What an awesome experience! My roof was leaking from a storm last summer so I contacted my insurance company and they approved a full replacement. When I initially contacted Multi-pro I had one requirement - I needed to get this roof on before our new baby arrived and they assured me they would get it done. They did!! I had the pleasure of working with Tony and Phil on my new roof and I have to say - what a couple of stand-up guys! They are incredibly easy to work with and handled everything! They worked with the insurance adjuster, scheduled the materials delivery, removed the solar and even helped my very pregnant wife carry in the groceries! Tony and Phil recommended a matte black roof to go with my house and it looks so damn cool. The guys were there every step of the way and even showed up to oversee the install. Multi-pro did not disappoint. If you need a new roof or are even curious if you can get a new roof covered by your insurance, call these guys!

I meant to call our insurance company about the hail and wind damage to our roof from last summer, but life happened, and I had forgotten about it—until Josh Gregory knocked on my door and said they were replacing a roof in my neighborhood.
Josh could see the damage to our roof, so he took pictures. We stated the claim over the phone with my insurance. He returned and took more photos and video because my insurance was difficult. Josh and the Multi Pro team got my insurance company to agree that the roof should be replaced. Josh checked on the workers until they finished the job and inspected to ensure the work was done correctly. Thank you.

We had such a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish. Shaun was fantastic—communicative, accommodating, and truly on top of things. From the moment we connected with Multi Pro to project completion, the entire process took just over two weeks—fast, efficient, and well-coordinated.

The crew that arrived on installation day was incredibly professional. I’ve never seen a team show up at 5 a.m. and work straight through until around 8 p.m.—a full day’s effort, and the job was completed with care and precision. They also left the site spotless, clearing all debris before wrapping up.

I knew I needed a new roof, the home inspection told me when I purchased the home years back. When Shaun and Cody were in my neighborhood installing a roof for a neighbor I was interested in what they had to say when they knocked on my door. Multi-Pro Roofing recently replaced our roof and facia. The team did a great job and finished an extensive project within two days, cleaning up after each day to the point that, if it weren't for the materials stacked out of the way, it would be hard to tell there was a major construction project underway. Shaun and Cody were very helpful as project managers and in dealing with our insurance company. I would highly recommend them and their team to anyone needing a new roof.

I suppose you always want to turn away those guys who just stop by and offer to sell you something and usually I am a hard No Thanks. But Cody and Shaun stopped by because of some obvious damage to my roof. From their first interaction through completion and follow up post installation, they and their entire team were respectful, knowledgeable, patient and frankly couldn't really have asked for a better team. From the day Mike showed up for the estimate (I had three estimates) until the job was finished, Mike stayed in contact every step of the way, sent me progress pictures not only from the roof but from a drone. His guys on the roof were professional, cleaned up at the end of everyday (my roof is very large, 3 days). I had just drained and filled my pool so they covered it with plastic to keep debris and dust out. All the way around, professional work, great job. Came to my door uninvited to tell me my roof looked poor from the street and to offer me a new one. I asked them to leave and they followed up with an unsolicited email. I did not give them my contact info and did not appreciate the aggressive and rude sales invite. If I wanted a roof inspection I would have called them. I would strongly avoid doing business with businesses trying to talk others into a 'free' roof and knocking on doors. I would not have posted this review but the email after was too much. Respect no.

MultiPro Roof Solutions is hands down one of the most professional and helpful businesses I've worked with. From beginning to end my experience was stellar. We had been getting the run around from our insurance company regarding the replacement of our roof and had pretty much given up on them covering it. We have two very clearly posted “no soliciting” signs, and yet, they came to our door anyway. When my husband asked if he saw the no soliciting signs, he said yes, but that we probably need his help because we have an old roof. He also took food out of the basket on the porch that is meant for delivery persons. There is a note clearly stating as much. As he left, he walked through our yard instead of using the sidewalk; he then came back to the front porch and put a roof tile next to the basket after waving it at a camera first.. He was recorded on three video cameras. That is absolutely disrespectful on so many levels. We will never use this company.

Nobody looks forward to having their roof replaced, especially when your home is ~50 years old and the last contractor did a poor job. But Shaun and his team performed a roof replacement with major wood install in a single day without missing a beat. They took extreme care in protecting the perimeter of the house (including the pool) and did an excellent job in cleaning up after the job was complete. As daunting as the thought of getting a new roof is, Mike and his team at Multi-Pro Roof Solutions delivered. From my first phone call with Mike through the completion of the roof installation, he continued to have amazing communication. JR with HVAC was working before sunrise and made sure my A/C was back on my roof ASAP. From start to finish, the process of getting a new felt underlay for my tile roof was incredibly easy. I shopped around and got the best price for the product with Phil. I will definitely use them again!

I contacted Tony, after reading a post on NextDoor. He had posted that he would come and look at a roof for an elderly woman. Give her his professional opinion with no incentive, said you can use any roofing company-just want to help you out. I liked him through his words and I too contacted him.

Tony came and checked out my roof after July '24 storm. Said I needed new roof, helped me write claim. He came to house to meet Insurance adjuster. The Ins Adjuster and Tony and co-worker, talked about what roof needs and how to do the job. The adjuster said to me....."you picked a great company. These guys know what they are doing. Tony picked out everything that roof needs. He knows his job and I believe you will be happy with their work".

