We used Hailco for both of our homes. Tanner was great to work with and always returned calls and texts which was greatly appreciated during this process. Tanner guided me through the process and helped me advocate for my homes through the insurance company. Our roofs look amazing and we are very happy with them.

Can't recommend HailCo Roofing enough. We had 3 other quotes and HailCo was the only one that offered to work directly with our insurance company to get the repair covered. It took 6 months of a lot of back & forth with insurance (I was copied on all the emails so I know how much effort was involved) but HailCo was able to get the entire roof replacement approved including having the the solar panels removed and reinstalled (and they worked directly with the solar company to get that done). We had some rotting wood on the front and back patios too and they took care of replacing that and the roof in one day. What would have been a $20k roof replacement, only cost us the insurance deductible and the cost of the replacement wood. The quality of work from install to clean up was top notch, the people and communication were personable and professional and the whole experience was stress-free. Big THANK YOU to Bryson (project manager), Clifford & Adam at ClaimsCo for fighting the good fight with our insurance company and Abby for the weekly updates. Great Team!

The experience from start to finish was stress free. The workmanship exceeded my greatest expectations and the cleanup was superb! On Monday, June 16, 2025 HailCo Roofing team showed up around 5am to start the roofing replacement on our home. We had anticipated a 2 or 3 day timeline and were pleasantly surprised when the roofing team of @8 members completely removed the old roofing material, carefully protected our plants below the roof line and installed the new Corning Oakridge shingle roofing material @12:15pm.
The team also performed excellent and outstanding service on the clean up of the site. Throughout the process we had excellent communication with Jay and Abby and were informed about the steps needed to complete the process. Really appreciate the professionalism of all the HailCo team members.

Personally, I've never witnessed as much commitment, pride, and tenacity in someone's work ethic as Jay Adrion. I met Jay almost two years ago when he did the neighbors roof (which is immaculate), so I know he's the right guy. Since then, he's worked relentlessly with the insurance company to cover a new roof, stopping by once every few months to check on us and keeping an eye on the quality of the roof to try again. Any company that has him, I have confidence in!

Hi my name is Bryan and about 3 months ago I had 2 young gentleman Elias and Clinton from Hailco roofing company approach meand ask if they could give me a free estimate on replacing my roof i told them I had a run around with my insurance company about them not covering the damage caused by the last storm that came through the insurance company told me that the damage wasn’t significant for them to cover it and I would be responsible for my own repairs so I said if they could convince the insurance company to cover the cost I would go with their company so a couple of weeks went by and sure enough to his word my insurance company met with them seen the damage that the adjuster overlooked and I was approved I about hit the floor I don’t know how they did it but I am very grateful for their help they were super helpful they had the whole job scheduled in a very short time and it was completely done in one day the new roof looks fantastic I couldn’t be happier with the entire job I was blown away thank you Elias and Clinton and the roofing crew that installed the roof I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family respectfully yours Bryan Murphy Suncity Az

This is a great roofing company. Excellent product, quick installation (worked 12 hours to complete the project in one day), and thorough cleanup. HailCo handled all the details with the insurance company, including resolving an issue in my favor that the insurance company originally denied. I worked with Aiden throughout the entire process. Wish I could give them a zero star. They (Austin La Grande) harassed my wife and I while trying to offer a pre-season roof inspection including pounding on our door, ignoring a no soliciting/knocking sign AND left a note taped to our door.

I wouldn’t trust a company to work on my house if they cannot even read a sign.

Jay has the highest level of customer service! He checked out our roof and gave an honest opinion about the state of our roof. He didn’t try to sell us something that we don’t quite need. But we will call him when we do!

I cannot begin to say how great this company was to work with. They were able to help out and take care of many pieces of the roof replacement process which made what could have been a giant head ache very bearable. They were very good about making sure the job was done right and stood by their work. If something wasn't the best it could be, they fixed it. If I had another roof to get, I would go with Hailco without fail.

Aiden & Oliver thoroughly inspected my rental homes roof and assured me that everything is up to par for the time being. If I need anything done to my roof they will be the ones I contact in the future.

I cannot overstate the unbelievable service and support provided when HAILCO replaced my roof recently. From day one they answered all my questions quickly, both during planning right through installation and clean up. The installers were pleasant and worked really hard and did a massive clean up. I also should say how supportive and knowledgeable the folks in the office were. Abby, in particular was an amazing office lead and the overall support provided by the office was exceptional! Don’t buy a new roof without contacting HAILCO before your final decision.

Hailco Roofing LLC is a exceptional roofing company. They do what they say that they will do and they do a great/clean job in the process. In our case, the Insurance Company’s inspector initially only approved asphalt shingle patching. Hailco further pursued that decision, which resulted in the Insurance Company changing a patching job to a full replacement job. We now have a new Corning Oakridge shingle roof and no patches. Thanks to HAILCO and Tanner.

