I run a large portfolio of Properties and I can count on Pure Property Solutions for a myriad of different projects. Tony Cumella always answers the phone or calls right back and is great to work with. Derek is also on top of projects with his communication and attention to detail. We hired Pure Property Solutions after reviewing 2 other bids from Contractors to paint our 78 unit Condominium Complex. Not only was Jerenmy Bailey's bid extremely fair, the paint is beautiful! He met with our Board of Directors personally and gave us his cell phone to call anytime. The Project Manager was exceptionally nice and when an issue came up they were both quick to address it. There were a couple things I forgot to have in the contract and he took care of it!
Very nice personable and easy to work with. Even after our attorneys reviewed the contract he agreed to all our terms.

Pure Property Solutions was amazing. We are replacing our sump pump and needed more power in that room. They worked with our schedules and were able to get it done quickly. I was in a pinch after a strong storm blew thru causing some damage to one of the buildings I oversee. I called Tony C. and within roughly two hours he was able to assemble a team, get a dumpster on property and get this completed in a days time. I couldnt have asked for anything better. If you need work done Tony C. is the man!

Chris and his team of drywallers were phenomenal! His response time to our inquiry was immediate, and the team got started very quickly on the job. They were courteous, respectful and efficient. PURE is very responsive to requests for bids for projects. Once awarded a job, If there is an issue, which is rare, they are immediately on it and finding a solution. They are polite and well-mannered. I recommend them if you are looking for a vendor that provides the array of services that they do.

Excellent job on our rental. The tornado did some damage on our rental and they replaced our roof, siding, and gutters and our things. Very professional and the clean up was excellent.

Horrible painters. I can't even give them 1 star but I had to for me to post this. Ruined my front door. Painted in the rain and let it dry. They painted a no maintenance door (steel door) with latex paint. It peels right off. They only painted what they could see so the entire door is not painted. It looks like a 2 year old took a paint brush and painted it.