They started on time, as promised. Finished in a day. Did the job RIGHT! Even when there was more work that was discovered, they completed it, then asked the insurance company to cover it. I also have solar panels--and all of the removal and installation was set up and coordinated by Tony. I was dreading this work on my house, but had no need to. Tony made this job go so smooth. Multi-Pro Roof Solutions did an outstanding job redoing our roof on both our house and detached garage. If you haven't gone through a roof repair, you will find that the insurance companies (no matter how good or bad) send out pages of information that you would swear are written in a different language. I just sent it off to David, and he put my mind at ease and deciphered it for me. David was great at keeping us in the loop all throughout the process. Communication is key!
Once all the material was delivered, Sergio (the crew foreman) and his team of roofers showed up early in the morning and hit the ground running. When they said it would all be done in a day, I believed them, I just didn't know how that was possible. Not only did they do it all in a day. My roof had the original shingles on it since 1977. During the take off, Sergio informed David of the rotten pieces of roofing they uncovered. Although I could see some of it with my own eyes, he immediately went up and took pictures of all the bad spots to show me.
This didn't slow them down one bit. Without missing a beat, they were off to Home Depot, picked up the needed supplies, and were on that roof like they were trying to beat a fire. I have a cupola on the garage, and when I looked out, instead of roofing around it, they had if completely off, and were redoing it.
I had to leave, and did not make it back before they finished that day, but when I drove up, it was almost hard to believe. Other than a brand new beautiful roof, it was like they were never there! I even got a free gutter cleaning out of the deal. :)

I could not recommend them any higher, so impressed by their work!

Long overdue 5-Star review Multi Pro Roofing and Chris Barber specifically. On the morning after a rain storm (and freshly water-stained ceilings) I randomly approached Chris in the parking lot of neighborhood barbershop (branded multi pro shirt/truck) and asked if he could take a look at the roof and give us a quote. He was there the next morning. Initially our insurance was willing to credit us $7K to a partial roof replacement less the $5K deductible. Not only was Chris in constant communication, he was able to negotiate an entirely new roof ($25K) for us, ALL WHILE AWAY ON HIS HONEYMOON in Hawaii!!! The entire process was smooth from start to finish and are grateful for that chance encounter in the parking lot! Thank you Chris!

This is one of the absolute BEST companies we have ever worked with. When Tony and Phil stopped out in front of our house when I was doing some yard work at the end of last year and asked if we had considered a new roof (it looked really awful and yes, we had), I asked them to circle back with us after the first of this year. They did, and they stuck with us through a difficult insurance process. There was never any pressure from them and they guided us from start to finish with the utmost professionalism. The day the roof went on, the crew showed up early on a day slated to be 110+ outside. The entire team worked in grueling weather all day to get the roof done, as there was rain coming that night. Very professional company with outstanding employees. I can’t say enough specifically about Mike Howery, he was not only very knowledgeable about the product(s) they use he is also very personable. With a roofing company it can be hard at times to tell if your getting a straight honest answer, or just an upsell. With Mike and the rest of the team I worked with I never once got that feeling.

I had a +20,000 square foot commercial building, with various nuances and had a number of other contractors provide bids and recommendations. When he found out my husband was a disabled Purple Heart veteran, he gave us a veteran discount. He then showed the company gives to Disabled Veterans Association. After his quote I decided to go with them because they not only give to a veterans nonprofit, they discount to veterans directly. We were pleased because he took charge and completed the job in a week, kept my insurance company updated and did everything he stated. I used multi pro to replace my roof a couple of years ago and I recently noticed a shingle had buckled. I called for an appointment and someone was out the next day to make the repair. A big shout out to Mike Howery, who was fast and efficient in making the repair and inspecting the entire roof. Mike was very professional and courteous. Chris was great to work with. He would handle almost all the communication with insurance and made sure we got everything replaced and repaired that was needed. Once him and his crew were on-site working, they finished the whole repair in less than a day.

Couldn’t recommend more! I was a little hesitant at first to even submit another claim to our instance because we had another company come out about 6 months ago and filed a claim with State Farm and quite literally ghosted us. I’m so glad we took the risk with Multi Pro. We just had our shingles replaced and multiple other wood repairs completed today. Mike has been incredibly professional, educational, personable and patient since day one. From working with the insurance company, communicating with me, scheduling the solar company, and so many other behind the scenes work I probably don’t know about-Mike has been flawless. We had a complete roof replacement and are very impressed with how the entire process has been handled thus far. From the time we had signed the contract with James Byers, until today, seeing our new roof, we have had nothing but stellar service. James has been 100% attentive and transparent with all financial and any other possible issues that may have arisen.
The crew arrived here at 5:30a.m. this morning and we had a completed roof by 1:00p.m. this afternoon. They had laid tarps around the house, across the pool, and over all walkways, being mindful of all plants and personal outdoor items. Once the work started, they continued at an astounding pace until they were finished. They went above and beyond what I have seen other companies do as far as clean up. First, by the usage of the tarps I mentioned earlier, which caught the majority of nails, scraps, etc,. They then used a yard air blower on the roof to sweep all debris down to the ground onto the tarps. After picking up all of the tarps, they then walked the parameter of our home picking up and discarding all items that the tarps inadvertently missed. Again, these are all minor things, but they are things that I have not seen other companies do after an installation.
I am delighted with the appearance of our new roof. The professionalism, and diligence I was able to witness from my ground level view, in the application of the components, I have faith that this roof will last 40 years. Time will tell for that part... but at THIS time, I will be highly recommending James and his crew to anyone who is in need of a roof replacement.