Called twice and left voicemail regarding this employee, no response. Driver cut off traffic with no blinker, sped, brake checked and swerved while more concerned with smoking.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of having Hailco Roofing repair and replace several shingles on our roof just as an introduction to their company. Unfortunately, I do not recall the names of the gentlemen who did the work, but we were very pleased with the professional job they did and will definitely be using them again for our future roofing needs.

Mike was awesome.... very upfront with what should to be done and set clear expectations for the future. He even did some minor repair to some of my roof tiles as a preventive step, I look forward to working with him when we have additional needs!

We recently had wind damage to our roof and contacted Hailco Roofing! Tanner handled the insurance company and made the process of replacement so easy. We had an amazing crew of 9 workers who started at 6:45 a.m. and completely finished at 3:00 p.m. They went above and beyond with their amazing work and unexpected details to cleaning our skylights by removing and washing them. Jay has been helping me get my roof replaced through my insurance company due to weather related damage.The process has been long but he has been just awesome. He’s always in touch with me with updates and has followed through with the insurance company as necessary, and quickly responds to any questions I have. Mike inspected our roof and found it needed repair. He was very helpful in taking care of it from start to finish. I only had to pay my deductible and a few boards that needed to be replaced. It all went very smooth and when they got on the job it was done in one day! It looks fantastic! We have a rental house that also needs a new roof and we will be getting that done this month. We have had roofs replaced in the past on our rentals and this was by far our best experience. A roof is nothing to mess with and you want it done right the first time. I recently had a new roof installed at my home and I could not be happier with the results. For starters, working with Tanner, and Miriam in his office was a very positive experience. Eli stopped by, introduced himself, and we discussed my older roof and potentially a new roof. Great guy, easy to talk to and knows his biz. He inspected & measured, brought a coworker by later who specializes in roof integrity/storm hazards/insurance assessed the details and said I needed enough work to qualify for a new roof. They didn't try selling me, no pressure, only assurance that I didn't need to do anything and wasn't obligated in any way and went to work. A few days later the insurance company I had last year (I had switched cos) notified me that they were covering a full replacement. They quickly put my job into their schedule, loaded the roof package sooner than estimated, and 2 days later showed up with a full crew of excellent tradesmen, tore off the old roof, repaired some OSB sheets, installed the tar paper & shingles, vents, trim, etc, magnet-swept my property, and were gone before dark not leaving a trace they were there save my beautiful new architectural shingled roof. I'm very impressed and totally satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend Hailco Roofing.

WOW...Super impressed. Owin and Bryson were in my neighborhood and stopped by my home. They went up on my roof and saw the shingles over garage were missing (I did some eve modifications 2 years ago and removed a couple layers from the edge and decking was exposed). To my surprise, they said they were going to take the new bundle that was sitting on top of my roof and use those to shingle over decking where shingles were removed, at NO charge. Amazing first impression! Thank you for your thoughtfulness, super appreciated. This kind of customer concern and going the extra mile is a company I like to work with.

We finally got our roof. Not going to lie. It's loud if you are home. I also didn't know about the mess. They tarped everything. All my plants. I was shocked about the cleanup. They cleaned up every speck.

Roofing job isn’t quite finished but if it wasn’t for Quinton, I wouldn’t be getting a new roof! Jay Adrion with Hailco Roofing stopped by our house and asked if we had contacted our insurance company about the wind damage we had in the area in the summer of 2024. When we said we hadn’t he asked if he could check our roof for damage. We gave him permission & the rest is history. It took quite a long time for the insurance company to agree to have it replaced but Jay and his company stayed after them & kept us informed every step of the way. He kept reassuring us that his company does this kind of thing all the time & they would get it approved which they did. HailCo did an amazing job for me. My roof was damaged in August storm. My insurance company tried to only replace part of my roof. HailCo negotiated the necessary complete replacement. Tanner is honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend HailCo to anyone.

I want to thank Hailco Roofing for being such a solid company and offering such a valuable service. I initially met Phil at my front door where he informed me about my options to address the damages to my roof. Here's the cool part... Phil suggested I get my roof replaced through my homeowners insurance and explained how the process works. I agreed to let Hailco represent me through the claims process... I initially got denied after filing the claim but Phil promised he would fight the insurance company and he upheld his side of the bargan. After a 6 month long battle with the insurance, Phill called me and let me know I got my entire roof approved and covered by the insurance! It was a $18k bill I didn't have to worry about and Hailco took care of everything start to finish! I ended up with a brand new beautiful roof and the insurance paid for it all. Thank you Phil and Hailco for taking care of me and providing such an amazing service!

