Just completed installation of complete roof and replacement of skylights and I highly recommend Kyle and New Heights Roofing. From estimate to job completion, the quality of work and attention to detail was obvious. Pricing was very fair and extremely competitive. Communication and responsiveness to questions was excellent. The grounds were left clean and overall installation was exactly as promised. I wholeheartedly recommend New Heights for anyone with roofing needs.

From start to finish this was a great experience. They were very prompt to respond when I called for an estimate. Kyle came out right away and emailed me a quote the next day. While on the roof for our estimate, he took pictures so I could see and understand the scope of the project and he took the time to explain my options. When the crew arrived to do the work, they showed up on time and got right to work. It was unreal watching them rip off our old roof and lay down the new one! They were so efficient. During the whole process they were careful to keep our yard clean and our landscaping safe. When the project was done, they took the extra time to walk our yard and ensure there were no nails or debris left behind. All throughout the project, Kyle and his team took care of small details that I wouldn't have known to ask for help with. (Things like painting our furnace vent to match.) Needless to say, a new roof was a true investment in our home and one that has really paid off. My neighbor across the street summed it up well...the new roof makes my whole house look brand new!

Out of the 3 bids I got for a small flat roof, Kyle was the only one that went into good detail about the materials and labor. Rest of the places just threw a price with not much explanation.

Strengthened up the roof too with 3/4" plywood sheathing (old stuff rotten) and sistered the joists for extra strength.

Kyle and his team at New Heights Roofing did an outstanding job repairing my garage after a large tree fell and destroyed the roof. When I first called Kyle, he came within a few hours to place a tarp over the roof to protect my belongings and prevent further damage. His communication was excellent throughout the process and he remained dedicated to the job. We are beyond impressed with the quality of the workmanship on the roof as well as the structural repairs to the garage. He was able to preserve the historical charm of our 80+ year old garage and we are extremely happy with the end result.

His family even did my parents’ roof back in 2001. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and gets on the roof himself. Not pushy at all and really took the time to educate me. Roof looks great! Such a relief to finally have a roof on our home we know was done correctly, they did exactly what was promised. We really appreciated them getting it finished all in one day and doing such a good job cleaning up the yard afterwards.

Got new corrugated metal roof.. they strapped and roofed entire thing in same day. Put new metal drip edge which looked amazing and also wrapped my chimney in metal that looked so much nicer than the lead that was previously showing. All and all it was a great experience with very knowledgeable workers and the owner was incredible! I would recommend New Heights Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof u won’t regret it!

We had Kyle and his team install an entirely new roof for us (new plywood, shingles, and gutters). Much of the existing plywood was warped or cracked and we had a few leaks so Kyle recommended we upgrade to a thicker plywood. They were very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Kyle and his expert team are reliable, courteous, professional, and perhaps most importantly, master craftsmen of their trade. Several years ago they installed a new roof, gutters and provided follow-up visits to caulk and seal a few minor issues with the gutters. The work was done in an efficient, timely manner, followed by meticulous clean-up. The roof they installed is not only supremely functional, but also beautiful, with GAF architectural shingles, blue/gray color. Three years later, the roof is still solid and looks awesome. In addition, Kyle is communicative, and follow up with questions and concerns. No wonder New Heights won the Cappies Award for best Concord roofer!

I have hired New Heights Roofing & Construction for several roof installations. They have also done kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and other construction jobs for my friends and clients. They are very professional, do a quality job, and leave the site clean. One of the most important things to me is that Kyle is always on site doing the work and supervising. I previously had poor experiences with a few other roofing contractors in the area, and was getting pretty discouraged by the time I came across New Heights. With the other contractors, it took multiple attempts to get anyone to come out and give a quote, and then I would either never hear from them again, or they just wouldn't show up after trying to schedule appointments. Kyle, at New Heights, was extremely responsive and answered every question I had, and he came out to look at the roof the same week that I contacted him, which didn't happen with the others! He was professional and he made sure I was satisfied before he left. He was able to send me a quote within a couple days, whereas it had taken others weeks to get it to me. We had a roof over done, as well as replaced a skylight, and they were able to get it done sooner than expected. It was a pretty big crew that did the job and the were very efficient. I would definitely recommend New Heights to anyone, and I plan to have them come back to replace our windows as well.

They did roof over efficiently and were done in 2 days with what looks like quality work using GAF architectural grade shingles with water & ice shield at roof edges & all valleys. Removed & replaced ridge vents with GAF product. Happy with job done.

New Heights Roofing has done several roofs for me. Each roof was done quickly and professionally. They are at the top of my list any time I have roof related work to be done.

Bought my house and needed a new roof. He came out immediately and said my house was a perfect fit for a corrugated metal roof. He had it finished in a day. The ground was spotless and the workmanship was unbeatable. Zero issues, highly recommended.

I’ve reached out to Kyle a few times to inspect a roof in a building I purchased and that he took care of before. He said he’d take care of it. Never heard back and then was told he’d check it out that same day that I contacted him again. Never heard back. Beware of this guy. Doesn’t seem honest.
