Jessica was amazing. She walked me through all the billing stuff explained everything so clearly. And made the scheduling process so easy.

Zona Roofing did a fantastic job fixing a piece of wood on the fascia in front of my house. The estimate they provided was not only fair but also beat the competitors'. They didn't pressure me into getting any additional work done; they stuck to exactly what I asked for.

The quality of the work was excellent, and they ensured everything was clean once the job was completed. I encountered one minor issue, but Zona was prompt in addressing it the very next day.

Jessica, who handled the billing, was incredibly helpful; she answered all my questions and kept me well-informed throughout the process.

I needed a roof inspection done and Zona Roofing helped out. I reached out to them and Jessica Neddo was super friendly and helpful! She helped me get an inspection scheduled for the very next day. The roof report was thorough and one thing I appreciated was that even though the roof is very old, they didn't try to push a replacement. They told me I still have a few years left on the underlayment and recommended some maintenance repairs.

I had a small repair needed on my flat roof. I had about 6 different roofers come out for estimates. I was judging the roofers on the repair they proposed, the cost, and the warranty.

Josh came out and did a great job assessing the problem, diagnosing the problem, proposing the fix, and documenting the quote.

I chose Zona roofing because they scored high in all three criteria.

I was very lucky that Jessica was able to fit me in their schedule. Pasquale and the crew were quick and efficient and went over the plan with me.

I am pleased with the fix, the cost, and their warranty of the fix.

This company is amazing!! Dave was gracious enough to stop by yesterday at a moment’s notice to help me get my crazy cat down from my roof, even when the fire department & animal control wouldn’t! He had been stuck on the roof for 6 hours and was too scared to come down. Another roofing company I spoke to said they’d help me out for $500, but Dave said he was more than happy to help me for free! If you want roof work done by a company that cares about more than just your money, this company deserves your business!

JESSICA is absolutely amazing to work with, my first impression was over the phone she made conversation easy, asked questions about myself! She is the CEO at her job. She truly cares about the customer and there need. Also she answer the phone right away!!

Searching for roofing company can be overwhelming due to the all the options available in the valley. Luckily, I found Zona Roofing and was able to get an immediate estimate! They're very competitive with pricing because I veted more than 5 companies and Zona Roofing was the most reasonably priced. They were even willing to work within my budget. We had roof damage back in Aug 2021. We had difficulty with the Insurance Company. Zona (Ryan) helped us with information. We had to wait until Jan 2022 to finally get the repairs done because of the Ins Co. Then rain hit us a couple of times and Zona helped us get our repairs done VERY quickly. WARNING: This is a dishonest company, and I would never use them again.

The estimator gives you the feeling that everything will be taken care of, and that they will "own" this section of the roof, which couldn't be farther from the truth.
My roof was bowed up in a fairly large area on one slope of the roof. I assumed bad plywood or something similar. This was very well communicated to both the estimator and the roofing team that came on site, yet the problem was largely ignored.
At the end of the job, the roof looked ok, but within a short time it was bowed up again. Although they did come out to inspect the roof again, their findings indicated that there were issues with some trusses that had not been installed or sized properly, which needed to be trimmed off.
I was frustrated that this wasn't found to begin with, but was perfectly willing to pay for additional repairs to have the work done, until I saw the estimate to charge ME for all new shingles/reinstallation in an area they just replaced. Why should I pay twice for the same job that wasn't done correctly to begin with? I would have easily paid for the work unrelated to that.
I made a logical argument that they should cut me a break on the shingles, since it was they who had failed to diagnose the roof properly, but they wouldn't budge, not a penny. At this point I am having to cut my losses, as I certainly was not going to let them double dip on these charges.

In any case, I'd think twice before using this company because they don't stand behind their work, and will take your money and run.

With the recent rain, our roof developed a major leak. I did a bit of research on roofing repairs and found Zona Roofing. I am so glad I did. They immediately responded to shore up the issue and returned to bid and eventually fix the area of the roof with the leak. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs. They have great with communication, upfront with pricing and are professional with all the work they do.