I am beyond happy with this company and my new roof! They were communicative, helpful, and kind. I struggle with PTSD and depression from military service. I had not contacted them back in a while. Jay helped me from beginning to end. He set up my claim with the insurance company and met with the adjuster to point out all the problems on my roof. The installers finished the job in one day. They placed tarps all around the house and cleaned up the job thoroughly. It rained yesterday and all the water stayed outside. Can't ask for much more.

We had storm damage to our roof. Most of our neighbors were getting their damages fixed and or replaced. Initially our Insurance company, State Fraud, declined our claim and basically told us to smear tar over the damage. No joke. I couldn't believe it. A 25-year customer with NO claims. Hailco was able to get it done by educating the State Fraud adjuster. Our Roof looks great, they handled everything from start to finish and I would highly recommend them. Insurance companies are now in the business of not being good neighbors. Call the professionals, HailCo. They'll get it done.

Tanner and Bryson showed up at my door and pointed out a few roofing shingles that had dislodged from my garage ridge vent. They immediately fixed it for free! They presented a service through our local SCHOA in Sun City that provides an annual inspection and free repairs up to $250. They were polite, respectful and got the job done. Definitely will keep these guys in mind for future roofing needs.

I stumbled upon Tanner Sewell, HailCo Roofing when he arrived at my next-door neighbor residence following a July 17, 2024 monsoon storm with a lot of hail and a strong east wind in Tucson, Arizona. A short time before, I had just finished shingle repairs to my residence during which I identified a lot of hail damage and knew it was time for a new roof. After introducing myself to Tanner an appointment was made for him to complete a roof inspection. Tanner was very personable and knowledgeable. Over the next several weeks and numerous roofing company visits HailCo Roofing was selected to proceed. Tanner agreed to facilitate job coordination and scheduling with Streamline Solar for removal and reinstallation of the rooftop solar panels required for reroofing. This project was seamlessly accomplished. In addition to Tanner as owner/operator, interactions Paul, Hailco Scheduler, and Hecter being on site, this project was a great success.

Bryson was very easy and pleasant to work with through this project, I will definitely recommended hail co to others.

Please remind your drivers they are in a company truck and should obey traffic laws. Your truck literally turned left in front of me to make a u-turn. I was in the left turn lane making my u-turn and he went from the thru lane practically right into me. That's NOT ok.

Just got Dad's roof done by Hailco Roofing LLC. They worked with my insurance and did a fantasic job on his roof. They kept the job clean and were very plesant. Started tearing off the roof at 6:30 a.m. and had a new roof by 5 p.m. the same day. I reccomend Hailco if you are running into issues with your insurance company.

Hailco did a nice job replacing our roof. Austin managed the project for us, and he made the whole process very simple and stress-free. This included interfacing with the insurance company, who covered the cost minus deductible. Overall, it was a great experience.

They were on top of things every step of the way. Courteous and efficient. We have had three storms since the roof was done and it hasn’t leaked. And it looks great!

Follow up on roof replacement. We hired HailCo Roofing to assess and replace the storm damaged roof on our home. We hired them because of the community service demonstrated by their folks…replacing shoddy tarps on our elderly neighbors roof even though our neighbor was contracted with another company. They spent their own time and materials, without any compensation expected to safeguard our neighbor. And it was a good thing, because another storm passed through and their tarps held up. Our roof is now completed and these folks did a lovely job with lots of attention to detail and very courteous and respectful crew. Our interactions with the project manager, Brandon Cook and the owner, Tanner Sewell were first rate. We had certain considerations about the materials and payment schedules, and they bent over backwards to accomodate our comfort levels. Their in-house adjuster met with our insurance adjuster and they spent nearly two hours going over every facet of storm damage. Our claim was approved without adjustment. The project manager and the owner continued to follow up during the work and after completion to assure that we were completely satisfied. So, if you are looking for an honest roofer who takes personal care of your project, do not hesitate to request a bid from HailCo Roofing.

We just had our roof replaced after a rally bad rain and hail storm in July. The whole process was made very easy by everyone along the way. Brandon was our main contact person and went out of his way to make sure we knew where we were in the process. Quentin was also helpful during the initial consultation. Hello, I had the pleasure of working with Hailco Roofing. They replaced my dad's roof. Everyone I worked with were very nice. They took care of all the paperwork and contacting the insurance themselves I didn't have to do anything. When it came down to replacing the roof the crew was fast and efficient. When finished they cleaned up all the debris and left nothing behind. Now I'm in the process of replacing my roof and I'm also using Hailco Roofing. Thank you so much to all the team.

This company was an absolute delight to deal with when I suffered some wind damage recently. Tyler actually stopped by my house when driving through my neighborhood to alert me to the damage with some shingles from a recent storm. They showed up when expected and were knowledgeable courteous and most importantly were honest in their approach and didn’t try to inflate the damage done.
