Roof One Restoration is the choice to make. After I filed a claim with our insurance and not having the outcome we expected, Roof Restoration stepped in. They are spearheading our claim process to ensure we get the coverage we deserve. They communicated with us through out the process and there were no surprises. They delivered prompt, quick and fabulous results. They demonstrated professionalism throughout the process. They were done in a day. Great results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Harry and team helped us out in a huge way. We had a tree fall on our house and they came out when insurance was here to make sure we got the money we deserved. They used the same program our insurance was using and went through all the damage with a fine tooth comb and got us way more money from insurance.

They were incredibly professional and did great work on the house. We got a new roof, siding, and a deck. The house looks way better than it did before.

Roof One Restoration replaced my roof, vented attic, new gutters and siding on eves ( brick house) and sealed windows. Harry Evans and his team were prompt, professional, courteous and very honorable.

When a severe storm caused significant roof damage to our home, we called Roof One Restoration for an assessment of the damage. Mark Schmidt was at our house within 18 hours of our initial call, assessed the damage and provided temporary tarping so we didn't have interior water damage. Mark was in contact with our insurance carrier multiple times, to ensure our carrier recognized all storm damage and provide prompt payment for the roof replacement.
Mark had a roofing crew at our house within a week after the insurance carrier approved the roof replacement. They quickly removed our old roof and installed the new one. They put tarps over our landscaping, removed all the old roofing material and trash and blew off all our decking, sidewalks and driveway. They were professional, courteous and respectful.
Thank you, Mark, for always answering any question we had, working with our insurance carrier to get our whole roof replaced, saving us the out-of-pocket insurance deductible, providing a great roofing team, making what could have been a very stressful time, easy and manageable.

I actually used Roof One Restoration in August of 2020 to add a saddle to my chimney to stop a leak inside my house, but I forgot to write a review. I then had a separate issue last week and Harry came out and spent a ton of time pinpointing the issue. He was helpful, friendly and informative. He came up with a solution at an extremely fair rate. From the moment they answered the phone I knew my house was in good hands. Harry Evans and Mark Schmidt took time and care while assessing the needs of my roof and gutters. The communication was great throughout the entire process. I was given 4 contact numbers, so i knew no matter what I'd be able to reach someone. The scope of the work was laid out in detail, every step was explained. Harry and I even communicated via text messages, that was A HUGE HELP! The installation of the roof only took one day. The team of workers were efficient and clean-they even removed and hauled away my old DirectTv dish! The day of getting 3 bids is over when it comes to deciding who should install your roof. Roof one might be a decent company but their employee Mark Schmidt Is the biggest piece of TRASH ever, im assuming he is an employee and not the owner because no owner would act like this, We were forced to use this idiot because of the insurance adjuster sort of forced this person on us, which seems like it would be a conflict of interest and bad business practice but thats another issue.... But to shorten a long story he was a nightmare to deal with very rude and disrespectful to my mother in law. He refused to do things that were on the list of things he was supposed to do.,So we had to let him go and hire actual professionals who could handle the work and this clown has the nerve to attempt to threaten us. Couldn't complete what he said would take 3 weeks in 2months and still had the nerve to be upset when he was asked to leave the job for actual people that are pros.

Roof One – Harry took great care of me when my roof began leaking at my Chalet in Innsbrook. Harry worked with State Farm to ensure all of the roof issues were addressed. Roof looks great and I am now water tight!
