We initially used TSM Roofing for a patio roof replacement, preparing for the sale of our home. Gehron, from TSM, saw some damage to another part of the roof and because home and his team did such an awesome job at a fair price, we hired them to replace a large part of the tole roof. Gehron and TSM has been one of the best companies we have ever worked with for a few reasons. Their pricing is excellent (highly competitive) and the workers and workmanship are top notch. Gehron was extremely responsive with all communications and kept us in the loop with all work being done. The estimates for work to be done were all extremely detailed and clear. I cannot say enough about the company and Gehron. We went so far as to hire TSM Roofing to perform our roof inspection for a new home purchase. We have been extremely pleased with the company, their work, Gehron and all their personnel. Just really impressed with this company.

I spent 3 months vetting the top roofing companies. The only one that I felt comfortable with was TSM. Gehron is the absolute best and is patient. Spending the kind of money that it takes for a new roof did not come lightly to me. Even though I knew nothing about roofing tiles, valley's, pitches, etc., Gehron was very patient, understanding and answered 'every single' question I had and taught me the lingo. I had no doubts with TSM. I knew they were experts and would take care of my roof.
I am very particular and Gehron took care of the smallest of details. I would completely recommend TSM to anyone needing that kind of service.

I had the most unprofessional sales experience of my life. Your salesperson arrived at my door, and I took time out of my evening as a courtesy. After further discussion, I told him I would not file an insurance claim on my roof and already had a contractor I was working with. That should have ended the conversation.

The salesperson then told me that paying to replace my roof was like him wanting to "have a pole up his butt". I cannot make this stuff up. I wouldn't give this company any further courtesy, or a minute more of my time, moving forward.

Conrad at TSM Roofing came out to our house the next day and provided a no bs honest, competitive quote for our tile and flat roof that needed to be redone quickly bc our insurance company was pulling out of AZ and we knew a new insurance company wouldn't insure with an old roof. We just finished having our roof replaced using TSM Roofing and my husband and I could not be happier! We worked with Jordan for about a year off and on trying to see if we could get our roof replaced through insurance or if we should pay out of pocket. He came out multiple times to give us an estimate and help us figure out what would work best for us. When we decided to get started we got a date a couple weeks out for the replacement and the crew was done in about 6 hours. They were so fast, covering our front door, windows and plants to make sure that everything was taken care of and undamaged, and they did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend TSM to anyone who needs a new roof!

Getting a new roof is doubtlessly not on anyone’s top ten list of fun things to do; however Jordan and his team made this such a smooth and seamless experience. The level of professionalism and responsiveness exhibited by Jordan was really what sold me on going with TSM from the very beginning. And in my experience, sometimes that changes once a sale has been made and contracts are in place. Not so with Jordan. He was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. He remained vigilant and responsive the whole way through. The team who did the install was efficient and respectful of our property. They did a wonderful job on the clean up as well—and when you see the mess tearing off a roof creates, you know that’s no small feat. When my mother's insurer notified her that her homeowners was at risk of cancellation, due to roof condition, we, in a panic contacted multiple roofing companies for estimates for repair or replacement.
TSM Roofing was one company called. They contacted us and Conrad Demeric arrived that same day to look at the roof. We discussed damage and needed repairs. An estimate was promised and pronto, given!
Conrad and team assisted us in dealing with the insurance company. We were put on the schedule and the team showed up to do the work as planned. We just had underlayment replacement with TSM Roofing and are satisfied with their work. The whole process has been smooth and on time with the schedule. Especially thanks to Gehron Haney who is professional and kept us informed along the way.

TSM did a great job. Jeff came by and a did an inspection of our roof and found some damage then helped me contact my insurance company for a claim. The insurance company sent out their adjuster and she agreed with him. A date was set for the repairs to be done and in one day our house and barn were better than new.. They arrived at my home early in the morning and completed the job at 4:30. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend them for roof replacement.

This company is incredible!! Tim was gracious enough to stop by today and help me get my crazy cat down from my roof, even when the fire department & animal control wouldn’t! He had been stuck on the roof for 7 hours and was too scared to come down. Tim climbed up with a ladder, my cat’s carrier in hand, and was able to help me get him down in under 10 minutes! If you want roof work done by a company that cares about more than just your money, this company deserves your business!

They were great. Very great communication. If I had questions they answered them. The process was very quick. They had someone overseeing the work and then they also came back when it was finished to inspect the work and make sure everything was good. We were referred to them by another roofing company who knows that they do great work and will work with the customer financially. We had no problems and they have gained a forever customer.
Justin and Jordan were the point of contacts with us. They were both professional and super nice. Very straightforward.

We had a very positive experience with
TSM ROOFING. I called them and two other roofing companies. TSM got back to me that same Sunday evening. They responded immediately and planned to be onsite next day. Sheldon himself came and explained the damage they found was pretty significant and why the roof should just be replaced per building codes. This was due to the last micro burst storm we had earlier this year. His team then came the next day to tarp our roof and to help protect us from major leaks while we started our process in trying to come up with a plan. There was no push to replace the whole roof but after explaining everything and showing me on video, and building code requirements. This was the way to go in order to certify, warranty, and guarantee all work done.
While my insurance company after over 25 years of service was little to no help at all, Sheldon and his team were super patient and able to help us in every way they could. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and kindness during this time and we recommend them with 5 STARS to anyone in need of any size roofing repairs or total replacement!!!!
His team also came in and knocked it all out in basically 1 single day with zero cleanup left for me! No nails anywhere on my property!!

TSM was fantastic! They gave me a great estimate and when I was ready, they were quick to get the job done. They had me scheduled quickly, the work was done fast and they even did little repairs that they came across that were not known. We had a lot of roof rot and stuff a previous owner hid . TSM roofing made everything up to code and exceeded my expectations! I would recommend them to anyone that asks. They cleaned everything up and even cleaned the pool of any debris that might have gotten in. I was left with no clean up afterwards.

A windstorm damaged roof tiles at our church. We called Tyler at TSM roofing, who promptly gave us an estimate and fixed the damage at a very reasonable price. We were so impressed we now have a contract with TSM for periodic roof inspections. Our buildings are large, and roof replacement is expensive. Detecting problems before they degenerate into a roof leak is well worth the modest cost of inspections, in our opinion.

Tristan was amazing. Absolutely professional and honest, fully transparent every step of the way. He gave us options so we can take care of our immediate problem today and plan for future repairs as our budget allows. He went above and beyond with inspecting more than just our immediate leak but also other areas. The quote was competitive or better than the competition.
