Tip Tip roofing is an awesome company. I worked with Max to get my project scheduled after multiple windstorms caused damage to my roof. Max went above and beyond to earn my business initially by working with my budget. They were present while the insurance adjuster was here, provided roof samples and addresses of homes they completed as a reference, and scheduled me as quick as they could within 1-2 weeks. The crew was on time and finished my roof in about 5 hours and came back to install a new gutter a different day in just 30 minutes! Great experience! From the first phone call to the end of the work everything was seamless. The communication with Max was excellent, professional and helpful. From start to finish, the guys made it an easy process. The most difficult part was deciding on a color, and we ended up using the same color as our previous shingle. Max called the first evening after inspecting the roof and stating that one of the vents appeared bent in and that he would be over to repair it. He hadn't even been hired yet!!! Max, my project coordinator, is the best. My simple project became more difficult due to a lot of dry rot and rotted beams where he had to get more crew to work them to keep up the schedule. He kept me updated on the situation and what was coming up. He juggled things to weatherproof my stucco repair before the rain came.

This review is long overdue – Three years ago we had a big wind, hail, and rainstorm which tore off many of the shingles on our roof. It happened that Max Mann of Tip-Top lives next door to us, so I asked him to take a look and give us a price to re-do the roof. Max went over all the options available and even personally worked with our insurance company rep when he came over to look at the storm damage. One big selling point was that Tip-Top uses screws to secure the tiles, not the cheap nails like the previous owner of our house had used. The nails rust away and that led to all the shingles we lost in the storm. This attention to detail especially impressed me.

This all happened a couple days before Christmas and my wife and I were leaving on a trip, but Max took care of everything while we were out of town. The job turned out great. The thing I couldn't get over was that we actually had a handful of different people passing by compliment the new roof! When does that ever happen with a roof?!

If you haven't figured it out, I very much recommend Tip-Top. In fact, our friends were recently looking to replace their roof. I recommended Tip-Top and they are very happy with the results.

We were very pleased with the work done by Tip-Top Roofing. They were prompt in coming to our home to inspect our roof after the storm. Max Mann suggested that we contact our insurance company. He was helpful as the liaison between us and the insurance company to expedite the process. The crew of 7 men arrived very early and did not leave until late in the evening when the roof was completed. They made sure they cleaned up before they left. Also I forgot to mention that Max was helpful in directing us to homes in our area to check out roof colors. The only criticism I have which isn’t really a criticism is that they didn’t post a Tip-Top sign in our yard when they left. I realize our street is very small with only 12 houses but the house looks fantastic it is worth tooting your horn. I just pull into our driveway and sit and stare at the beautiful roof. Couldn’t be happier.

Max Mann came out right away to take a look at our roof when we suspected storm damage. He confirmed that we probably had a claim, then returned to meet with our insurance adjustor. Once we approved installation of a new roof, he worked with us throughout the process as we made decisions about potential issues, such as rotted decking, that could crop up. He was fair, honest and timely, as well as very professional and pleasant to work with. The Tip-Top crew arrived when we expected them, and completed our entire roof in a day as planned, cleaning up after themselves thoroughly, and returning two days later to install a section of gutter that we'd decided to also replace. We also had them install micro screen gutter guards and are very pleased with their work on that as well. Amazingly, their clean up was so good that I've only found one nail, even though I'd certainly expected that they might leave some behind. I highly recommend Tip-Top.

Contacted this business Mid-March to have some roofing issues inspected and repaired. After a no-call/no-show TJ came out March 20th and suggested we try getting the repairs covered by insurance. That didn't pan out so we called them again for repairs. My husband had a few conversations over text about what needed to be done over the next few weeks. Finally my husband just called and was told he (TJ) would get with Max and get us an estimate. Nearly 2 weeks later- still nothing. Unfortunate.
