot recommend them enough. I worked with Aaron Owens and he was very informed, helpful and kept the process moving. No pushy sales but knowledgeable about the product. They installed my roof in a single day. The workmanship was excellent. If you have storm damage to your roof and don’t know where to start, give these guys a call!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dodd Roofing and Exteriors, as we had some weather damage to our roof.

I compiled 3 estimates from different companies. I actually had a suggestion from another contractor to contact Dodd as well. I went with Dodd Roofing because they gave me more options at a competitive price. They will also work with your insurance company if your roof has coverable damage, which can save you thousands. "Aaron" set things in motion and explained the procedure including going over and suggesting any options. I appreciate that he never came across like a used car salesman but was always available for any questions.

I also wanted to rave about the crew. The lead on our job named "John," was the first one here and the last one to leave. I texted him at one point to ask if it was going Ok and his response was, "Oh yeah, we're rolling !" As a former construction worker, that stood out. Obviously, he's someone who enjoys what they do which is exactly the type of worker you want repairing your home. Attitude makes a difference and while occasionally watching them work, it was apparent the whole crew had good ones.

Because this type of work is visual, at the end of the day you can see whether or not things were done in a proficient manner. The guys were on my roof working hard just after 7am. Before 3 that afternoon, I had a new great looking, professionally installed roof that will be around longer than I will.

Knowing that I needed a roof sooner than later, I contacted several roofing companies and got many quotes. After researching and getting pricing quotes, I decided to go with Dodd. Casey was the person who did the inspection and he was honest as I had some of the other contractors tell me the same problems that they had found. After careful consideration, I had them install my roof. The job was done quickly and carefully. The last thing that I wanted to spend money on was for a new roof. But now that it’s done, I’m glad that I chose Dodd.

I had an active leak. I had 4 companies come out and give me a bid. Joel with Dodd was the only rep that stayed in touch with me, answered all my questions and supported my decisions throughout the process. Josh was the crew lead that actualy installed my new roof. He didn't mind all my questions and interuptions, answered all my questions and did a great job. As for the roof. They said one day; However, my house was built in 1937 and they found numerous problems as they started work. Instead of just doing the job they quoted, they took the extra time to make sure my roof was not only done right but also in a way to make sure it would last. I'm extremely impressed with this company from the sales team all the way to the roofing crew. Professional, punctual and they don't just pretend to care, they actually care about doing your roof right. I'd give 10 stars if I could. This company knows customer service. And roofs!

Shaun and his team maintained clear communication during the entire process. On the day the roof was replaced, the crew arrived on time, they were very respectful and took extra time to assure my landscape was protected from any removal of debris or materials. During the removal, additional damage was found and repaired. In addition to the roofing crew, an on site manager was present throughout the entire removal and replacement of the roof to assure quality standards were being maintained. As a curtesy follow up, Shaun also came by to assure my satisfaction upon completion. I am very satisfied with the work performed and again would highly recommend this company.

Dodd Roofing and Exteriors just completed the work on a completely unanticipated roof replacement due to the original roof of my home (just 10 years old this month so it was quite a shock!) was not installed to code and that combined with other issues caused water to leak into the garage. My contact person/rep was Cody Wilding, and I recommend him highly. He was excellent at following through and even though there was one little hiccup with the install--he ensured it was taken care of--and he came by personally at multiple points, which was excellent, professional support for the project. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very helpful and thorough, and they kept me apprised as the project progressed despite some snow and rain delays.

These guys are awesome!! Kelii came by and talked to us and let us know about roof wind damage he could see. He was pretty sure we could get some of this covered by our insurance even though the roof was aged. I was a bit hesitant as we have been this route before with a different company but decided to let them attempt to work their magic. My to our suprise, after inspections and samples, our insurance covered our roof 100%. The roofing crew was fast and efficient not to mention they 100% cleaned up the mess. 5 stars is simply not enough! Everyone we came in contact with has been nothing but absolutely amazing! Huge thank you to BIG JOHN especially! This was the most painless, smooth experience ever and our roof is STUNNING. From the time Big John met with us, until they started construction, was literally a week- and I only had to speak to the insurance for like 2 minutes. Then on construction day, I left for work and by the time i came home, we had a brand new, gorgeous roof and you couldn’t even tell anything had happened. Will recommend them to everyone we know!

I rarely take the time to rate an establishment unless they truly go over and above. Dodd roofing went over and above. For starters, these guys respected my privacy and cared about actually getting me help for my roof which was visibily damaged and missing many shingles. They lightly knocked on the door and when I answer they apologized for bothering me but they mentioned that I had some damage on my roof and they could get the work done working with my insurance at a very low cost to me.

This proved to be correct. I didn't expect that to be the truth but they really did go over and above, worked with my insurance and got me a new roof which would have cost me over $20,000 but instead they got it done for my deductible cost of a thousand bucks.

I'd like to make a special mention to a rep named Caleb Cook who took the time to really get to know me and not be a pushy salesman in any way. he showed me a list of options but didn't ever make me feel like I needed to upgrade in any way. I ended up going with zero upgrades and felt zero guilt for it.

Dodd Roofing was the 5th roofing company I had come to my house to look at a small leak I had in my roof. Not a major repair.
Shawn was so very kind, understanding, genuine and actually showed up with a ladder to go up on my roof to look at the problem. None of the other companies did that. They stood in the street and threw astronomical costs at me. One company said I had to replace an entire section of my 2 1/2 year old roof at a cost of over $11,000.
Dodd roofing gave me a reasonable bid, committed to the job and worked the repair into their schedule quickly.
The repair team was fabulous!! They were even able to reuse the shingles so I don’t have mismatched shingles on my roof.

I've worked with Robbie Bour at a different roofing company before Dodd and he's always been a top-notch, honest, ethical person. When I had some recent roofing issues on a nearly brand new home, I reached out to Robbie again and had him come check it out. He found a lot of major defects that the builder's roofer did improperly. Unfortunately, we had to re-roof a brand new home, but after seeing the before and after photos, it was well worth the investment. The photo documented the tear off process, documented the many code violations and emailed me a report. Robbie and his team are professional, on time, thorough and documented everything for my peace of mind. Everybody that I worked with at Dodd Roofing has gone above and beyond to make sure that I feel safe in my home. The photo I'm sharing is of the total ice and water underlayment on my roof. As you can see, it's done impeccably. I'll always refer people to Robbie and his crew!

I could not be happier with this Company and the quality of their work. Big Jon came up to Donnelly right after I called and inspected our roof. He took pics and showed where we had issues with missing shingles and other issues. He also came up prior to our date to have the roof replaced and put a patch and tarp over the area that shingles were missing prior to a winter storm coming in the next day. The crew stripped the old roof and installed the new one in one day. They cleaned up and when they were finished you could not tell they had been here.
