New Heights Roofing is a great company. We had them install a brand new roof on our home last year. We’ve had many bad storms and the roof has held up outstanding through them all. Customer service is also 5-stars, one of the owners (Jesse) personally came out on to our home to look at a piece of flashing that appeared to need replacing. He was prompt in inspecting and resolving the issue, which actually turned out to be a non-issue after all. 10/10 for the customer service and standing behind their product. If you’re in need of a roofing company I would highly recommend New Heights.

Josh was the estimator and contact point for the project. He was responsive and attentive to what we needed addressed. He assigned a fantastic crew of 8 guys to replace all of the shingled areas on our house, bay windows and garage. The crew was amazing. they planned out the project starting at 6:30 am and divided and conquered from there. Finished all of the roof areas, flashing, chimney flashing, vents and exhaust fans by 5:30 pm. The crew cleaned up the yard and swept the driveway for nails. Jeremy did a final inspection punch list and looked over a future job the next day. This was a stress free and excellent project. I would highly recommend the crew we had and New Heights Roofing.

New Heights performed roof repair on 04/03/23. Used approximately 10 individual shingles and caulk. Service time was less than 3 hours. Repair work seems good.

New Heights has done two roofs on two different houses now, and we even had them come out to our church for some fascia repair work too. Jeremy and Josh were very responsive! In the recent wind storm I reached out to Jeremy in the midst of the storm and he had Josh out the following morning to access the damage and provide a quote. After signing off the team was here to make the repair before their scheduled time and worked quickly. I would recommend them to anyone!

They caused damage to my property. I allowed them to come out to attempt to pressure wash the tar stains off of my deck and front porch. The pressure wash did not work and damaged removed patches of stain. When I sent them a quote for the my painting company to repair the work, they sent me a new invoice for the additional work they did and the new total matched what it was going to cost to fix the damage they caused. It seems very suspect to me. I would not recommend using this company, I have no idea if the roof was done properly and I don’t trust that they will honor their 10 year warranty in labor based on how they handled this problem.

I had worked with them before when their sister company Cincy Gutter Boys replaced our gutters, so I already knew they did quality work.

The crew somehow managed to remove my old roof which had four layers of shingles and install the new roof in one day which is amazing. The best part is that the final result looks great!

Went through Cincy Gutter Boys and New Heights did the roof. They replaced two roofs and a smaller section of roof around my front porch. Very quick, efficient, and responsive. The guys on site were friendly and accommodating as I had to get kids in and out while they worked. Everything was cleaned up!! Great experience.

During high winds and expected rain, shingles were blowing off our roof ridge. We called New Heights Roofing and within 10 minutes they returned our call. Within the hour they were out to repair the roof temporarily with a tarp. We called several roofing companies, and they were the only ones that responded to help us in dire circumstances. We will sleep tonight with a roof over our head.

After shopping around and getting several quotes, we had our roof replaced last week by New Heights Roofing. They were very responsive and did a fast, professional job. It’s not unusual for roofers to cut a lot of corners that keep their costs down, but these guys replaced everything and gave us a 10 year workmanship warranty on it. Their cleanup afterwards was almost perfect, too.

Everything was great. Jeremy came when he said he would. Price was right and service was excellent. Haven't had any more problems with leakage. Highly recommend them.
